The ma.n objective of this study is to develop the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. modeling for the infiniteconductivity horizonta. well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded reservoir ba.ed on a.new insta.ta.eous source *** a.a.la.le semi-a.a.ytica. infinite-conductivity models(ICMs)for horizonta. well under recta.gula. bounded reservoir in litera.ure were developed by a.plying superposition of pressures in spa.e(SPS).a.new insta.ta.eous source function(i.e.,insta.ta.eous uniform-flux segmenta.y source function under bounded reservoir)is derived to be used instea. of SPS to develop the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. *** new semi-a.a.ytica. ICM is verified with ICM of Schlumberger[1]a.d with previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs in terms of bottom hole pressure(BHP)profile a.d inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the *** model is a.so va.ida.ed with rea. horizonta. wells in terms of inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the *** results show tha. the developed model gives the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. modeling for the infinite-conductivity horizonta. well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded *** tha.,high computa.iona.efficiency a.d high-resolution of wellbore discretiza.ion ha.e been a.hieved(i.e.,wellbore segment number could be tens of hundreds depending on solution requirement).The results a.so show tha. a. pseudostea.y sta.e(PSS)flow regime,inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the wellbore by previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs is sta.ilized U-sha.ed a. performa.ce of inflow ra.e distribution a. la.e ra.ia. flow ***,the previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs a.e incorrectly modeling inflow ra.e distribution a. PSS flow regime due to the nega.ive influence of a.plying *** optima. semi-a.a.ytica. ICM is in a.genera. form a.d rea. time doma.n,a.d ca. be a.plica.le for 3D horizonta. well a.d 2D vertica. fra.ture well under infinite a.d recta.gula. bounded reservoirs,of uniform-flux a.d infinite-conductivity wellbore conditions a. a.y time of well life.

Tra.ma.ic bra.n injury, chronic tra.ma.ic encepha.opa.hy, a.d a.zheimer's disea.e a.e three distinct neurologica. disorders tha. sha.e common pa.hophysiologica. mecha.isms involving neuroinfla.ma.ion. One sequela.of neuroinfla.ma.ion includes the pa.hologic hyperphosphoryla.ion of ta. protein, a. endogenous microtubule-a.socia.ed protein tha. protects the integrity of neurona. cytoskeletons. Ta. hyperphosphoryla.ion results in protein misfolding a.d subsequent a.cumula.ion of ta. ta.gles forming neurotoxic a.grega.es. These misfolded proteins a.e cha.a.teristic of tra.ma.ic bra.n injury, chronic tra.ma.ic encepha.opa.hy, a.d a.zheimer's disea.e a.d ca. lea. to downstrea. neuroinfla.ma.ory processes, including a.sembly a.d a.tiva.ion of the infla.ma.ome complex. Infla.ma.omes refer to a.fa.ily of multimeric protein units tha., upon a.tiva.ion, relea.e a.ca.ca.e of signa.ing molecules resulting in ca.pa.e-induced cell dea.h a.d infla.ma.ion media.ed by the relea.e of interleukin-1β cytokine. One specific infla.ma.ome, the NOD-like receptor protein 3, ha. been proposed to be a.key regula.or of ta. phosphoryla.ion where it ha. been shown tha. prolonged NOD-like receptor protein 3 a.tiva.ion a.ts a. a.ca.sa. fa.tor in pa.hologica. ta. a.cumula.ion a.d sprea.ing. This review begins by describing the epidemiology a.d pa.hophysiology of tra.ma.ic bra.n injury, chronic tra.ma.ic encepha.opa.hy, a.d a.zheimer's disea.e. Next, we highlight neuroinfla.ma.ion a. a. overriding theme a.d discuss the role of the NOD-like receptor protein 3 infla.ma.ome in the forma.ion of ta. deposits a.d how such ta.opa.hic entities sprea. throughout the bra.n.
