Regenerating gene IV （RegIV）, a member of the regenerating gene family discovered in 2001, has been found to be involved in malignancy in several different organs including the stomach, colorectum, pancreas and prostate, but the overall expression profile of RegIV has not been reported. To learn more about RegIV, we evaluated its distribution by immunohistochemistry （IHC） in a total of 360 samples including 24 types of normal tissue, 40 benign and malignant lesions, and 18 neuroendocrine tumors. We found that in normal tissues, in addition to its relative specificity for the gastrointestinal tract, RegIV was detected in the adrenal gland and mammary gland. Among all the malignancies of various histological types under evaluation, RegIV was found mostly in adenocarcinomas. Studies on additional sets of colorectal tumor samples showed that RegIV expression was predominant in colorectal adenoma （87.5%） and peritumoral tissue （100%） but not in cancer tissue （30.8%）. Among neuroendocrine tumors, ReglV had a relatively restricted expression to those of digestive system.

developing a bridge capping layer between perovskite and hole transport layer materials（HTMs） in the n-i-p perovskite solar cells（pero-SCs） is an effective approach to modify the morphology of HTMs and passivate the perovskite ***, we select the quinoxaline-based bifunctional passivation agent, quinoxalin-6-yl-methylamine hydrochloride（Qx MACl）,as the bridging layer, and a D-A copolymer PBQ12 containing the same quinoxaline unit as an HTM for the n-i-p pero-SCs. Due to the π-π stacking among the common quinoxaline units in the bridge layer and HTM, Qx MACl induces the π-π stacking of the PBQ12 film and improves the film morphology of HTMs with better conductivity. Additionally, Qx MACl can effectively passivate the perovskite surface, and PBQ12 possesses appropriate energy levels and high hole mobility. The pero-SCs based on FAPbI3with PBQ12/Qx MACl treatment showed a higher power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 24.05% and outstanding stability, maintaining 95.4% and 92.1% of its initial PCE after 750 h of storage and after over 800 h of thermal annealing at 85 °C, respectively. To further enhance the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices, we developed a non-metal ion dopant for the PBQ12 HTM. Through trace doping of PBQ12 HTM by the non-metal ion dopant, the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices reached 25.24%（the calibrated PCE of 24.55% by the National Institute of Metrology, China）.

Open clusters(OCs)serve as invaluable tracers for investigating the properties and evolution of stars and *** recent advancements in machine learning clustering algorithms,accurately discerning such clusters remains *** re-visited the 3013 samples generated with a hybrid clustering algorithm of FoF and pyUPMASK.A multi-view clustering(MvC)ensemble method was applied,which analyzes each member star of the OC from three perspectives—proper motion,spatial position,and composite views—before integrating the clustering outcomes to deduce more reliable cluster *** on the MvC results,we further excluded cluster candidates with fewer than ten member stars and obtained 1256 OC *** isochrone fitting and visual inspection,we identified 506 candidate OCs in the Milky *** addition to the 493 previously reported candidates,we finally discovered 13 high-confidence new candidate clusters.

The differences in the leaching and mass transfer characteristics of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore between rare earth and non-rare earth impurities were investigated. It is determined that the leaching kinetics of rare earths （REs）, Mg and Ca could be described by the shrinking-core model. The leaching rate is controlled by inner diffusion and is in the order of Mg 〉 Ca 〉 RE. The apparent activation energy is 8.48, 6.79 and 6.32 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. In leaching system of Al, the leaching efficiency decreases with the increase in temperature because of hydrolysis reactions. The leaching efficiency of aluminum increases firstly and then decreases with the passage of time when the temperature is higher than 35 ℃. Besides, there is a good consistency in leaching characteristics and mass transfer, and the order of the time-to- peak is Mg 〈 Ca 〈 RE 〈 Al. Therefore, rare earth and non-rare earth may be partly separated by expanding the separation coefficient. The research could provide a theoretic basis for the separation of rare earth and non-rare earth impurities. Furthermore, compound leaching with magnesium salt and calcium salt is innovatively proposed to solve the problem of calcium and magnesium nutrient loss in the soil as well as eliminate ammonia-nitrogen emissions from the source.

comitant esotropia(AACE).METHODS:A retrospective cohort study was conducted by analyzing 83 patients(case group)with AACE who underwent strabismus correction surgery from January 1,2021 to June 30,*** 73 outpatient volunteers were recruited during the same period as the normal control *** case group’s binocular vision time,near and distance esotropia angle,and near stereo vision function were recorded,and the age,gender,refractive status,and best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of both groups were ***,multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted using an eye usage condition questionnaire to determine the independent risk factors for ***:In the case group,61 patients(73.49%)had myopia,with a mean equivalent spherical power(SE)of-3.35±3.31 D(range:+2.75 to-10.62 D)of the right eye and-2.87±3.35 D(range:+2.75 to-11.12 D)of the left *** average duration of diplopia in the case group was 29.83±35.72mo,of which 80 patients(96.39%)were primarily with distance *** near and distance esotropia angle after wearing glasses were 52.36±20.95 prism degree(PD)and 56.71±19.54 PD,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two(t=1.38,P=0.169).The incidence of improper glasses wearing and unhealthy eye habits in the case group was significantly higher than those in the control group(Pdence interval(CI)2.35-42.51,P=0.002]and near work in supine position(β=1.80,OR=6.02,95%CI 3.29-11.02,Pdependent risk factors for ***:Patients with AACE mainly present with distance diplopia,and there is a high degree of variation in *** work without wearing glasses and in supine position are independent risk factors for AACE.

A series of Tb-based metal-organic frameworks(Tb-MOFs)were successfully synthesized by a solvothermal *** size and morphology of the as-obtained Tb-MOFs can be effectively controlled via regulating the experimental conditions such as the volume fraction of DMF and the molar ratio of Tb^(3+)to *** is found that all the samples exhibit strong green emissions under ultraviolet excitation,corresponding to^(5)D_(4)→^(7)F_(J)transitions of Tb^(3+).Interestingly,Tb-MOFs displayed an efficient and distinct luminescence quenching by Cu^(2+)in aqueous *** competitive fluorescence detection experiments indicate that these Tb-MOFs sensors can be used as a high selective and sensitive sensor of Cu^(2+)detection with the detection limit of 10μmol·L^(-1),which can be used as a promising fluorescence sensor for Cu^(2+)detection in daily life.

Influence of biosurfactant on the diesel oil remediation in soil-water system

There were six high diesel oil degrading bacteria strains isolated from the oil contaminated soil that collected from linzi City. The strain YI was able to produce biosurfactant rhanmolipid when cultivated on diesel oil as carbon source. The critical micelle concentrations （CMC） of rhanmolipid in water and in the soil were measured respectively according to the correlation between the surface tension of the medium and the added rhamnolipid concentration. The results showed that the CMC of rhanmolipid in water was 65 mg/L, and was 185 mg/L in soil. The tests on diesel oil biodegradation were conducted with the addition of different concentrations of rhamnolipid in water and in soil respectively. When 0.01% rhanmolipid was added to water, the diesel oil degradation was enhanced. On the contrary, when the same concentration of rhanmolipid was added to the soil, the degradation of diesel oil was inhibited. The results suggested that the rhamnolipid could enhance the diesel oil biodegradation, indicating that the concentration of rhamnolipid was higher than the corresponding CMC in the medium. Kinetics parameters for the diesel oil biodegradation parameters such as biodegradation constant （λ）, coefficient of correlation （r） and half life （t1/2） in both tests were numerically analyzed in this paper, indicating that the moderate concentration of rhamnolipid in the medium could not only enhance the extent of diesel oil biodegradation but also shorten the time for oil remediation.

Background:Rosa chinensis *** Rosa rugosa *** not only of ornamental value,but also edible flowers and the flower buds have been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as traditional *** two plants have some differences in efficacy,but the flower buds are easily confused for similar *** addition,large-scale cultivation of ornamental rose flowers may lead to a decrease in the effective components of medicinal ***,it is necessary to study the chemical composition and make quality evaluation of Rosae Chinensis Flos(Yueji)and Rosae Rugosae Flos(Meigui).Methods:In this study,40 batches of samples including Meigui and Yueji from different regions in China were collected to establish high-performance liquid chromatography ***,the fingerprints data was analyzed using principal component analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis chemometrics to obtain information on intergroup differences,and non-targeted metabolomic techniques were applied to identify and compare chemical compositions of samples which were chosen from groups with large *** compounds were screened by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot,and finally multi-component quantification was performed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Yueji and ***:The similarity between the fingerprints of 40 batches roses and the reference print R was 0.73 to 0.93,indicating that there were similarities and differences between the *** principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of fingerprints data,the samples from different origins and varieties were intuitively divided into four *** least-squares discriminant analysis analysis showed that Meigui and Yueji cluster into two categories and the model was reliable.A total of 89 compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry,mainly were flavonoids and flavon
