目的:探讨丝裂霉素对经泪小管激光泪囊鼻腔造孔术(TL-DCR)的疗效影响,并结合PubMed数据库2011-2021年发表的相关文章来阐明丝裂霉素在TL-DCR手术中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2008-01/2019-07接受TL-DCR手术的120例患者病历资料,根据术中是否使用丝裂霉素将患者分为丝裂霉素组和非丝裂霉素组。结果:丝裂霉素组的成功率为71.9%,非丝裂霉素组的成功率为71.0%。结论:两组患者手术成功率无明显差异。2011-2021年PubMed数据库中关于丝裂霉素在TL-DCR手术中的作用的文章仅2篇,且研究结果相反,因此丝裂霉素在TL-DCR手术中的作用尚不明确。

Prognostic implication of the coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with isolated left bundle branch block

The present study aims to determine the influence of microvascular dysfunction (MVD) in the prognosis of patients presenting isolated left bundle branch block (LBBB). Methods: We studied 30 patients (pts), 22 males, 8 females, mean age 57 ± 4 years, with isolated LBBB, with a mean follow up of 48 ± 6 months. The control group consisted of 20 healthy individuals, 12 males, mean age 52 ± 10 years. Both groups were screened for cardiovascular risk factors (RF);they also had an echocardiogram and Coronary CT Scan, ruling out both structural heart disease and obstructive lesions of the epicardial coronary arteries. A myocardial perfusion study was then performed, with two groups emerging according to these results: Group A, 8 pts (26%), with reversible perfusion defects, in which the diagnosis of MVD was suspected, and Group B, 22 pts (74%), with either normal perfusion or minor septal/apical reversible defects (related to LBBB). All Group A pts, and 9 of the Group B pts, underwent coronary arteriography, with intracoronary acetylcholine and nitroglycerine infusion, thus evaluating vasomotor response as endothelium dependent (acetylcholine) or endothelium independent (nitroglycerine). During follow up, we reviewed functional class, 12 lead ECG and echocardiogram on a yearly basis. Results: All Group A patients had an abnormal acetylcholine response;only three of them had abnormal response to nitroglycerine infusion, suggesting endothelium dependent MVD. Of those in Group B, only one patient had abnormal acetylcholine response. At the end of the follow up period, 3 pts (37%) in Group A, showed functional class decrease vs 5 pts (22%) of those in Group B. In Group A, a significant increase of End Diastolic Left Ventricle Diameter (EDLVD) was found (51.6 ± 3.6 vs 59.3 ± 6.8 mm;p < 0.05) with significant decrease in LVEF (62 ± 4.8 vs 46% ± 3.7%, p variation. The objective of this work was to develop a more and better understanding of the strength developing in clay-andesite fired brick. The purpose was to improve the quality of the clay bricks that are handmade in the southern region of Ecuador to make them suitable for more widespread use in the local construction industry. To achieve our goal, we first physically, chemically, and mechanically characterized the “clayey” and “sandy” materials used in the fabrication of handmade bricks in the region. Second, the optimal mixture (OM): the optimal proportion between the amounts of “clayey” and “sandy” material was sought. Third, clay bricks were prepared using the OM, baked at 950°C, and characterized. In addition, bricks produced by regional artisans were characterized, and the results were compared with the results obtained for the bricks prepared using the OM. Our data reveal that the optimal mixture is 50% “clayey” material and 50% “sandy” material and that with this mixture, an average improvement in brick quality of 300% can be achieved;thus, the use of the OM makes it possible to expand the use of these bricks in the local construction industry and enables an environmentally friendly production process by reducing the intensive exploitation of regional clay deposits. This improvement is achieved by virtue of the anorthite enrichment that occurs in the solid solution, which results from the evolution of andesine. The anorthite contributes to the formation of a stronger matrix among the different grains of the material. Conditions are favorable for this enrichment process to occur when “sandy” materials with high contents of andesite, which is common in Ecuadorian soils, are used.

The use of systems theory to attempt to determine which ＂place in La Mancha＂ was the one whose name Cervantes could not quite recall in his universal novel, appears to be ordained to change certain attitudes towards science held in Cervanfine literature. The reason： after four centuries of literary analysis, systemic methodology has proven able to identify the famous ＂place＂ with acceptable accuracy. Nonetheless, certain reasonable doubts persist around the suitability of a strictly scientific analysis of literature. In light of those doubts, the present article aims primarily to facilitate critique both of the systemic approach adopted and its outcome.

Biosphere reserves are protected areas whose purpose is to combine conservation and sustainable ***,their effectiveness has not been tested sufficiently,especially from an ecological and genetic ap*** this sense,the Peromyscus genus represents an excellent bioindicator to address these questions,due to its short life and high evolutionary rate and *** conservation managers,genetic structure can increase the rate of loss of genetic diversity because alleles exclusive of a subpopulation are more likely to disappear as a consequence of genetic drift in comparison with a panmictic *** we analyzed the abundance,movement distances,morphology/morphometry and genetic structure of 3 populations of Mexican deer mouse(Peromyscus mexicanus)located in different protected zones of La Tigra National Park(Honduras).Our results are consistent among the 3 approaches and showed the highest values of abundance,morphometry and genetic diversity in the population located at the core zone,whereas non-statistically significant differences were found between buffer and transition zone populations,suggesting suitable effectiveness of conservation management in the core zone but a lack of ecological buffering function of the other *** addition,the low movement distances and high genetic structure among the studied populations provide evidence of poor conservation management in the buffer and transition ***,we discuss the utility of the novel methodology used in this work,combining morphometry,abundance and genetics,in testing the effectiveness of conservation strategies in biosphere reserves,and the value of the Peromyscus genus as a bioindicator.

In recent years Copper-64 in the chemical form of copper chloride ([64Cu]CuCl2) has been identified as a potential agent for PET imaging and radionuclide therapy. The aim of this research was to determine the biodistribution and the labeling of radio nanoparticle with 64CuCl2, the nanoparticles Cu(acac)2/F-TiO2 were mixed with 64CuCl2 (20-37 MBq), then the final solution was used to injected healthy Wistar rats to probe the absorption of nanoparticle inside tissue trough of the groups OH that are formed during the functionalization of the Cu(acac)2/F-TiO2. The “in vivo” evaluation after realize the images study in micro PET equipment, uptake of the radio-nanoparticle was observed in the digestive system in the healthy Wistar rats.
