Resilience effects for household food expenditure and dietary diversity in rural western China

A more resilient livelihood is increasingly recognized as an efficient way to improve vulnerable households’food security and optimize their dietary *** study quantifies rural household resilience in western China,identifies the three pillars(absorptive capacity,adaptive capacity,and transformative capacity)contribution to resilience,and then establishes the estimated Resilience Capacity Index(RCI)linked with food security and dietary diversity supported by the multiple indicator multiple cause(MIMIC)*** show that,despite geographical heterogeneity,the RCI consistently increased from 2015 to *** with a higher RCI inheriting better capacity to deal with risk and shocks are significantly and positively correlated with increasing food expenditure and diversifying food *** can be because resilient households will allocate more money to food expenditure instead of saving for livelihood ***,policymakers can provide more incentives for rural households to adopt more dynamic and effective risk management ***,in turn,could yield positive spillover effects by preventing human capital loss associated with dietary-related chronic diseases and mortality.

Meeting the damage tolerance requirements for engineering-grade titanium alloys pose a significant challenge in achieving high fracture toughness in direct energy deposition(DED)titanium *** work primarily investigated the relationship between the microstructure and the fracture toughness of DED new Ti-6Al-4V-1Mo *** types of microstructures were designed via two process strategies:high-line energy density(HE)and low-line energy density(LE).Relative to LE samples,HE samples possess larger-sized microstructural characteristics(coarser grain boundaryα(α_(GB)),largerαcolonies,and coarserαlaths).Lessα/βphase boundaries were formed by coarserαlaths in the HE samples,increasing the movement of dislocations,resulting in tensile strength decreasing from 1007.1 MPa(LE)to 930.8 MPa(HE)and elongation increasing from 10.8%(LE)to 15.7%(HE).Also,HE samples exhibited an excellent fracture toughness of 114.0 MPa m^(1/2),significantly higher than that of LE samples(76.8 MPa m^(1/2)).An analysis of crack propagation paths was conducted to investigate the factors contributing to *** primary factor enhancing toughness is the frequent obstruction of cracks by coarseαGB and largeαcolonies in HE ***,the pretty large-angle deflections induced by the superposition effect of coarseαGB and largeαcolonies play a vital of significant *** factors induced the long and tortuous high-energy pathways,which resulted in ultimately improved fracture *** discovered microstructural toughening mechanisms can serve as a reference for future studies involving titanium alloys,offering insights on how to enhance fracture toughness by achieving similar characteristics.

Objectives:Distolingual root of the permanent mandibular first molar(PMFM-DLR)has been frequently reported,which may complicate the treatment of *** study aimed to assess the morphological features of PMFM-DLR and investigate the correlation between the morphological features of PMFM-DLR and periodontal status in patients with Eastern Chinese ethnic *** and methods:A total of 836 cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)images with 1497 mandibular first molars were analyzed to observe the prevalence of PMFM-DLR at the patients and tooth levels in Eastern *** them,complete periodontal charts were available for 69 Chinese patients with 103 *** and regression analyses were used to evaluate the correlation between the morphological features of DLR,bone loss,and periodontal clinical parameters,including clinical attachment loss(CAL),probing pocket depth(PPD),gingival recession(GR),and furcation involvement(FI).Results:The patient-level prevalence and tooth-level prevalence of DLR in mandibular first molars were 29.4%and 26.3%,*** linear regression analysis suggested that bone loss at the lingual site and CAL were negatively affected by the angle of separation between distolingual and mesial roots in the transverse section,while they were significantly influenced by age and the angle of separation between distobuccal and mesial roots in the coronal ***:The prevalence of PMFM-DLR in Eastern China was relatively high in our *** morphological features of DLR were correlated with the periodontal status of mandibular first *** study provides critical information on the morphological features of DLR for improved diagnosis and treatment options of mandibular molars with DLR.

Engineering Strategies for Suppressing the Shuttle Effect in Lithium–Sulfur Batteries

Lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries are supposed to be one of the most potential next-generation batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity and low ***,the shuttle effect of firm multi-step two-electron reaction between sulfur and lithium in liquid electrolyte makes the capacity much smaller than the theoretical *** methods were proposed for inhibiting the shuttle effect of polysulfide,improving corresponding redox kinetics and enhancing the integral performance of Li–S ***,we will comprehensively and systematically summarize the strategies for inhibiting the shuttle effect from all components of Li–S ***,the electrochemical principles/mechanism and origin of the shuttle effect are described in ***,the efficient strategies,including boosting the sulfur conversion rate of sulfur,confining sulfur or lithium polysulfides(LPS)within cathode host,confining LPS in the shield layer,and preventing LPS from contacting the anode,will be discussed to suppress the shuttle ***,recent advances in inhibition of shuttle effect in cathode,electrolyte,separator,and anode with the aforementioned strategies have been summarized to direct the further design of efficient materials for Li–S ***,we present prospects for inhibition of the LPS shuttle and potential development directions in Li–S batteries.

目的:探讨重楼皂苷Ⅰ(PPⅠ)通过调控miR-16-5p进而影响STAT3信号通路从而抑制肺癌进展的作用机制。方法:通过网络药理学筛选关键靶标和相关途径;CCK-8、细胞划痕实验、Transwell检测肺癌细胞在PPⅠ作用下增殖、迁移、侵袭能力的变化;通过Western blot测定相关蛋白的表达情况;将miR-16-5p mimic、miR-16-5p inhibitor的表达载体转染到肺癌A549细胞中,再次重复上述实验。结果:STAT3信号通路为PPⅠ和肺癌的关键信号通路,PPⅠ影响肺癌细胞增殖和转移,下调Bcl-2、Cyclin D1、MMP-2、Vimentin,以及上调p21、Bax、Cleave-Caspase-3、Cleave-Caspase-9的蛋白表达水平。PPⅠ干预后,肺癌细胞内miR-16-5p表达水平显著上升。过表达miR-16-5p增强了PPⅠ对A549细胞的影响;PPⅠ调控miR-16-5p可使p-STAT3的蛋白表达水平降低。结论:PPⅠ可能通过调控miR-16-5p和STAT3信号通路抑制人肺癌进展,为制定其治疗策略提供新的方案。

非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是全球发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,大多数患者在确诊时已是中晚期,预后极差。外泌体是细胞主动分泌的直径为40~100 nm的膜小体,包含丰富的蛋白质、microRNAs(miRNAs)等物质,参与细胞间的物质交换和信息交流。非小细胞肺癌源性的外泌体miRNA参与调节肿瘤细胞的发生发展、侵袭及转移等过程,在肿瘤细胞的生理、病理过程中扮演了重要角色。本文将系统阐述外泌体的生物学特性、生物学功能以及外泌体miR-145和miR-21在调控非小细胞肺癌进展、早期诊断、治疗靶点筛选及预后中的作用,为外泌体miRNA基础研究与临床应用提供参考。

建立动物模型是研究各种相应疾病发病机制和治疗手段不可或缺的工具,其伦理和福利的审查是保证科研质量以及促进实验动物科学、合理使用的必要措施。在审查实践中发现,大部分申请者都无法准确理解伦理申请表中的各项内容及其对应的伦理原则。因此,一套切实可行的动物实验伦理操作指南十分必要。本文以口腔疾病动物模型为例,从其开展的法律、伦理基础为切入点,将建立口腔疾病动物模型的方法分为物理法、化学法、生物法、联合法,并详述不同建模方法的伦理和福利审查要点和模型评价方法。希望能帮助审查者和项目申请者更好理解并执行伦理审查的要点,最终提高动物模型标准化程度和适用性。

With the rapid development of internet technology,security protection of information has become more and more prominent,especially information *** the great advantages of chaotic encryption,we propose a 2D-lag complex logistic map with complex parameters(2D-LCLMCP)and corresponding encryption ***,we present the model of the 2D-LCLMCP and analyze its chaotic properties and system stability through fixed points,Lyapunov exponent,bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,***,a block cipher algorithm based on the 2D-LCLMCP is proposed,the plaintext data is preprocessed using a pseudorandom sequence generated by the *** on the generalized Feistel cipher structure,a round function F is constructed using dynamic S-box and DNA encoding rules as the core of the block cipher *** generalized Feistel cipher structure consists of two F functions,four XOR operations,and one permutation operation per *** symmetric dynamic round keys that change with the plaintext are generated by the ***,experimental simulation and performance analysis tests are *** results show that the block cipher algorithm has low complexit,good diffusion and a large key *** the block length is 64 bits,only six rounds of encryption are required to provide sufficient security and robustness against cryptographic attacks.

酒精使用所致障碍作为全球第五大风险因素,是卒中预防的重要内容。近年来大量流行病学和临床研究显示,酒精使用与卒中之间存在相关性,酒精可通过多种途径影响心脑血管健康,从而引发卒中甚至死亡。同时也有研究显示,酒精使用与卒中之间或许存在不同的关联性,轻度饮酒可能是心脑血管的保护因素,中重度饮酒可能会诱发、加重卒中。本文分析了卒中合并酒精使用所致障碍的流行现状,对酒精使用所致障碍影响卒中发病的可能机制进行综述,同时总结了酒精摄入监测生物标志物和酒精使用所致障碍的治疗方式,以期进一步探讨卒中与酒精使用所致障碍之间的相关性,为临床诊疗提供思路。
