Fatty liver has been present in the lives of patients and physicians for almost two *** knowledge has been generated regarding its etiology and consequences,although a long path seeking novel and innovative diagnostic biomarkers for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(nAFLD)and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(nASH)is still *** the one hand,proteomics and lipidomics have emerged as potential noninvasive resources for nAFLD *** contrast,metabolomics has been able to distinguish between nAFLD and nASH,even detecting degrees of *** the other hand,genetic and epigenetic markers have been useful in monitoring disease progression,eventually functioning as target *** markers involved in immune dysregulation,oxidative stress,and inflammation are involved in the instauration and evolution of the ***,the fascinating gut microbiome is significantly involved in nAFLD and *** review presents state-of-the-art biomarkers related to nAFLD and nASH and new promises that could eventually be positioned as diagnostic resources for this *** is evident,despite great advances in studying these biomarkers,there is still a long path before they translate into clinical benefits.

In this work, we study potential fluids, within which eddies exist and have quantum mechanical properties because according to Helmholtz, they are made up of an integer number of lines and their displacement in a potential medium is a function of a frequency. However, this system is Lorentz-invariant since Maxwell’s equations can be obtained from it, and this is what we demonstrate here. The considered hypothesis is that the electric charge arises naturally as the intensity of the eddy in the potential fluid, that is, the circulation of the velocity vector of the elements that constitute it, along that potential (it is not another parameter, whose experimental value must be added, as proposed by the standard model of elementary particles). Hence, the electric field appears as the rotational of the velocity field, at each point of the potential medium, and the magnetic field appears as the variation with respect to the velocity field of the potential medium, which is equivalent to the Biot and Savart law. From these considerations, Maxwell’s equations are reached, in particular his second equation which is the non-existence of magnetic monopoles, and the fourth equation which is Ampere’s law, both of which to date are obtained empirically demonstrated theoretically. The electromagnetic field propagation equation also arrives, thus this can be considered a demonstration that a potential medium in which eddies exists constitutes a Lorentz-invariant with quantum mechanical properties.

Animal protein foods are undoubtedly among the most concentrated source of essential amino acids (AA) for the human diet. However, their high prices and diseases associated to their excessive consumption have fomented the consumption of other alternative sources of animal proteins such as those from marine or aquatic species. Sonora is a well recognized producer of animal foods in Mexico, both terrestrial and aquatic. In this study, the protein quality evaluation of these animal food sources, highly produced and consumed in Sonora, is proposed, using in-vitro methodologies. Four different species, from each aquatic and terrestrial origin, were selected. Samples of lean muscle were used in all cases. Various in-vitro methodologies for protein quality evaluation were selected, alternatives to the animal bioassays: % digestibility, Total amino acid analyses (HPLC), PDCAAS, computerized PER calculations (C-PER and DC-PER) and total collagen contents. % in-vitro digestibility presented significant differences among samples from terrestrial species, but muscle from aquatic species did not showed significant differences. All sources of proteins, both aquatic and terrestrial proved to be rich sources of essential amino acids. PDCAAS was unable to establish significant differences in protein quality among sources of protein from different origin. Both methods C-PER and DC-PER were more exact in their results and were able to detect significant differences among samples of different origin. An important finding was the great difference in the total collagen content between aquatic and terrestrial sources of proteins, where terrestrial muscle proteins had almost 10-time more collagen than aquatic protein sources. However, these collagen contents did not seem to have a significant influence in the protein quality of these animal proteins.
