Direct methanol fuel cells(DMFC) are widely considered to be an ideal green energy conversion device but their widespread applications are limited by the high price of the Pt-based catalysts and the instability in terms of surface CO toxicity in long-term ***,the PtFe alloy nanoparticles(NPs) with small particle size(~4.12 nm) supported on carbon black catalysts with different Pt/Fe atomic ratios(Pt_(1)Fe_(2)/C,Pt_(3)Fe_(4)/C,Pt_(1)Fe_(1)/C,and Pt_(2)Fe_(1)/C) are successfully prepared for enhanced anti-CO poisoning during methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).The optimal atomic ratio of Pt/Fe for the MOR is 1:2,and the mass activity of Pt_(1)Fe_(2)/C(5.40 A mg_(Pt)^(-1)) is 13.5 times higher than that of conventional commercial Pt/C(Pt/C-JM)(0.40 A mg_(Pt)^(-1)).The introduction of Fe into the Pt lattice forms the PtFe alloy phase,and the electron density of Pt is reduced after forming the PtFe ***-situ Fourier transform infrared results indicate that the addition of oxyphilic metal Fe has reduced the adsorption of reactant molecules on Pt during the *** doping of Fe atoms helps to desorb toxic intermediates and regenerate Pt active sites,promoting the cleavage of C-O bonds with good selectivity of CO_(2)(58.1%).Moreover,the Pt_(1)Fe_(2)/C catalyst exhibits higher CO tolerance,methanol electrooxidation activity.and long-term stability than other Pt_(x)Fe_(y)/C catalysts.

等离子喷涂ySZ热障涂层的工艺研究

目的优化大气等离子喷涂工艺,提高热障涂层的耐腐蚀性能与热循环寿命。方法设计正交试验,制备出不同工艺参数的ySZ涂层。用共聚焦显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱分析仪对涂层的表面粗糙度、表面与截面形貌、元素组成与分布进行表征,用ImageJ软件分析涂层的孔隙。根据试验数据优化工艺参数,对比分析工艺优化前后涂层的耐腐蚀性与热循环寿命。对涂层进行热震水淬试验,分析涂层的热震寿命与失效行为。结果不同工艺下制备的涂层在孔隙、耐熔盐腐蚀与热循环寿命方面存在明显差异,工艺参数W3X3y1Z3组合为优化出的喷涂工艺。采用优化后工艺所制备的涂层TBC-1,孔隙率为9.65%,平均孔隙尺寸为6.18μm^(2),未观察到明显的大孔与裂纹。涂层表面粗糙度为3.48μm,粉末熔化状态较好。热腐蚀之后,涂层截面熔盐元素V的质量分数为2.03%,无熔盐积聚现象。涂层经20次热腐蚀与热冲击联合试验后,质量损失率为0.25%,表面完整,无明显剥落。TBC-1在热震试验中的失效形式为涂层大面积剥落,失效次数为172次。结论等离子喷涂的工艺参数对涂层的综合性能有重要影响,涂层中较大的裂纹和孔隙可作为熔盐的渗透途径,加速涂层的腐蚀,同时使热循环寿命变差。经优化后工艺制备的涂层,内部孔隙分布均匀,且平均孔隙尺寸较小,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性与热循环寿命。涂层中热生长氧化物(TGO)的生长应力、陶瓷层与黏结层的热失配应力是涂层中裂纹扩展和涂层失效的重要原因。

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of Li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of LIBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability.and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity.and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)Li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)Li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

Coal catalytic hydrogasification(CCHG)is a straightforward approach for producing CH_(4),which shows advantages over the mature coal-to-CH_(4) technologies from the perspectives of CH_(4) yield,thermal efficiency.and CO_(2) *** core of CCHG is to make carbon in coal convert into CH_(4) efficiently with a *** the past decades,intensive research has been devoted to catalytic hydrogasification of model carbon(pitch coke,activated carbon,coal char).However,the chemical process of CCHG is still not well understood because the coal structure is more complicated,and CCHG is a combination of coal catalytic hydropyrolysis and coal char catalytic *** review seeks to shed light on the catalytic process of raw coal during *** configuration of suitable catalysts,operating conditions,and feedstocks for tailoring CH_(4) formation were identified,and the underlying mechanisms were *** on these results,the CCHG process was evaluated,emphasizing pollutant emissions,energy efficiency.and reactor ***,the opportunities and strategic approaches for CCHG under the restraint of carbon neutrality were highlighted by considering the penetration of“green”H2,biomass,and CO_(2) into *** investigations from our laboratories demonstrated that the integrated CCHG and biomass/CO_(2) hydrogenation process could perform as an emerging pathway for boosting CH_(4) production by consuming fewer fossil fuels,fulfilling the context of green *** work not only provides systematic knowledge of CCHG but also helps to guide the efficient hydrogenation of other carbonaceous resources such as biomass,CO_(2),and coal-derived wastes.

Sulfurized polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)is proposed as a promising cathode material for lithium sulfur ***,the continuous side reactions at the electrolyte-electrode interfaces as well as the slow redox kinetics of SPAN cathode deteriorate the electrochemical *** this study.an electrolyte with dual-additives comprising 2-fluoropyridine(2-FP)and lithium difluorobis(oxalato)phosphate(LiDFBOP)was used to improve the performance of Li||SPAN cells.2-FP has a lower lowest occupied molecular orbital energy than that of the solvents in the electrolyte,leading to its prior reduction.A LiF-rich film can be formed on the electrode,effectively improving the stability of the electrolyte-electrode interfaces and prolonging the ***,LiDFBOP could form an electrolyte-electrode interface film containing a large amount of Li_(x)PO_(y)F_(z) species,compensating for the kinetic deterioration caused by the lower ionic conductive of LiF formed at the electrolyte-electrode ***,an electrode-interface film with good chemical stability.and high Li^(+) transport was established by LiF and Li_(x)PO_(y)F_(z)-rich *** Li||SPAN cell with the electrolyte containing dual-additives demonstrates an excellent capacity retention of 97.5%after 200 cycles at 1.0 C,25℃,comparing to 56.2%capacity retention without ***,the rate capacities of cells with dual-additives can reach 1128.1 mAh/g at 5 C,comparing to only 813.5 mAh/g using electrolyte without *** results shown that the dual-additives in electrolyte provide a promising strategy for practical application of lithium sulfur batteries with SPAN cathodes.

The deposition and preservation of organic carbon(OC)in sedimentary environments(including soils and sediments)play major roles in mediating the global carbon *** than 90%of OC burial in the ocean occurs in continental margin sediments,which contributes to the evolution of the Earth’s atmosphere,such as oxygen content,over geological timescales.1 However,how OC escapes mineralization and persists in such sedimentary deposits has long been a *** protection through physicochemical associations of organic matter with minerals and cations is considered to be one of the primary mechanisms contributing to the environmental persistence of sedimentary OC.
