Let M be a compact connected 3-submanifold of the 3-sphere S^3 with one boundary component F such that there exists a collection of n pairwise disjoint connected orientable surfaces S = {S_1, ···, S_n} properly embedded in M, ?S = {?S_1, ···, ?S_n}is a complete curve system on F. We call S a complete surface system for M, and ?S a complete spanning curve system for M. In the present paper, the authors show that the equivalent classes of complete spanning curve systems for M are unique, that is, any complete spanning curve system for M is equivalent to ?S. As an application of the result,it is shown that the image of the natural homomorphism from the mapping class group M(M) to M(F) is a subgroup of the handlebody subgroup Hn.

The main results of the paper are that we give a necessary and sufficient condition for a surface sum of two handlebodies along a connected surface to be a handlebody as follows:(1)The annulus sum H=H1∪AH2 of two handlebodies H1 and H2 is a handlebody if and only if the core curve of A is a longitude for either H1 or H2;(2)Let H=H1∪Sg,b H2 be a surface sum of two handlebodies H1 and H2 along a connected surface S=Sg,b,b 1,ni=g(Hi)2,i=1,2.Suppose that S is incompressible in both H1 and H2.Then H is a handlebody if and only if there exists a basis J={J1,...,Jm}with a partition(J1,J2)of J such that J1 is primitive in H1 and J2 is primitive in H2.

OBJECTIVE:To verify the effects of perilla oil on the regulation of blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia.METHODS:Blood was taken from patients prior to and 8 weeks following treatment with perilla oil.Different ways to test for indexes which correlate to hyperlipidemia were performed.Some indexes,which correlate with inflammation and injury to endothelial cells,were tested using enzyme linked immunosorbent assays.RESULTS:Serum lipid levels [triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)] changed significantly after 56 days of treatment.Differences were noted as early as 28 days after treatment began(Plipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) after 28 and 56 days of treatment.Plasma lipids levels were significantly lower after 56 days of treatment(Plipid levels in patients,and the regulation of cell signaling factor levels had no adverse effects on patients' liver or kidney function,or blood routine examinations.CONCLUSION:Perilla oil treatment is safe in clinical use,can regulate blood lipid levels and protects the function of endothelial cells.

针对炼油厂部分装置空气冷却器(空冷器)低温热回收及利用问题,对各装置空冷器低温热的热源品位、负荷及工艺介质特性、操作条件等因素进行了综合分析。根据季节变化考虑热阱的周期性波动特点优化设置热阱,进行热量的梯级回收利用,分别建立两套低温热回收利用系统,实现空冷器低温热合理利用。两套低温热回收利用系统可回收299.3 MW热量,回收后的低温热可用于发电、制冷、工艺单元加热、管道设备伴热、建筑物采暖等方面。冬季低温热可全部利用,夏季低温热过剩。

文中依托某地铁盾构隧道,在下穿既有铁路风险保护设计的基础上,建立大直径盾构隧道穿越铁路的三维数值模型,对比分析不加固、单线注浆加固、双线注浆加固3种工况下不同铁路结构竖向位移、水平位移、差异沉降变化特征。研究表明穿越施工显著影响范围约为46m;隧道正上方轨道结构及距离隧道最近的钢架桥墩台结构受盾构掘进影响最为明显,是施工控制的关键位置;远离桥梁的隧道注浆对桥梁位移影响小,但对隧道上方的轨道结构位移控制有利;根据计算分析结果,采取双线注浆加固后,桥梁结构及轨道位移在安全允许范围内,可认为盾构隧道风险控制措施符合既有铁路保护要求。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Qiguiyishen decoction(QGYS) on the severity of nephropathy.METHODS: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into four groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) according to the random number table. Group Ⅰ as control group did not establish nephropathy model. Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were intravenously administered Adriamycin(7.5 mg/kg) through the tail vein to establish nephropathy model. QGYS was prepared with the extracts of Huangqi(Radix Astragali Mongolici),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi(RadixAchyran-this Bidentatae), and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong).Group Ⅳ was administered QGYS (2mL·kg-1·d-1), group Ⅲ was administered benazepril(10 mL·kg-1·d-1), and group Ⅰ, Ⅱ was administered water(2mL·kg-1·d-1)once daily for eight weeks.RESULTS: QGYS reduced the excretion of urinary protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and alleviated the accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) in renal tissue. Additionally, QGYS effectively regulated the levels of transforming growth factor,tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase, and matrixmetalloprote in asesin the kidney of the rats.CONCLUSION:QGYS may reduce the accumulation of ECM in the kidneys of rats with Adriamycin-induced nephropathy.

针对传统萤火虫算法应用于移动机器人路径规划中存在陷入局部最优和搜索精度低的问题,提出一种基于混沌求偶萤火虫算法的移动机器人路径规划方法。设计一种混沌求偶荧火虫算法,该算法采用混沌映射策略初始化种群,优化种群分布不均和搜索范围不足问题;利用求偶学习策略指导雄性萤火虫向雌性萤火虫学习,提高算法的收敛速度和求解精度。建立移动机器人路径规划的环境仿真模型,应用混沌求偶萤火虫算法进行移动机器人路径规划仿真。仿真结果表明:混沌求偶萤火虫算法比传统萤火虫算法和粒子群算法在路径长度上分别减少了3.075%和2.428%,拥有更高的搜索精度和跳出局部最优的能力。
