一,与肾素有关的高血压发病机理血压是流动血液对血管壁的压力,而平均动脉压=心排出量×总周围血管阻力。所以心排出量和外周血管阻力是影响血压的最重要的直接因素,其他方面的因素间接影响血压．就这2个直接因素而言,高血压患者早期心排出量是增高的,到了晚期心排出量降到正常,而外周血管阻力的增加占优势。这种由高心排出量过渡到高外周血管阻力是一个很重要的过程。

This paper studies the zero-electron-mass limit, the quasi-neutral limit and the zero-relaxation-time limit in one-dimensional hydrodynamic models of Euler-Poisson system for plasmas and semiconductors. For each limit in the steady-state models, the author proves the strong convergence of the sequence of solutions and gives the corresponding convergence rate. In the time-dependent models, the author shows some useful estimates for the quasi-neutral limit and the zero-electron-mass limit. This study completes the analysis made in [11,12,13,14,19].

近几年来,使用树脂锚固的锚栓已经有了很大的发展,但其工作性能还不完全清楚,也缺少有关这方面的文献。虽然在(英国标准)中概述了固定在混凝土中或圬工中锚定结构受拉的试验方法,但联合王国没有这方面的国家专门规程。本文的目的是介绍诺丁汉大学对这方面进行的一系列研究成果,并且对不同的树脂锚固的允许荷载性能和极限荷载性能进行比较和提供资料。经过与大量试验和有关的交流资料相比较后,提出单个锚栓承载能力的计算方法。无论是用螺纹钢筋做的锚筋,或是笔直的带钉头的锚栓,用树脂灌注固定在已硬化混凝土的钻孔中。凡是钢筋全部埋设长度上都粘结的锚

Geomagnetic activity is characterized by four solar wind conditions. Each condition has specific impact on ionosphere. This paper review on fluctuating activity effects on ionosphere F2 layer through its critical frequency foF2 variations. Under fluctuating wind conditions, we have investigated on annual, diurnal and seasonal variations of foF2 during solar cycles 21 and 22 phases covered by Ouagadougou ionosonde station data (Lat: 12.5°N;Long: 358.5°E;dip: 1.43°). Our investigations show that foF2 annual’ variability is in phase with solar cycle. The diurnal variation is “noon bite out” most of the time except for the solar maximum where we have a morning peak testifying to the fact that the vertical drift E × b is disturbed. The seasonal variations show that the fluctuating activity has no particular effect on certain characteristics of the equatorial ionosphere such as electrojet and vertical drift E × b. However, the increase of the electric field pre-reversal phenomenon in autumn is a characteristic effect observed during the fluctuating activity.

Objective:Prostate cancer is the most frequent cancer in men and radical retropubic prostatectomy(RRP)is one of the first-line ***,RRP has some side effects and can lead to chronic perineal *** objective of the study was to determine in patients suffering from perineal pain after RRP the possibility of a neurogenic damage by means of a specific questionnaire dedicated to track down neuropathic ***:Forty patients were explored by a specific and validated questionnaire,the Neuropathic Pain Symptom Inventory(NPSI).Patients were divided into two groups:Group A with an NSPI score≥4 was considered as suffering from neuropathic pain,and Group b was considered as a control group without neuropathic pain(NSPI scorebility of a neurogenic ***:Group A was composed by 13 men and Group b by 27 men,with mean age 72.45 years and mean duration of pain 2.7 *** Group A,the most frequent symptoms were burning sensation,electrical shock and *** of the pain was global perineal area(8/13),anus(10/13),penis(5/13)and glans penis(2/13).Electromyography(EMG)findings confirmed the presence of denervation and neurogenic damages compared with controls(pbably a neuropathic lesion leading to a chronic perineal pain as suggested by an NSPI score≥4 and EMG alterations.

Critical frequency foF2 long-term trends at Dakar station (14.4°N, 342.74°E) located near the crest of the equatorial ionization anomaly EIA, are analysed taking into account geomagnetic activity, increasing greenhouse gases concentration and Earth’s magnetic field secular variation. After filtering solar activity effect using F10.7 as a solar activity proxy, we determined the relative residual trends slopes α values for three different levels of geomagnetic activity. For example, at 1200 LT, the value of α goes from ǂ.27%/year for very magnetically quiet days to -0.19%/year for magnetically quiet days and to -0.13%/year for all days. It appears from the slopes α obtained, that they increase with the level of geomagnetic activity and their negative values are qualitatively consistent with the expected decreasing trend due to the increase in greenhouse gases concentration but are greater than 0.003%/year which would result from a 20% increase in COb>2b> emissions which actually took place during the analysis period. Regarding Earth’s magnetic field magnitude, B secular variation and the dip equator secular movement, Dakar station is located near the crest of the equatorial ionization anomaly, Earth’s magnetic field magnitude, b decreases there and the trough approaches the position of Dakar during the period of analysis.
