目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤患者自体外周血干细胞(APBSC)动员相关的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2023年4月在安徽省公共卫生临床中心收治的38例采用依托泊苷联合G⁃CSF为自体造血干细胞动员方案的多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料。包括年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、疾病亚型、化疗疗程数、疾病缓解水平、不良反应、CD34+细胞采集数量、动员至采集时间、采集次数、采集前血常规及血脂水平,评估该动员方案的有效性及安全性。根据采集CD34+细胞计数情况,分为优势采集组和非优势采集组,分析上述指标在两组患者中的差异性并探讨影响优势采集的预后因素。结果38例患者总采集成功率为89.47%(34/38),动员至采集中位时间为9(6⁃11)d,采集中位次数为1(1⁃3)次,采集成功者中位CD34+细胞数为5.15(2.32⁃25.5)×10^(6)/kg。6例联合普乐沙福患者采集成功率为100%(6/6),中位CD34+细胞数为7.13(3.08⁃25.5)×10^(6)/kg。不同性别、年龄、BMI水平、原发病缓解水平、化疗疗程数及疾病亚型患者CD34+细胞采集数量间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采集前白细胞水平与CD34+细胞数呈显著正相关(P4程,低LDL⁃C水平是优势采集与否的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论联合普乐沙福的动员方案动员成功率高,不良反应少,是MM患者理想的APBSC动员方案。患者采集前化疗疗程数及LDL⁃C水平是预测优势采集的有效指标。

Objective: To detect the positive rate of MyD88 l265p mutation in DLBCL patients, and analyze the correlation between MYD88 L265p mutation and DLBCL prognosis. Methods: In this study, 40 formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue samples were collected from the pathology department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019. The relationship between MYD88 L265p gene mutation and clinicopathological parameters of DLBCL, such as age, gender, Ann Arbor stage, site, B symptom, NCCN-IPI and IPI score, ECOG PS score, serum ferritin, β2-microglobulin and LDH levels were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of MYD88 L265p was 20% (8/40), 25.0% (6/24) in non GCB and 12.5% (2/16) in GCB. There were no significant differences in age, gender, location, extranodal invasion site, β2-microglobulin, serum ferritin and LDH between wild-type and mutant type of MYD88 gene, but had statistical significance with Han’s classification. MYD88 L265p gene mutation was associated with Ann Arbor stage, NCCN-IPI score and IPI score. Conclusion: MYD88 L265P mutation is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of DLBCL. It is an adverse prognostic factor of DLBCL and may be used for the prognosis evaluation of DLBCL.

Interconnected microstructure and flexural behavior of Ti_(2)C-Ti composites with superior Young’s modulus

To enhance the Young’s modulus(E)and strength of titanium alloys,we designed titanium matrix composites with intercon-nected microstructure based on the Hashin-Shtrikman *** to the results,the in-situ reaction yielded an interconnected microstructure composed of Ti_(2)C particles when the Ti_(2)C content reached 50vol%.With widths of 10 and 230 nm,the intraparticle Ti lamellae in the prepared composite exhibited a bimodal size distribution due to precipitation and the unreacted Ti phase within the grown Ti_(2)C *** composites with interconnected microstructure attained superior properties,including E of 174.3 GPa and ultimate flexural strength of 1014 *** with that of pure Ti,the E of the composite was increased by 55% due to the high Ti_(2)C content and interconnected *** outstanding strength resulted from the strong interfacial bonding,load-bearing capacity of interconnected Ti_(2)C particles,and bimodal intraparticle Ti lamellae,which minimized the average crack driving *** flexural tests revealed preferential crack initiation along the{001}cleavage plane and grain boundary of Ti_(2)C in the region with the highest tensile *** addition,the propagation can be efficiently inhibited by interparticle Ti grains,which prevented the brittle fracture of the composites.

Rare-earth nickelates(RENiO_(3))show widely tunable metal-to-insulator transition(MIT)properties with ignorable variations in lattice constants and small latent heat across the critical temperature(TMIT).Particularly,it is worth noting that compared with the more commonly investigated vanadium oxides,the MIT of RENiO_(3)is less abrupt but usually across a wider range of *** sheds light on their alternative applications as negative temperature coefficient resistance(NTCR)thermistors with high sensitivity compared with the current NTCR thermistors,other than their expected use as critical temperature resistance *** this work,we demonstrate the NTCR thermistor functionality for using the adjustable MIT of Nd_(x)Sm_(1-x)NiO_(3)within 200–400 K,which displays larger magnitudes of NTCR(e.g.,more than 7%/K)that is unattainable in traditional NTCR thermistor *** temperature dependence of resistance(R–T)shows sharp variation during the MIT of Nd_(x)Sm_(1-x)NiO_(3)with no hysteresis via decreasing the Nd content(e.g.,x≤0.8),and such a R–T tendency can be linearized by introducing an optimum parallel *** sensitive range of temperature can be further extended to 210–360 K by combining a series of Nd_(x)Sm_(1-x)NiO_(3)with eight rare-earth co-occupation ratios as an array,with a high magnitude of NTCR(e.g.,7%–14%/K)covering the entire range of temperatures.

Discontinuously reinforced titanium matrix composites(DRTMCs)with a network structure have been extensively researched due to their superior combination of strength and ***,their fatigue performance has remained *** order to elucidate the fatigue behavior of DRTMCs,a tension-tension fatigue test was performed on a TiB/nearα-Ti composite with network *** results showed that the variability of fatigue lifetime increased as the stress level *** analysis indicated that fatigue crack initiation was associated with facet formation,while the subsequent propagation was hindered by the network structure comprising TiB whiskers and *** characterization further revealed that facets formed due to a combination of shear and normal *** reduction in fatigue lifetime was attributed to an increase in the effective slip length,which was influenced by the orientation of grains near the crack-initiation sites toward basal slip in the life-limiting *** in situ observation suggested that the crack initiation was facilitated by both basal and prismatic slip ofα-Ti as well as fracture of *** propagation was found to be associated with basal and prismatic slip systems with high Schmid factors,regardless of whether the crack was intergranular or intragranular.

Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of GH3536-TiB_(2) composites fabricated by powder metallurgy

The hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of GH3536-TiB2composites fabricated by powder metallurgy(PM)were examined in the temperature range of 950–1150℃ and strain rate range of 0.001–1 s^(-1). The hot compression stress-strain curves and the constitutive equation were obtained. In addition, the hot processing map was drawn, which indicated that the appropriate hot working window was 950–1050℃/0.001–0.1 s^(-1)and 1050–1100℃/0.001–0.01 s^(-1). The microstructure analysis showed that the splitting and spheroidization of M3B2led to a decrease in size and volume fraction at 950–1100℃. At 1150℃,the eutectic microstructure of M_(3)B_(2)+ γ was formed due to the dissolution of M_(3)B_(2), which caused macroscopic cracking of the deformed sample. Additionally, the deformation temperature and the strain rate had little effect on the size and volume fraction of M_(3)B_(2). Besides, discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX) and continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX) were found in the deformed microstructure, while the former was dominant. Within the test range of this work, the dynamic recrystallization(DRX) fraction of the deformed composites was high due to the bulging nucleation of numerous interfaces. The DRX grain size increased with increasing deformation temperature or decreasing strain rate. Texture analysis showed that the deformation texture of //compression direction RD existed in the matrix when the deformation temperature was below 1100℃, and the texture type became //RD at 1100℃. Additionally, it was also found that the //RD texture was formed in M3B2under the strain rates of 0.1 and 0.01 s^(-1).
