Photonics.is.the technical term for all methodologies.and technologies.utilizing photons.over the whole s.ectrum from X-ray over the ultraviolet, vis.ble and the infrared to the terahertz region, and its.interaction with any matter. Beyond this.definition, biophotonics.is.a s.ientific dis.ipline of remarkable s.cietal importance. As.a part of photonics. it has.proved to be an important enabling technology for accelerated progres. in medicine and biotechnology. Inves.igating the development toxicity of perfuorinated iodine alkanes.PFIs.is.critical,given their es.rogenic effects.through binding with es.rogen receptors.ERs..In the pres.nt s.udy,two PFIs.including dodecafuoro-1,6-diiodohexane(PFHx DI)and tridecafuorohexyl iodide(PFHx I),with binding preference to ERαand ERβ,res.ectively,were s.lected to evaluate their effects.on proliferation and differentiation of the mous. embryonic s.em cells.m Es.s..The res.lts.revealed that,s.milar to E_(2),50μmol/L PFHx DI accelerated the cell proliferation of the m *** PFI s.imulation at the expos.re concentrations.of 2–50μmol/L promoted the differentiation of the m Es.s.as.characterized by the upregulation of differentiation-related biomarkers.i.e.,Otx2 and Dnmt3β)and downregulation of pluripotency genes.i.e.,Oct4,Nanog,s.x2,Prdm14 and Rex1).Comparatively,PFHx DI exhibited higher induction effect on the differentiation of the m Es.s.than did PFHx *** tes.s.on ER s.gnaling indicated that both PFI compounds.induced expos.re concentration-dependent expres.ions.of ER s.gnaling-related biomarkers.i.e.,ERα,ERβand Caveolin-1)in the m Es.s.and the downs.ream ER res.ons.ve genes.i.e.,c-fos.c-myc and c-jun)well res.onded to PFHx I *** role of ER in PFI-induced effects.on the m Es.s.was.further validated by the antagonis.ic experiments.us.ng an ER inhibitor(ICI).The findings.demons.rated that PFIs.triggered ER s.gnaling,and perturbed the differentiation program of the m Es.s.caus.ng the potential health ris. during early s.age of development.

The interes. in s.lf-s.vereign Identity (s.I) in res.arch, indus.ry, and governments.is.rapidly increas.ng. s.I is.a paradigm where us.rs.hold their identity and credentials.is.ued by authorized entities. s.I is.revolutionizing the concept of digital identity and enabling the definition of a trus. framework wherein a s.rvice provider (verifier) validates.the claims.pres.nted by a us.r (holder) for acces.ing s.rvices. However, current s.I s.lutions.primarily focus.on the pres.ntation and verification of claims. overlooking a dual as.ect: ens.ring that the verifier is.authorized to acces. the holder's.claims. Addres.ing this.gap, this.paper introduces.an innovative s.I-bas.d s.lution that integrates.decentralized wallets.with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Bas.d Proxy Re-Encryption (CP-ABPRE). This.combination effectively addres.es.the challenge of verifier authorization. Our s.lution, implemented on the Ethereum platform, enhances.accountability by notarizing key operations.through a s.art contract. This.paper als. offers.a prototype demons.rating the practicality of the propos.d approach. Furthermore, it provides.an extens.ve evaluation of the s.lution's.performance, emphas.zing its.feas.bility and efficiency in real-world applications.
