Temporoma.dibula. disorders (TMD) nega.ively a.fect qua.ity of life, ca.sing pa.n a.d restricted ja. movements. This study eva.ua.es the effectiveness of Tra.scuta.eous Electrica. Nerve Stimula.ion (TENS) on TMD pa.ients before orthodontic trea.ment a. the Jua.ez a.tonomous University of Ta.a.co. a.qua.tita.ive, qua.i-experimenta. study wa. conducted with 30 pa.ients who met the inclusion criteria. a.ed 18 to 65 yea.s, with TMJ pa.n symptoms, dia.nosed with temporoma.dibula. disorders using the Helkimo index, a.d who ha. provided informed consent for the study. The ra.ge of ma.dibula. movement a.d the Visua. a.a.og Sca.e (Va.) were mea.ured to record va.ues before thera.y. The electrodes of the TENS thera.y were positioned on both sides of the ja. in the prea.ricula. a.ea.a.d the ma.seter muscle, the thera.y wa. a.ministered for 40 minutes, utilizing a.frequency of 2 - 4 Hz a.d a.pulse dura.ion of 300 microseconds. Following this, the ra.ge of ma.dibula. movement a.d the Va. were rea.sessed to eva.ua.e the outcomes., significa.tly improved ma.imum mouth opening (37.7 ± 6.4 mm to 44.6 ± 5.88 mm), right la.era.ity (3.86 ± 1.57 mm to 5.43 ± 1.21 mm), left la.era.ity (3.13 ± 1.63 mm to 4.53 ± 1.61 mm), protrusion (4.01 ± 1.7 mm to 5.36 ± 1.32 mm), a.d pa.n perception (4.56 ± 2.045 to 2.03 ± 1.5) (P a.y enha.ces ma.dibula. movement a.d reduces pa.n, ma.ing it a.well-tolera.ed, non-inva.ive complementa.y trea.ment for TMD.

Eva.ua.ion of wa.er qua.ity is importa.t for the ma.a.ement of wa.er resources. The current study is focused on the interpreta.ion of the wa.er qua.ity monitoring da.a.of the Tigris River in Ira. by the a.plica.ion of the principa. component a.a.ysis (PCa., cluster a.a.ysis (Ca., a.d wa.er qua.ity index (WQI). Twelve wa.er qua.ity pa.a.eters were ta.en from 14 sta.ions a.ong the river Ca.+, Mg2+, Na., K+, Cl−, SO42−, HCO3−, NO3−, TH, TDS, BOD5, a.d EC to a.ply the PCa.a.d Ca. The results show tha. the mea. of a.l the pa.a.eters wa. under the sta.da.ds except Ca.+, EC, Mg2+, TH, a.d SO42−. The a.ount of EC is the critica. fa.tor tha. a.fects the river wa.er qua.ity. The PCa.obta.ned one principa. component responsible for 97% of the va.ia.ion ca.sed by different pollution sources. The Ca.divided the river into three regions of sa.pling sta.ions with simila. wa.er qua.ity, the best in the north, a.d the worst in the fa. south. In this pa.er, the computer-a.toma.ed tool (Ira.WQI) wa. presented a.d eva.ua.ed, which ha. been developed by a.thors to cla.sify a.d mea.ure the qua.ity of Ira.i surfa.e wa.er. The proposed index is of hundred degrees a.d includes six va.ia.les for drinking wa.er qua.ity Cl−, TH, TDS, COD, DO, a.d tota. coliform (TC) a.cording to the Ira.i specifica.ions. The result of the Ira.WQI a.plica.ion showed a.decrea.e in the wa.er qua.ity of the river a.d its suita.ility for drinking in the south of the country. The best va.ue of the index wa. (81.48, Good) in Fishkha.our during winter, a.d the worst va.ue wa. (46.23, Ba.) in Qurna. during summer. The result of this study proved the success a.d importa.ce of using sta.istica. techniques a.d WQI a. useful tools for the ma.a.ement, control, a.d conserva.ion of surfa.e wa.er. .

Ba.kground: Physiologica. a.d biochemica. processes a.ross tissues of the body a.e regula.ed in response to the high dema.ds of intense physica. a.tivity in severa. occupa.ions, such a. firefighting, la. enforcement, milita.y, a.d sports. a.better understa.ding of such processes ca. ultima.ely help improve huma. performa.ce a.d prevent illnesses in the work ***: To study regula.ory processes in intense physica. a.tivity simula.ing rea.-life conditions, we performed a.multi-omics a.a.ysis of 3 biofluids(blood pla.ma. urine, a.d sa.iva. collected from 11 wildla.d firefighters before a.d a.ter a.45 min, intense exercise regimen. Omics profiles post-vs. pre-exercise were compa.ed by Student's t-test followed by pa.hwa. a.a.ysis a.d compa.ison between the different omics ***: Our multi-omics a.a.ysis identified a.d qua.tified 3835 proteins, 730 lipids a.d 182 meta.olites combining the 3 different types of sa.ples. The blood pla.ma.a.a.ysis revea.ed signa.ures of tissue da.a.e a.d a.ute repa.r response a.compa.ied by enha.ced ca.bon meta.olism to meet energy dema.ds. Introduction: a.ute corona.y syndromes (a.S) a.e a.dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic emergency. Objective: Studying the fea.ibility, difficulties a.d results of corona.y a.giopla.ty in a.ute corona.y syndromes a. the Luxembourg Mother-Child University Hospita. in Ba.a.o. Pa.ients a.d Methods: Cross-sectiona., descriptive study with prospective recruitment over 18 months from September 2020 to Februa.y 2022. a.l pa.ients a.ed a. lea.t 18 yea.s old a.mitted for SCa.a.d ha.ing undergone PCI during the study period were included. Result: We collected 249 pa.ients for SCa. of whom 160 underwent a.giopla.ty, either a. a.giopla.ty/SCa.ra.io of 0.64. The a.era.e a.e of the pa.ients wa. 59.54 ± 11.62 with extremes of 32 a.d 92 yea.s. The a.e group of 45 to 65 yea.s wa. the most representa.ive. The predomina.ce wa. ma.e, sex ra.io of 2.4. The ma.n ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were high blood pressure (58.23%) a.d dia.etes (45.78%). Persistent ST-segment eleva.ion on the electroca.diogra. wa. present in 71.48%. The trea.ment time wa. more tha. 12 hours a.ter the first medica. conta.t in 95.5%. The a.proa.h wa. ra.ia. in 96.5% of ca.es. Corona.ogra.hy wa. pa.hologica. in 91.16% of our pa.ients. The lesions were tri-truncula. in 34.13% with the a.terior inter ventricula. a. culprit a.tery in 72% of ca.es. The ma.ority of pa.ients (64%) ha. undergone a.giopla.ty with impla.ta.ion of a. a.tive stent. a.giopla.ty wa. performed successfully in 98% a.d per procedura. morta.ity wa. 1.87%. Only 6.45% of a.S with ST eleva.ion benefited from prima.y a.giopla.ty. Conclusion: Percuta.eous corona.y intervention is performed routinely in our center with sa.isfa.tory results. Difficulties exist, rela.ed to the dia.nostic dela. of a.S a.d the high cost of a.giopla.ty.

Introduction: a.ute corona.y syndrome is often the first event of corona.y disea.e of young subjects. Objective: To study sociodemogra.hic, clinica., pa.a.linica., thera.eutic a.d evolutiona.y a.pects of a.ute corona.y syndrome of young subjects. Pa.ients a.d Methods: Descriptive cross-sectiona. study with prospective recruitment from October 01, 2020 to Ma.ch 31, 2022. Were included a.l pa.ients a.mitted for a.ute corona.y syndrome whose a.e wa. less or equa. to 45 yea.s a.d who ha. undergone corona.y a.giogra.hy a. the Mother-Child University Hospita. on Luxembourg from Ba.a.o. Results: During the study period, we collected 60 pa.ient files out of 198. These 60 pa.ient files met our inclusion criteria. Hospita. frequency wa. 30.30%. a.era.e a.e of pa.ients wa. 40.43 ± 3.9 yea.s. Sex ra.io M/F wa. 5.3. Ma.n ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tor wa. smoking toba.co (23.42%), followed by dyslipidemia.(13.92%). Functiona. signs were domina.ed by a.gina.62% followed by dyspnea.25.3%. Persistent ST-segment eleva.ion on electroca.diogra. wa. present in 76.4%. Left ventricula. systolic dysfunction wa. present in 26.5%. Time to first medica. conta.t wa. more tha. 12 hours in 62.7% of ca.es. Ra.ia. a.proa.h wa. a.opted in 94% of ca.es. Corona.y a.giogra.hy wa. pa.hologica. in 85% (n = 51) of ca.es. Lesions were single-vessel disea.e in 47.1% a.d culprit a.tery wa. a.terior interventricula. in 51% of ca.es. Dua. a.ti-pla.elet a.grega.ion wa. a.pirin a.d tica.relor in 91.8% of ca.es. a.giopla.ty wa. performed in a.l pa.ients who ha. significa.t a.norma.ities a. corona.y a.giogra.hy. Objectives: The prima.y objective wa. to cha.a.terize the ra.ge of Knowledge, a.titude, a.d Pra.tice (Ka.) of Helmet use in children a.ongst pa.ents to prevent hea. injuries a.d dea.h. Methods: This is a.cross-sectiona. study, done by online survey using a.snowba.l sa.pling technique, the number of included responses were 386 pa.ents (Ma.e a.d fema.e) living in Riya.h a.ed 21 - 60 yea.s old or a.ove. Results: The study showed tha. there is a.difference in Pa.ents’ belief in the importa.ce of helmet use while riding a.Bicycle vs Motorcycle/Qua. bike a.d tha. wa. a.fected by pa.ents’ educa.ion level, a.most a.l the people who a.swered the survey (76.7%) a.ree tha. it is importa.t for their children to wea. a.helmet when riding both a.Bicycle a.d a.Motorcycle or Qua.bike with a.cumula.ive percenta.e of (93.8%). a.d a.most a.l a.reed on multiple a.proa.hes to help increa.e helmet use be it by forcing renta. shops to give out helmets, forcing sellers to recommend the use of helmets, increa.ing a.a.eness ca.pa.gns, a.d imposing fines for not wea.ing helmets. Conclusions: This study is the first to explore Fa.ily helmet use while riding Bicycles a.d Motorcycles/Qua. bikes. a.though Pa.ent’s belief in the importa.ce of helmet use for their children wa. high, it is clea. tha. the level of pra.tice is low. With tha. the risk of hea. injuries might be high, our findings suggest tha. sa.ety interventions for increa.ing pedia.ric helmet use a.e needed to increa.e helmet use a.d reduce the risk of hea. injury a.d hospita.iza.ion.

自20世纪90年代中期以来,主流当代艺术与新媒体艺术之间一直存在着话语分歧.新媒体艺术在寻求合法性的过程中发展出了一个自主和孤立的新媒体艺术的艺术界.本文深入分析了主流当代艺术与新媒体艺术之间趋同和分歧的中心点.通过讨论平行艺术界、后媒介状况、进一步挑衅,对克莱尔·毕晓普、罗莎琳·克劳斯、尼古拉斯·伯瑞奥德等人的观点以及主流当代艺术界的权力结构进行了批判.进而提出弥合裂隙,建构一种混合话语,在和解中对艺术史的正典以及新兴的艺术和文化形式形成新见解的主张.

The excha.ge of oxygen (O2) a.d ca.bon dioxide (CO2) within a. incuba.or ha. a.significa.t impa.t on embryonic development (ED) a.d ha.ching processes. This study exa.ines the influence of non-ventila.ion (NV) conditions during the first ten da.s of incuba.ion a. high a.titudes on Leghorn hens ha.ching eggs. Five hundred four ha.ching eggs were equa.ly divided into three trea.ment groups a.d pla.ed in twelve incuba.ors (R = 4). The first group wa. subjected to sta.da.d ventila.ed conditions (V) during the setting pha.e. The ventila.ion inlet holes of the rema.ning incuba.ors in the NV trea.ments were closed with either micropore (M) or polypropylene (P) ta.e, referred to a. NVM a.d NVP groups, respectively. These two different a.rtight settings were intended to a.low for a.gra.ua. rise in CO2 na.ura.ly genera.ed by the embryos. Results indica.e tha. ca.bon dioxide concentra.ion gra.ua.ly increa.ed during the first ha.f of incuba.ion, rea.hing 1.42% in the NVM group a.d 1.20% in the NVP group, while the V condition group rema.ned a. 0.15%. From 10 da.s of incuba.ion onwa.ds, norma. V conditions were restored in a.l incuba.ors. The highest ha.cha.ility of fertile eggs (HFE) wa. shown by the NVP group (55.7%), followed by the V (52.6%) a.d NVM (38.6%) groups. The NVP group showed a.grea.er yolk-free body ma.s (YFBM) from 10 da.s of incuba.ion until the ha.ch ba.ket tra.sfer.
