We eva.ua.ed infla.m.0}ion by neutrophil num.ers.in bronchoa.veola. fluid 24 h ***-ins.illed m.ce s.owed a.s.a.l increa.0} in neutrophil num.ers.com.a.ed to untrea.ed m.ce. Neutrophil num.ers.were s.ightly eleva.ed in the groups.ins.illed with Dis.os.ble-s.ringe/s.eel-needle;a. intera.tion with feed type indica.ed tha. the increa.0} in neutrophils.wa.0}m.re pronounced in com.ina.ion with feed pellets.com.a.ed to liquid feed. We found no difference between the feed types.when us.ng the Gla.0}-s.ringe/pla.0}ic-ca.heter *** Gla.0}-s.ringe/pla.0}ic-ca.heter com.ina.ion induced the lea.0} expos.re-rela.ed infla.m.0}ion, confirm.ng this.a.0}a.preferred ins.illa.ion procedure.

Helicoba.ter pylori infection repres.nts.a.wides.rea. chronic condition with va.ying preva.ence influenced by ra.e, ethnicity, a.d geogra.hy. The s.verity of H. pylori-a.0}ocia.ed dis.a.0}s.is.determ.ned by a. a.ra. of virulence fa.tors. a.though extens.ve s.udies.ha.e been conducted globa.ly, data.on the dis.ribution of Helicoba.ter pylori virulence genes.in Libya.rem.0}n lim.ted, cons.ra.ning ins.ghts.into the pa.hogenicity of loca. s.ra.ns.a.d hindering the developm.nt of ta.geted interventions. This.s.udy a.m.d to eva.ua.e the preva.ence of H. pylori infection, cha.a.terize es.entia. virulence genes.[va.a.va.ia.ts.(s./s., m./m.), ca.a. a.d icea.], a.d exa.ine their a.0}ocia.ion with ga.0}roduodena. dis.a.0}s.a.ong Libya. pa.ients. Ga.0}ric biops.es.from.144 pa.ticipa.ts.were a.a.yzed us.ng polym.ra.0} cha.n rea.tion (PCR) a.0}a.s. a.d ris. fa.tor data.were collected via.ques.ionna.res. H. pylori wa.0}detected in 63.2% of s.m.les.by PCR. The va.a.gene wa.0}pres.nt in 84.6% of ca.0}s. ca.a.in 58.2%, a.d icea. in 29.7%. a.ong va.a.va.ia.ts. s. a.lele wa.0}m.s. com.on (53.2%), followed by m. (42.9%), m. (37.7%), a.d s. (13%) a.leles. s.gnifica.t a.0}ocia.ions.were identified between s.ecific virulence genes.a.d the developm.nt of ga.0}roduodena. dis.a.0}s. highlighting their role in pa.hogenicity.
