Choroid plexus papilloma(CPP)is a rare,slow-growing,and typically benign brain tumor that predominantly affects *** is characterized by well-defined circular or lobulated masses in the ventricles,leading to symptoms related to increased intracranial pressure and *** diagnosis relies on a combination of clinical presentation,imaging findings,and histological *** World Health Organization(WHO)classification categorizes choroid plexus tumors into CPP(GradeІ),atypical CPP(aCPP,Grade Ⅱ),and choroid plexus carcinoma(CPC,Grade Ⅲ).This article reviewed current diagnostics modalities and explored the emergence of new diagnostic methods for *** on molecular markers and genetic alterations associated with CPP is ongoing,and some potential markers have been *** results offered insights into potential therapeutic targets and personalized treatment approaches for *** in radiomics and liquid biopsy hold promise for improving diagnostic accuracy and monitoring treatment outcomes for choroid plexus *** can provide quantitative data from imaging studies,whereas liquid biopsy can analyze tumor-derived genetic material and molecular markers from body fluids,such as cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)and *** rapidly evolving fields of molecular and genetic research and novel diagnostic methods require continuous updates and advancements before their application in clinical *** hope that these advancements will lead to earlier and more precise diagnoses,better treatment options,and improved outcomes in patients with CPP and other brain tumors.

为提高井下固体充填采充作业效率,增强充填材料承载性能,设计了不同粉煤灰掺量的加浆改性固体充填材料压实试验,并开展了不同养护龄期的胶结充填体单轴压缩测试,探究了加浆散体压实力学特征,分析了粉煤灰掺量及养护龄期对胶结充填体的强度影响及变形破坏趋势,结合加浆散体压实界面黏结特性及胶凝浆液水化过程,阐明了加浆改性固体充填材料承压变形特性及固结承载机理.研究结果表明:加浆改性固体充填材料承载性能受加浆散体压实与胶凝浆液交互补强的动态影响,其承载机制包括矸石啮合、黏结补强和胶结固化3个关键过程;压实过程中应力-应变曲线表现出孔隙压密、滑移调整及破碎重构3个阶段,并随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,抵制变形的能力增强;粉煤灰掺量对胶结充填体性能具有双向作用,在养护28 d时,粉煤灰掺量为10%的胶结充填体达到强度阈值.研究成果对于固体改性充填工艺的优化具有较大参考价值,为充填体后期强度提高及充填成本的降低提供了理论及数据支撑.

Background Evaluation of psychiatric disorders in children is essential in timely *** individual studies,there is no information on the exact status of psychiatric disorders in *** present study was conducted to determine the prevalence of depression among children with type 1 and type 2 *** This meta-analysis is registered with PROSPERO(CRD42021231491).Several databases(Web of Science,Scopus,and PubMed)were searched from January 1,2000 to December 15,*** key words included:depression,anxiety,children,and *** steps of search,comprising screening,risk of bias,and extraction of study data,were performed separately by two *** It was found that a total of 109 studies had been conducted involving 52,493 children with type 1 and type 2 *** studies were included in the present review *** prevalence of depression,anxiety among children with type 1 diabetes were 22.2%[95%confidence interval(CI)19.2–25.2],and 17.7%(95%CI 15.2–20.1),*** prevalence of depression was higher among girls(29.7%)than boys(19.7%).The prevalence of depression was higher in lower-middle-income countries at 29.3%(95%CI 18.6–40.0).The prevalence of depression among children with type 2 diabetes was 22.7%(95%CI 17.3–28.0).Conclusion The results of the present study indicate the importance of paying attention to extensive periodic screening and appropriate activities to reduce pediatric depression.

Invasive aspergillosis in liver transplant recipients, an infectious complication with low incidence but significant mortality

BACKGROUND Infections,including invasive fungal infections(IFIs),are among the leading causes of mortality in liver transplant recipients during the first year *** To investigate the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,risk factors,treatment outcomes,and mortality rate of post-liver transplantation invasive aspergillosis(IA).METHODS In this case-control study,22 patients with IA were identified by reviewing the archived and electronic medical records of 850 patients who received liver transplants at the Imam Khomeini Hospital complex in Tehran,Iran,between 2014 and *** control group comprised 38 patients without IA infection matched for age and *** information obtained included the baseline characteristics of liver transplant patients,operative reports,post-transplantation characteristics of both groups and information about the fungal infection of the patient *** The prevalence rate of IA among liver transplant recipients at Imam Khomeini Hospital was 2.7%.The risk factors of IA among studied patients included high serum creatinine levels before and post-transplant,renal replacement therapy,antithymocyte globulin induction therapy,post-transplant bile leakage,posttransplant hepatic artery thrombosis,repeated surgery within 30 d after the transplant,bacterial pneumonia before the aspergillosis diagnosis,receiving systemic antibiotics before the aspergillus infection,cytomegalovirus infection,and duration of post-transplant hospitalization in the intensive care *** most prevalent form of infection was invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,and the most common chest computed tomography scan findings were nodules,pleural effusion,and the halo *** the case group,prophylactic antifungal therapy was administered more frequently than in the control *** antifungal therapy response rate at 12 wk was 63.7%.The 3-and 12-mo mortality rates of the patients with IA were 36.4%and 45.4%,respectively(compared with the mortality rate o

Shrinkage behavior of self-compacting concrete

In the structures where long-term behavior should be monitored and controlled, creep and shrinkage effects have to be included precisely in the analysis and design procedures. Shrinkage varies with the constituent and mixture proportions, and depends on the curing conditions and the work environment as well. Self-compacting concrete (SCC) contains combinations of various components, such as aggregate, cement, superplasticizer, water-reducing agent and other ingredients which affect the properties of the SCC including shrinkage. Hence, the realistic prediction shrinkage strains of SCC are an important requirement of the design process for this type of concrete structures. This study reviews the accuracy of the conventional concrete (CC) shrinkage prediction models proposed by the international codes of practice, including CEB-FIP (1990), ACI 209R (1997), Eurocode 2 (2001), JSCE (2002), AASHTO (2004; 2007) and AS 3600 (2009). Also, SCC shrinkage prediction models proposed by Poppe and De Schutter (2005), Larson (2007), Cordoba (2007) and Khayat and Long (2010) are reviewed. Further, a new shrinkage prediction model based on the comprehensive analysis on both of the available models, i.e., the CC and the SCC is proposed. The predicted shrinkage strains are compared with the actual measured shrinkage strains in 165 mixtures of SCC and 21 mixtures of CC.

本文研究了在生物浸出Midouk Shahrr-e-Babak铜矿复合体系中,氯离子对用极端嗜热菌Sulfolobus acidocalarius生物浸出硫化铜精矿的影响。细菌在pH=1.5时逐渐适应氯离子,说明溶液中氯离子的存在只是降低了细菌的繁殖和生长速度,但并没有阻止细菌的生长。当pH从2.0降低到1.5时,在前几天铜的浸出率逐步提高,9 d后铜的浸出率接近100%。随着溶液中固体含量从1%增加到3%,铜浸出时间延长了6 d。在pH=1.5、固体含量为1%、Na Cl浓度为0.5 mol/L和1.0 mol/L的条件下,9 d后的浸出率分别为98%和80%;21 d后,浸出率分别达到近100%和90%。在无微生物但其他条件相同的情况下,铜的浸出率仅为62%。

Ni catalysts supported on nanocrystalline magnesium oxide for syngas production by CO_2 reforming of CH_4

CO2 reforming of methane （CDRM） was carried out over MgO supported Ni catalysts with various Ni loadings. The preparation of MgO supported Ni catalysts via surfactant-assisted precipitation method led to the formation of a nanocrystalline carrier for nickel catalysts. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, H2 chemisorption, TPR, TPO and SEM techniques. It was found that the high catalytic activity and stability of the prepared catalysts could be attributable to high dispersion of reduced Ni species and basicity of support surface. In addition, the effect of feed ratio, nickel loading and GHSV on the catalytic performance of CDRM over the catalysts were investigated.
