The arti.le i.troduces a fi.i.e element procedure usi.g the bi.i.ear quadri.ateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refi.ed fi.st-order shear deformati.n theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo si.ulati.n(MCS), so-called refi.ed stochasti. fi.i.e element method to i.vesti.ate the random vi.rati.n of functi.nally graded materi.l(FGM) plates subjected to the movi.g load.The advantage of the proposed method i. to use r-FSDT to i.prove the accuracy of classi.al FSDT, sati.fy the stress-free condi.i.n at the plate boundari.s, and combi.e wi.h MCS to analyze the vi.rati.n of the FGM plate when the parameter i.puts are random quanti.i.s followi.g a normal di.tri.uti.n. The obtai.ed results show that the di.tri.uti.n characteri.ti.s of the vi.rati.n response of the FGM plate depend on the standard devi.ti.n of the i.put parameters and the veloci.y of the movi.g load.Furthermore, the numeri.al results i. thi. study are expected to contri.ute to i.provi.g the understandi.g of FGM plates subjected to movi.g loads wi.h uncertai. i.put parameters.

Lung cancer has the hi.hest mortali.y rate among all cancers,i. part because i. readi.y metastasi.es.The tumor mi.roenvi.onment,compri.i.g blood vessels,fi.roblasts,i.mune cells,and macrophages[i.cludi.g tumor-associ.ted macrophages(TAMs)],i. closely related to cancer cell growth,mi.rati.n,and i.vasi.n.TAMs secrete several cytoki.es,i.cludi.g i.terleuki.(i.)-1β,whi.h parti.i.ate i. cancer mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n.p21-acti.ated ki.ase 1(PAK1),an i.portant si.nali.g molecule,i.duces cell mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n i. several carci.omas.Toni.i.yresponsi.e enhancer-bi.di.g protei.(TonEBP)i. also known to parti.i.ate i. cancer cell growth,mi.rati.n,and i.vasi.n.However,the mechani.ms by whi.h i. i.creases lung cancer mi.rati.n remai. unclear.Therefore,i. thi. study,we ai.ed to eluci.ate the mechani.ms by whi.h i.-1βand TonEBP affect lung cancer cell mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n.We found that A549 cocultured-MΦ-secreted i.-1βi.duced A549 cell mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n vi. the PAK1 pathway.TonEBP defi.i.ncy reduced A549 cell mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n and i.creased responsi.eness to i.-1β–i.duced mi.rati.n and i.vasi.n.PAK1 phosphorylati.n,whi.h was promoted by i.-1β,was reduced when TonEBP was depleted.These results suggest that TonEBP plays an i.portant role i. i.-1βi.ducti.n and i.vasi.eness of A549 cells vi. the PAK1 pathway.These fi.di.gs could be valuable i. i.enti.yi.g potenti.l targets for lung cancer treatment.

BACKGROUND i.flammatory bowel di.ease(i.D)i. a chroni. i.flammatory condi.i.n of the gastroi.testi.al tract,wi.h tumor necrosi. factor(TNF)-αplayi.g a key role i. i.s pathogenesi..Etanercept,a decoy receptor for TNF,i. used to treat i.flammatory condi.i.ns.The secretome deri.ed from adi.ose-deri.ed stem cells(ASCs)has anti.i.flammatory effects,maki.g i. a promi.i.g therapeuti. opti.n for i.D.Ai. To i.vesti.ate the anti.i.flammatory effects of the secretome obtai.ed from ASCs synthesi.i.g etanercept on colon cells and i. a dextran sulfate sodi.m(DSS)-i.duced i.D mouse model.METHODS ASCs were transfected wi.h etanercept-encodi.g mi.i.ci.cle plasmi.s to create etanercept-produci.g cells.The secretory materi.l from these cells was then tested for anti.i.flammatory effects both i. vi.ro and i. a DSS-i.duced i.D mouse model.RESULTS Thi. study revealed promi.i.g results i.di.ati.g that the group treated wi.h the secretome deri.ed from etanercept-synthesi.i.g ASCs[Etanercept-Secretome(Et-Sec)group]had si.ni.i.antly lower expressi.n levels of i.flammatory medi.tors,such as i.terleuki.-6,Monocyte Chemoattractant Protei.-1,and TNF-α,when compared to the control secretome(Ct-Sec).Moreover,the Et-Sec group exhi.i.ed a marked therapeuti. effect i. terms of preservi.g the archi.ecture of i.testi.al ti.sue compared to the Ct-Sec.CONCLUSi.N These results suggest that the secretome deri.ed from ASCs that synthesi.e etanercept has potenti.l as a therapeuti. agent for the treatment of i.D,potenti.lly enhanci.g treatment effi.acy by mergi.g the anti.i.flam-matory quali.i.s of the ASC secretome wi.h etanercept's targeted approach to better address the multi.aceted pathophysi.logy of i.D.

i.troducti.n: Atypi.al fi.roxanthoma (AFX) and pleomorphi. dermal sarcoma (PDS) are one spectrum of rare cutaneous neoplasms that typi.ally ari.e i. sun-exposed ski. of older populati.n. AFX/PDS i. essenti.lly di.gnosi. of exclusi.n requi.i.g i.munohi.tochemi.al work-up to exclude other types of tumors. Case Report: We present a case i.volvi.g an ulcerated soli.ary lesi.n on the scalp of an elderly man. Hi.tologi.al exami.ati.n revealed that the dermal tumor was composed of large pleomorphi., epi.heli.i., and spi.dle cells wi.h clear cytoplasm. These cells were negati.e for cytokerati.s, melanocytes and smooth muscle markers, but posi.i.e for CD10. These fi.di.gs are consi.tent wi.h a di.gnosi. of clear cell (CC) PDS. Conclusi.n: PDS i. a low-grade mali.nancy that can recur locally and metastasi.e, whi.h i. di.ti.gui.hed from AFX by i.s larger si.e and the presence of aggressi.e hi.topathologi. features i.cludi.g deeper i.vasi.n i.to the subcutaneous ti.sue, tumor necrosi., and lymphovascular and/or peri.eural i.volvement. Among several hi.topathologi. vari.nts, the CC vari.nt i. extremely rare wi.h only two cases of PDS reported i. the li.erature to date.
