In this study,a model for prediction of lignocellulose components of agricultural residues has been developed with Fourier Transformed Near Infrared(FT-NIR)spectroscopy *** calibration techniques(Principal Component Regression(PCR)and Partial Least Square Regression(PLSR))were assessed for prediction of lignin,holocellulose,α-cellulose,pentosan and ash,and found the PLSR better for lignin,holocellulose andα-*** PCR also produced better results for quantification of pentosan and *** range(7000-5000 cm^(-1))showed more informative than other parts of the spectral *** PLSR showed maximum value of R^(2)(R^(2)=0.91%)for prediction of *** the prediction of pentosan,the PCR was better(R^(2)=0.68%).The PCR also showed better results(R^(2)=86%)for quantification of *** determine amount of lignin,the PLSR was the best(R^(2)=0.83%)when the spectral data were de-trained and smoothed with Savitzky-Golay(S-G)filtering *** prediction ofα-cellulose,the PLSR was the best model(R^(2)=0.94%)when the data were pretreated with mean *** the best alternatives inNear Infrared(NIR)data preprocessing and calibration techniques,methods for quantification of lignocellulose components of agricultural residues have been developed which is rapid,cost effective,and less chemical intensive and easily usable in pulp and paper industries and pulp testing laboratories.

In this paper,we propose a photonic crystal fiber(PCF)polarization filter based on surface plasmon resonance(SPR)*** nanowire is used as the active plasmonic *** into silica core becomes coupled to gold nanowire stimulating SPR. Background: Cervical cancer is the second most common malignancy of women in Bangladesh. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment of patients with early invasive cancer confined to cervix. While the five-year survival rate after surgery for stage IB1 disease exceeds 90%, it is only 60% - 70% for stage IB2 and IIA2 (tumor size > 4 cm). To improve the outcome of treatment, two to three cycles of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (NACT) has been evaluated as a treatment strategy in stage IB2 and IIA2 diseases. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed by Radical Surgery (RS) among the patients with early bulky cervical cancer (Stage IB2 & IIA2) to reduce the tumor size to achieve radical resectibility. Methods: This study was carried out at the Gynaecological Oncology Division of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) during the period July 2015 to December 2015. Thirty-eight patients with early bulky cervical cancer without any prior medical or surgical treatment received NACT using intravenous paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 and cisplatin 75 mg/m2 followed by radical surgery. The primary outcome measure assessed the response to NACT to reduce the size of the tumor. Secondary outcome measures assessed the resectibility of tumor and compared the preoperative clinical stage to the postoperative pathological stage. This study also assessed the relationship of intraoperative and postoperative complications including the adverse effects of postoperative radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy. Results: Clinical response to NACT was 94.7% (84.2% complete response + 10.5% partial response). Progressive disease was found in two cases (5.3%). Duration of surgery was less than 2 hours in 81.6% cases and greater than 3 hours in 13.2% cases only. All women lived 5 to 10 hours away from Dhaka and could not return for in person follow-up. Pollution of the biosphere by heavy metals is a global hazard that has accelerated since the beginning of the industrial revolution. Toxic heavy metals are harmful to living organisms even at low concentrations whereas heavy metals that are essential trace elements are required by plants at low concentrations but can become toxic at high concentrations. Heavy metals released from different sources accumulate in soil and, where bioavailability is high enough;can adversely affect soil biological functioning and other properties, leading to the loss of soil and ecosystem fertility and health. It is important that heavy metal contaminated sites are remediated as heavy metals do not decompose into less harmful substances like organic contaminants, and thus are retained in the soil. In this review, we survey and analysis our current knowledge and understanding of the abundance of heavy metals in soil, their phytoavailability, their toxicity, their uptake and transport, role of rhizobia and other microbes and overall rhizosphere processes.

NARX neural network approach for the monthly prediction of groundwater levels in Sylhet Sadar, Bangladesh

Groundwater is important for managing the water supply in agricultural countries like Bangladesh. Therefore, the ability to predict the changes of groundwater level is necessary for jointly planning the uses of groundwater resources. In this study, a new nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous inputs(NARX) network has been applied to simulate monthly groundwater levels in a well of Sylhet Sadar at a local scale. The Levenberg-Marquardt(LM) and Bayesian Regularization(BR) algorithms were used to train the NARX network, and the results were compared to determine the best architecture for predicting monthly groundwater levels over time. The comparison between LM and BR showed that NARX-BR has advantages over predicting monthly levels based on the Mean Squared Error(MSE), coefficient of determination(R^2), and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient of efficiency(NSE). The results show that BR is the most accurate method for predicting groundwater levels with an error of ± 0.35 m. This method is applied to the management of irrigation water source, which provides important information for the prediction of local groundwater fluctuation at local level during a short period.

冠心病(CHD)是最常见的死因之一,世界上每年约有700万人死于该病,其中大多数死因是急性心肌梗死(AMI),因此全球范围内急性心梗的疾病负担和死亡率都很高。溶栓和原发性经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)是治疗ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的主要方案。目的:评估抗栓治疗对于预防急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术中和术后发生不良出血事件的作用。抗栓药物的临床结局和效果需与其相关的出血并发症发生风险进行权衡对比。本研究旨在比较比伐卢定和普通肝素对行PCI手术的急性心梗患者的抗凝治疗效果,并阐明他们的临床预后意义。比伐卢定是一种直接凝血酶抑制剂(DTI),经常在侵入性心内手术尤其是PCI背景下用于抗凝。比伐卢定具有独特的药理学效用,与其他已知的DTI对比来看,它参与了主要的非器官性消除(蛋白水解),半衰期最短(约25分钟)。它与凝血酶的相似性介于重组水蛭素(最高)和阿加曲班(最低)之间,而这解释了为何它的干扰功能性凝血测定的程度介于其他两种DTI达到的程度之间。PT(INR)对凝血酶的亲和力较高,延长APTT对DTI分子量的要求较低;反过来,APTT延长所需DTI的浓度降低(并且可能是体内效应)导致了PT(INR)缩短不可逆。原发性PCI是急性心梗病人行PCI术的关键性实践步骤,尤其是当他们的心电图提示严重心脏损害的时候。PCI一般用于远期心血管事件发生风险较高的其他形式心梗病人或不稳定型心绞痛病人。冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)就是绕过狭窄的动脉形成旁路来进行治疗,而PCI则是除此之外的另一个良选。PCI术主要用于已被堵塞的冠脉再通,恢复心脏血供,因此病人不再需要行心脏直视手术。冠脉狭窄甚至堵塞的患者与恶性心绞痛、心梗和濒死患者类似,PCI对于他们可能是重建血供的最佳选择。目前,PCI频繁让步于支架,比如裸露金属支架、药物洗脱支架和完全可吸收的血管支架。急性心梗的病人可能有一部分适合行PCI术,指南和最优秀的手术操作也在不断地发展。对于严重堵塞的病人比如ST抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者,PCI术可比药物治疗对于提高存活率,减少死亡率、心梗和心绞痛更加关键。在美国的大多数心内介入实验室,比伐卢定主要用于对肝素耐受的病人(肝素诱导的血小板减少综合症病史)进行肝素替代治疗。然而,比伐卢定的临床分析证明其对稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛(UA)、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)和经PCI术的ST段抬高型心肌梗死病人都有稳定乐观的临床结局。这项治疗也遵从了 ACC/AHA最新指南对于上述提及的所有情况的一级建议。对于急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病人,优先于介入实验室的各项抗凝药物的预处理程度被热烈地讨论。尽管对STEMI病人来说应用抗凝药物预处理可能有明显的临床益处,但问题仍很复杂。预处理可能能够预防远期栓塞形成,影响身体自身的纤溶过程和随后自发的再灌注,同时减少围手术期并发症。然而心电图显示怀疑STMI的病人实际上也可能有着完全正常的冠状血管。他们的症状可能来源于其他的诊断如心包炎、肺栓塞、主动脉夹层、心包填塞等。这些病人若接受抗凝预处理,非但没有任何好处,还可能对身体有害,尤其是需要做抗栓手术的时候。因此预处理变得更加复杂并且需要谨慎考虑。比伐卢定主要用于FDA首次允许的适应症,即经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术("球囊血管成形术")中的抗凝治疗,也是PCI中最常见的类型。对于接受PCI治疗的患有或可能患有肝素诱导型血小板减少症(HIT)或伴有血栓形成(HITTS)的患者,还可以用比伐卢定进行PCI治疗,并提供暂时性糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa拮抗剂治疗。比伐卢定发展计划使用了一个包含"三重"功效终点加上大量出血的"四重"终点的策略。这一策略预示着将来的重点在于通过减少出血来改善临床结局。除了总结评估比伐卢定对急性冠脉综合征(特别是应用PCI)用途的关键试验,我们还评估了比伐卢定作为抗凝剂在体外和非体外循环心脏手术中的作用,包括HIT和非HIT情况。制剂比伐卢定在大规模多盲试验中已被用于减少大出血事件,与普通肝素比较,它一般用于PCI术后的STEMI患者。然而,与比伐卢定治疗有关的出血减少是以支架内血栓发生率增加为代价的。这些试验中,普通肝素组糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa抑制剂(GPI)剂量的比例也在变化,从少量到中量再到必须加用。假如GPI治疗与出血增加和缺血减少有关,无论观察到的比伐卢定和普通肝素差异多大,至少在某种程度上比不上普通肝素组更好的GPI治疗。比伐卢定现已被FDA批准作为抗凝剂与阿司匹林合用于经PTCA术后且非紧急性PCI术的不稳定型心绞痛病人。但比伐卢定不影响PCI术后再狭窄率。为了防止围手术期血栓形成,抗凝治疗对于PCI术必不可少。普通肝素(UFH)和后来新型的低分子量肝素(LMWH)是最常见的一组凝血酶抑制剂(DTI),但

Information networks where users join a network, publish their own content, and create links to other users are called Online Social Networks (OSNs). Nowadays, OSNs have become one of the major platforms to promote both new and viral applications as well as disseminate information. Social network analysis is the study of these information networks that leads to uncovering patterns of interaction among the entities. In this regard, finding influential users in OSNs is very important as they play a key role in the success above phenomena. Various approaches exist to detect influential users in OSNs, starting from simply counting the immediate neighbors to more complex machine-learning and message-passing techniques. In this paper, we review the recent existing research works that focused on identifying influential users in OSNs.
