The endemic silverside fish C. humboldtianum is of great ichtyologycal, economical and cultural relevance in central Mexico and it has been suggested that it is among a group of other “peces blancos”, the most ancestral species. Here we characterized a set of 26 microsatellite loci from the species in order to further assess population and phylogeographic issues that aid in evaluating their highly impacted populations. From 58 primer pairs tested on specimens from Villa Victoria dam (Rio Balsas Basin), 26 loci positively amplified on the species and cross-primed on specimens of the closely related and threatened Poblana alchichica, C. promelas and C. riojai. Loci resolved medium and high genetic variation (mean nA = 14.3, SD = 9.38;mean HO & HE = 0.47, SD = 0.32 and 0.58, SD = 0.32, respectively) and it is expected that these polymorphic loci are also useful in studing threatened atherinopsid species.

When data privacy is imposed as a necessity,Federated learning(FL)emerges as a relevant artificial intelligence field for developing machine learning(ML)models in a distributed and decentralized *** allows ML models to be trained on local devices without any need for centralized data transfer,thereby reducing both the exposure of sensitive data and the possibility of data interception by malicious third *** paradigm has gained momentum in the last few years,spurred by the plethora of real-world applications that have leveraged its ability to improve the efficiency of distributed learning and to accommodate numerous participants with their data *** virtue of FL,models can be learned from all such distributed data sources while preserving data *** aim of this paper is to provide a practical tutorial on FL,including a short methodology and a systematic analysis of existing software ***,our tutorial provides exemplary cases of study from three complementary perspectives:i)Foundations of FL,describing the main components of FL,from key elements to FL categories;ii)Implementation guidelines and exemplary cases of study,by systematically examining the functionalities provided by existing software frameworks for FL deployment,devising a methodology to design a FL scenario,and providing exemplary cases of study with source code for different ML approaches;and iii)Trends,shortly reviewing a non-exhaustive list of research directions that are under active investigation in the current FL *** ultimate purpose of this work is to establish itself as a referential work for researchers,developers,and data scientists willing to explore the capabilities of FL in practical applications.

Sejima and nishizawa have developed their work without explicitly referencing a theoretical ***,they have stated that their housing projects describe their"architectural biography."This study presents the hypothesis that systermic theories had infu-enced their housing projects at a spatial and constructive *** the aim of testing it,the research produces four lines of ***,we observe that the word system is prominently current in a signifcant sample of their published *** describe how architects like Tomi-naga,Ito,Taki,and Shinohara,who infuenced Sejima when she was still a student,discussed this concept inspired by Christopher Alexander's *** second line brings together all the couple's single-family housing projects published between 1987 and 2010 for the first time in a single document,as well as an original graphic-constructive reconstruction of the most outstanding ***,we unveil the emergence of four constructive patterns by applying these theories to the graphic material ***,we summarize the results in dia-grams,showing the frequency,intensity,and continuity of the identified patterns in the four phases throughout the studied *** the hypothesis facilitates further research relate their domestic work and their other types of projects.
