Background:Horseshoe kidney is a rare congenital anomaly commonly complicated by *** shockwave litho-tripsy(ESWL),ureteroscopy(URS),and percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)are treatment options for horseshoe kidney *** aim of this systematic review is to compare the benefits and risks of these management options.Methods:MEDLINE,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to February 2022.A total of 516 nonduplicate studies were screened against the inclusion and exclusion *** comparing at least 2 interventions with＞10 pa-tients per intervention were included.Results:Nine retrospective observational studies published from 2007 to 2021 with a total of 565 patients were *** mean±SD or mean(range)stone sizes ranged between 17.90±2.43 mm and 27.9±8.6 mm for PCNL,8.4(2-25)mm and 22.3±9.1 mm for URS,and 11.9±2.0 mm and 16.8±4.4 mm for *** was no difference in single-session and overall stone-free rate(SFR)between PCNL and URS,with a risk ratio of 1.04(95％confidence interval,0.95-1.13;I2=20.63％).Ureteroscopy had better stone clearance than ESWL,with an overall SFR risk ratio of1.38(95％confidence interval,1.04-1.82;I2=0％).There was no statistically significant difference in overall SFR between PCNL and *** patients who underwent URS and ESWL experienced Clavien-Dindo(CD)grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ *** nephrolithotomy was associated with the highest complication rates,includ-ing 5 CD grade Ⅲ and 3 CD grade Ⅳ complications and a mean postoperative hemoglobin drop of 0.47 to 1.83 g/*** were no CD grade V complications across all studies.Conclusions:There was no difference in SFR between PCNL and *** was associated with a smaller stone burden and fewer and less severe *** was found to be more effective than ESWL with a higher SFR and comparable safety *** large-scale randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm these fi

嘻哈文化是兴起于20世纪70年代,并广泛流行于80年代和90年代的一场文化运动,其核心内容及文化内涵不断发展并延续至今,从最初的小众流行文化逐渐被主流文化所接受,并渗透至多个相关领域。而随着家文化和宅经济的深入,以及生活方式的改变,人们对家居服的要求不再只是满足基本着装,更对其美观程度和设计感有更高要求,家居服个性化趋势明显。嘻哈文化的融入可为家居服设计塑造更鲜活有生命力的审美价值观。本文首先阐述了嘻哈文化的内涵、家居服的概念、嘻哈文化在家居服设计应用中的契机与优势;然后通过对现有受嘻哈文化影响的品牌和流行趋势进行具体案例分析,从设计要素角度归纳嘻哈文化在服装设计中的应用特征;结合国内外家居服市场、流行趋势和家居服设计的要求,重点研究了嘻哈文化在家居服设计中的创新应用手法,从款式设计、色彩设计、图案设计、细节设计四个角度归纳了应用体系;最后结合前期研究展开毕业创作,结合笔者设计的图案和涂鸦元素、创新经典版型设计,以及彰显嘻哈文化精神的外向色彩,创造独特的嘻哈风格家居服。本课题将嘻哈文化运用至家居服设计中,归纳嘻哈文化在家居服设计的应用手法,为家居服设计融入更年轻、符合消费者需求的社交家居服理念,创造出满足新时代背景下新青年生活方式的新型家居服,并为以后更多新兴文化融入家居服设计提供更多借鉴和支持。

A novel functional magnetic polyimide loaded with cobalt ferrite nanoparticles by coprecipitation method was proposed,and XRD,FTIR,SEM technologies were employed to study their physicochemical *** filtra-tion performance of non-magnetic and magnetic polyimide were examined by experimental *** effects of dust resistance,filtration velocity and initial dust concentration on the filtration performance of magnetic polyimide were investigated under different dust *** results revealed that presence of𝜌-лconjuga-tion between the cobalt ferrite and polyimide fiber resulted in easily load on the fiber surface for cobalt ferrite *** magnetic polyimide exhibited good filtration efficiency especially in the range of particle size less than 2μ*** filtration efficiency of magnetic polyimide filter materials increased by nearly 20%com-pared with the primary *** to the loading of cobalt ferrite,the resistance of the magnetic polyimide increased,while the resistance growth rate decreased from 100%to 29%with increased filtration velocity from 0.5 m/min to 2.5 m/min.

An Overview of Formation Mechanism and Disaster Characteristics of Post-seismic Debris Flows Triggered by Subsequent Rainstorms in Wenchuan Earthquake Extremely Stricken Areas

The Wenchuan earthquake induced large amounts of debris flows and catastrophic incidents triggered by subsequent rainstorms occurred frequently in the past 6 rainy seasons, and thus resulted in serious casualties, huge economic loss and long-term impact. In this paper, post-seismic debris flows distributed in 10 Wenchuan earthquake extremely stricken counties were verified and debris flow database consisting of 609 debris flows was established based on detailed investigation organized by Land and Resources Department of Sichuan Province. Combined with database and related studies, the impact of Wenchuan earthquake on debris flows was analyzed. And then variation of formation conditions including rainfall threshold and landform condition was analyzed by contrasting pre-seismic and post-seismic debris flows. Followed are some typical viewpoints on initiation mechanism of post-seismic debris flows. In the end of this paper, characteristics of postseismic debris flows triggered by subsequent rainstorms were comprehensively summarized, such as regional group occurrence, high frequency, high viscosity, chain effect, huge dynamics, large scale and long duration. We hope this paper will be helpful in understanding the formation mechanism, disaster characteristics and prevention countermeasures of post-seismic debris flows in Wenchuan earthquake extremely stricken areas.

Dear editor,Spontaneous regression of testicular cancer is a rare phenomenon,which has not been completely *** so-called burned-out tumors typically present at metastatic stage with no testicular symptoms or clinical evidence of a primary testicular lesion and can be mistaken for primary extragonadal *** is the most likely to regress without treatment,whereas a burnedout seminoma is uncommon[1].Gonadal function is often impaired in men with testicular *** 25%of these men experience spermatogenic failure,such as a Sertoli cell-only syndrome with azoospermia[2].We present the case of a patient with burned-out testicular seminoma and contralateral Sertoli cell-only *** consent to procedures and publication was obtained from the patient before presentation of this case report.

Objective:To explore patterns and trends in nursing publications from the People's Republic of ***:Using the Scopus online database,the author performed two searches in August *** first search identified all items in the category of nursing affiliated to China,and the second search identified publications from China within one specific nursing *** author used a theoretical framework to provide a more in-depth understanding of patterns and trends within these ***:The number of articles categorized as nursing,with listed authorship in China,within the Scopus database was 17,*** majority of published papers were categorized as ***-ranking Chinese universities,such as Peking University and Fudan University,scored high in terms of several publications listed within the *** categorized as nursing,the most common source titles that are mostly high-ranking journals did not feature the high-ranking nursing *** authors were generally not affiliated with nursing *** analysis of one of the top-ranking nursing journals,the Journal of Nursing Management,featured top Chinese universities and consistent nursing *** authors were found to have lower h-indices than international nursing ***:There has been a steady increase year by year in publications categorized as nursing from China since 2009,with the majority of published papers categorized as *** is clear evidence of scholarly activity in nursing in China,both in the published literature and anecdotally in ***,nursing scholars need to do more to increase dissemination and ensure that nursing professors are leading and driving nursing research,although in a multidisciplinary *** is also a need for increased exposure of Chinese nursing scholarship in high-ranking nursing journals.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the technique that enables computers to solve problems and perform tasks that traditionally require human intelligence. The availability of large amounts of medical data from electronic medical records and powerful modern microcomputers enables the development of AI in medicine. AI has proven its applicability in many different medical areas, such as drug discovery, diagnostic radiology and pathology, as well as interventional applications in cardiology and surgery. However, until today, AI is scarcely used in the clinical practice of anesthesiology. Although there has been a significant body of research published on AI applications for anesthesiology in the literature, the number of developed robot systems for commercial use or those ready for clinical trials remains limited. The limitations of AI systems are identified and discussed, which include incorrect medical data formatting, individual patient variability, the lack of ability of current AI systems, anesthesiologist inexperience in AI usage, system unreliability, unexplainable AI conclusions and strict regulations. In order to ensure anesthesiologists’ trust in AI systems and improve their implementation in daily practice, strict quality control of the systems and algorithms should be undertaken. Further, anesthesiology personnel should play an integral role in the development of AI systems before we are able to see more AI integration in clinical anesthesiology.
