Nursing practice has been expanded greatly with time passing by.One innovative form of nursing practice is nurse-led care.The term“nurse-led care/service”has been introduced in nursing discipline for years as early as in 1960s[1].Later,several nurse-led services were reported in 1980s and 1990s[2-7].The common characteristics in these units were that the nurses provided additional things to improve patients'care,and the standard of practice was extremely high[8].The accelerating development of nurse-led care was triggered by the health care system reform in United Kingdom(UK)around 2000.In 1999,the UK government document‘Making a difference’was published[9],under the pressure of redesigning services to reduce waiting time and medical cost and to meet shortfalls in junior medical staffing[10].Since then,nurse-led care has been reported in increasing studies[11].

In plants,thousands of nucleus-encoded proteins translated in the cytosol are sorted to chloroplasts and mitochondria by binding to specific receptors of the TOC(translocon on the outer chloroplast membrane)and the TOM(translocon on the outer mitochondrial membrane)complexes for import into those organelles.The degradation pathways for these receptors are unclear.Here,we discovered a converged ubiquitin-proteasome pathway for the degradation of Arabidopsis thaliana TOC and TOM tail-anchored receptors.The receptors are ubiquitinated by E3 ligase(s)and pulled from the outer membranes by the AAA+adenosine triphosphatase CDC48,after which a previously uncharacterized cytosolic protein,transmembrane domain(TMD)-binding protein for tail-anchored outer membrane proteins(TTOP),binds to the exposed TMDs at the C termini of the receptors and CDC48,and delivers these complexes to the 26S proteasome.

Traditional Chinese painting(TCP)is an invaluable cultural heritage resource and a unique visual art style.In recent years,there has been a growing emphasis on the digitalization of TCP for cultural preservation and revitalization.The resulting digital copies have enabled the advancement of computational methods for a structured and systematic understanding of TCP.To explore this topic,we conduct an in-depth analysis of 94 pieces of literature.We examine the current use of computer technologies on TCP from three perspectives,based on numerous conversations with specialists.First,in light of the“Six Principles of Painting”theory,we categorize the articles according to their research focus on artistic elements.Second,we create a four-stage framework to illustrate the purposes of TCP applications.Third,we summarize the popular computational techniques applied to TCP.This work also provides insights into potential applications and prospects,with professional opinion.

目的探究铜绿假单胞菌(PA)感染对肺血管内皮细胞功能的影响,并探讨其加重小鼠肺部炎症反应的可能机制。方法PAO1菌株感染人肺微血管内皮细胞HULEC-5a 2 h后,采用逆转录实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测自噬相关基因5(ATG5)、6-磷酸果糖-2-激酶/果糖-2,6-二磷酸酶3(PFKFB3)和钙黏蛋白5(CDH5)的mRNA表达,免疫荧光检测ATG5、PFKFB3和血管内皮钙黏蛋白(VE-cadherin)的蛋白表达。采用小干扰RNA(siRNA)分别敲减ATG5、PFKFB3后,RT-qPCR检测ATG5、PFKFB3和CDH5的mRNA表达,免疫荧光检测PFKFB3和VE-cadherin的蛋白表达,并采用乳酸测定试剂盒检测细胞内乳酸的水平。采用PAO1菌株感染小鼠后,肺组织切片病理染色观察小鼠肺部炎症,激光共聚焦显微镜观察并分析荧光标记的内皮细胞PFKFB3和VE-cadherin的表达量。结果与对照组比较,PAO1感染HULEC-5a细胞后,PFKFB3 mRNA和蛋白表达均增加(P均<0.05),CDH5 mRNA表达减少(P=0.023),VE-cadherin蛋白表达减少(P<0.001),且连续性被破坏,乳酸含量升高(P=0.017)。与PAO1感染HULEC-5a细胞比较,PAO1感染敲减PFKFB3的HULEC-5a细胞后,CDH5 mRNA表达增加(P=0.043),VE-cadherin荧光连续性得到恢复,乳酸含量降低(P=0.047);PAO1感染敲减ATG5的HULEC-5a细胞后,PFKFB3 mRNA(P=0.013)和蛋白表达(P=0.003)均增加,CDH5 mRNA(P=0.020)和VE-cadherin蛋白表达(P=0.001)均减少,乳酸含量升高(P=0.015)。PAO1感染小鼠后,病理HE染色结果显示,肺泡内明显的红细胞渗漏,炎症细胞浸润,肺泡间隔增宽和部分血管内皮细胞脱落。免疫荧光染色结果显示,与正常小鼠比较,PAO1感染小鼠内皮细胞PFKFB3表达增加,VE-cadherin荧光减弱,且不连续。结论PA可能通过AGT5调控PFKFB3通路,破坏肺血管内皮细胞功能,进而加重小鼠肺部炎症反应。

Histone methyltransferase enzyme SET7 and mixed-lineage leukemia protein(MLL)complex are crucial co-activators of androgen receptor(AR)and have recently emerged as potential therapeutic targets for advanced castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC).In this study,we described the identification of a rhodium-based hybrid complex(SM_1)as a potent blocker of AR activity via simultaneously inhibiting SET7 and MLL complex activity,which makes it a potential lead scaffold for CPRC drug development.

目的探讨电话干预对结肠造口患者造口自我护理能力的影响。方法将7家3级甲等医院的119例即将出院的造口患者按照随机数字表法分为干预组(n=59)和对照组(n=60)。干预组接受出院后常规健康教育的同时,还接受由造口护士主导的个体化的教育和支持性的电话干预,对照组只接受出院后常规健康教育。分别对两组在出院前,以及出院后1个月、3个月以1个条目的自评造口自理状态和造口自我护理量表-早期版(SSCS-early stage version)进行测试。结果出院后1个月两组自评造口自理状态的差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.568,P>0.05),出院后3个月干预组自理状态明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.300,P<0.05);出院后1个月(t=2.431,P<0.05)和3个月(t=2.666,P<0.01)干预组患者造口自我护理总分明显高于对照组。结论造口护士早期进行电话干预是提高结肠造口患者造口自我护理能力的有效措施,但是在电话干预的实施过程中应考虑到中国的文化特点。

Dialogue policy learning(DPL)is a key component in a task-oriented dialogue(TOD)system.Its goal is to decide the next action of the dialogue system,given the dialogue state at each turn based on a learned dialogue policy.Reinforcement learning(RL)is widely used to optimize this dialogue policy.In the learning process,the user is regarded as the environment and the system as the agent.In this paper,we present an overview of the recent advances and challenges in dialogue policy from the perspective of RL.More specifically,we identify the problems and summarize corresponding solutions for RL-based dialogue policy learning.In addition,we provide a comprehensive survey of applying RL to DPL by categorizing recent methods into five basic elements in RL.We believe this survey can shed light on future research in DPL.

Tax-Scheduler:An interactive visualization system for staff shifting and scheduling at tax authorities

Given a large number of applications and complex processing procedures,how to efficiently shift and schedule tax officers to provide good services to taxpayers is now receiving more attention from tax authorities.The availability of historical application data makes it possible for tax managers to shift and schedule staff with data support,but it is unclear how to properly leverage the historical data.To investigate the problem,this study adopts a user-centered design approach.We first collect user requirements by conducting interviews with tax managers and characterize their requirements of shifting and scheduling into time series prediction and resource scheduling problems.Then,we propose Tax-Scheduler,an interactive visualization system with a time-series prediction algorithm and genetic algorithm to support staff shifting and scheduling in the tax scenarios.To evaluate the effectiveness of the system and understand how non-technical tax managers react to the system with advanced algorithms and visualizations,we conduct user interviews with tax managers and distill several implications for future system design.
