随着中药干预疾病的临床效果在全球范围内获得认可,运用现代分子生物学技术深入剖析疾病发生机制、阐明中药干预的作用原理,已经成为中医国际化进程中的关键一环。而在此基础上,结合中西医优势以解决临床问题也成为优势互补的协同型临床干预方案。中西医结合正是在中、西医发展碰撞下应时代而生的专业学科。然而,现阶段中西医结合的人才培养依旧面临诸多亟待解决的问题,通过剖析当前中西医结合研究生培养所面临的困境,针对这些瓶颈问题,提出了从优化课程设置、增加专业职业规划咨询、加强团队导师制建设3个不同维度解决问题并改善现状。同时,深入探讨基础科研训练在中西医结合研究生培养中的重要性,旨在为中西医结合研究生的培养提供新思路,进而推动中医教育实现现代化转型,加速融入国际医学体系,开启中医教育国际化的崭新篇章。

Terrestrial plants can affect the growth and health of adjacent plants via interspecific ***,we studied the mechanism by which plant root exudates affect the recruitment of the rhizosphere microbiome in adjacent plants—with implications for plant protection—using a tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)–potatoonion(Allium cepa ***)intercropping ***,we showed that the intercropping system results in a disease-suppressive rhizosphere microbiome that protects tomato plants against Verticillium wilt disease caused by the soilborne pathogen Verticillium ***,16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed that intercropping with potatoonion altered the composition of the tomato rhizosphere microbiome by promoting the colonization of specific Bacillus *** taxon was isolated and shown to inhibit *** growth and induce systemic resistance in tomato ***,a belowground segregation experiment found that root exudates mediated the interspecific interaction between potatoonion and ***,experiments using split-root tomato plants found that root exudates from potatoonion,especially taxifolin—a flavonoid compound—stimulate tomato plants to recruit plant-beneficial bacteria,such as Bacillus ***,ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis found that taxifolin alters tomato root exudate chemistry;thus,this compound acts indirectly in modulating root colonization by Bacillus *** results revealed that this intercropping system can improve tomato plant fitness by changing rhizosphere microbiome recruitment via the use of signaling chemicals released by root exudates of *** study revealed a novel mechanism by which interspecific plant interaction modulates the establishment of a disease-suppressive microbiome,thus opening up new avenues of research for precision plant microbiome manipulations.

芽孢杆菌挥发性有机物对番茄幼苗生长的影响

采用盆栽试验,研究4株芽孢杆菌(代号分别为B1、B2、B3和B4)释放挥发性有机物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,B1处理的番茄根长、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了84.12%、25.18%、154.49%、93.75%、144.14%和36.31%;B2处理的番茄根长、株高、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了115.96%、29.0%、23.41%、212.84%、106.25%、194.67%和65.32%;B3处理的番茄根长、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了85.34%、28.71%、205.85%、157.64%、197.63%和51.84%;B4处理的番茄根长、株高、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了113.08%、22.44%、31.76%、173.61%、79.17%、157.51%和40.21%。综上所述,4株菌株VOCs对番茄幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,其中,B2菌株VOCs处理对番茄幼苗的促生效果最好。研究为进一步阐明植物对微生物VOCs的响应机制奠定了理论基础。

Optimization of ITS rDNA Amplification for Fungi from Black Soil in North China

In order to optimize polymerase chain reaction（PCR） amplification of the internal transcribed spacer（ITS） rDNA region from fungi found in black soil in North China,an orthogonal experimental design [L16（45）] was used to evaluate five factors（template,Mg2＋,dNTP,Taq DNA polymerase,and primer） from four ***,the optimal annealing temperature,annealing time,extension time and cycle numbers were *** results showed that the optimized PCR solution for amplification of ITS region comprised 5 μL 10× buffer,30 ng soil DNA template,3.0 mmol·L-1 Mg2＋,0.2 mmol·L-1 dNTPs,0.1 μmol·L-1 each forward and reverse primer,and 2.0 U Taq enzyme in 50 μL reaction *** optimal thermal cycling protocol consisted of initial melting at 94℃ for 5 min,followed by 35 cycles at 94℃ for 30 s,56℃ for 30 s,72℃ for 90 s,and a final extension of 72℃ for 10 min.

Factors including Mg^2＋, dNTP and primer that affected RAPD were studied using orthogonal experimental design, and at the same time, anneal temperature, extending time and cycles were also studied. Finally, PCR reaction system that is feasible for black soil microbial PCR amplification was determined, containing 7 ng DNA template, 20 pM random primers, 1.5 U Taq DNA polymerase, 3.0 mM MgCl2 and 0.2 mmol ·L^-1 dNTP, with procedure： 40 cycles for 3 min at 94 ℃ （temperature）, 40 s at 37 ℃ （annealing）, 1.5 min at 72 ℃ （extension）, a final elongation step at 72 ℃ for 7 min.

A 28-year-old female developed symptoms of frequent dizziness and occasional syncope while standing up,accompanied by paresthesia in her extremities and occasional *** was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome(GBS).Her upright blood pressure was undetectable,and cerebrospinal fluid analysis showed protein-leukocyte separation.A nerve conduction study showed that the sensory nerves of her lower limbs had been injured,but the motor nerves were almost *** was treated with immunotherapy and hormonotherapy,which partially relieved her paresthesia and ***,her orthostatic hypotension(OH) persisted after two months of *** three courses of treatment consisting of Fu’s subcutaneous needling,OH significantly improved,with a much less pronounced decrease(<20 mmHg) in systolic blood pressure in the upright position than observed be fore *** was sympto m-free and able to stand and walk for short distances after 3 months of *** case indicates that Fu’s subcutaneous needling treatment is effective for OH caused by GBS,and it may be a suitable alternative when conventional treatment does not produce ideal results.

Review on Autotoxicity of Watermelon

As a special form of allelopathy, autotoxicity is common in cucurbits, and it is one of main factors inducing： continuous cropping obstacles. Therefore, the autotoxicity research has both theoretical and practical significance on overcoming continuous cropping obstacles. In this review, commencing on the concept of autotoxicity, research results of autotoxicity in watermelon in recent years were summarized. The significance of researches on autotoxicity in watermelon, watermelon root exudate and its autotoxicity, and the autotoxicity of watermelon stubble and the mechanisms were explained. Meanwhile, some questions needed to be further studied.

Correlation of gut microbiota and neurotransmitters in a rat model of post-traumatic stress disorder

Objective:To determine the effect of gut microbiota on a rat model of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and explore the correlation of gut microbiota with behavior and ***:We established a single prolonged stress(SPS)model to examine the pathogenesis of PTSD on rat behavior,gut microbiota,and neurotransmitter *** were separated into control and model groups,and neurotransmitter levels were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent ***,16 S rRNA sequencing was used to compare the gut microbiota between the control and model ***:Compared with those in the control group,freezing time significantly increased,while number of standing upright,crossing frequency,time spent in the central arena,and total distance traveled were significantly reduced in the model group after exposure to SPS(all P<.05).Meanwhile,serotonin,or 5-hydroxytryptamine,levels in the brain in the model group were significantly lower than those the control group(P紏.0332).In addition,changes were observed in the gut microbiota diversity and relative abundances of bacterial phyla,orders,families,and genera in the model ***,changes in Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Cyanobacteria,and Proteobacteria levels were most pronounced after SPS *** analysis showed that the strongest positive correlation was found between Bacteroidaceae and 5-HT(P?.0009).Moreover,RF32 abundance was the most negatively related to 5-HT(P?.0009),crossing frequency(P?.0007),and total distance(P?.0003).Conclusion:Our results suggest that SPS model rats showed differences in behavior,neurotransmitter levels,and gut microbiota with control ***,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Cyanobacteria,and Proteobacteria were most relevant to the exhibited fear-like and anxiety-like behaviors and significant serotonin content reduction in SPS model rats.

Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum ***. cucumerinum （Owen） is one of the most devastating diseases in cucumber production worldwide. Recent progresses in the mechanism of resistance to Fusarium wilt in cucumber were reviewed in this paper, including pathogenic mechanism of Fusarium oxysporum, the resistance mechanism of cucumber, the heredity of resistance, and the location of resistance genes. Following works should be the location and cloning of resistance genes with molecular biologic methods.
