Developing organic room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)materials with a wide range of tunable-emission is significant in expanding the applications of RTP ***,we rationally designed amphiphilic alternating copolymers poly(1,2-bis(4-alkoxyphenyl)ethane-1,2-dione-alt-(ethylene glycol)x)(P(Bz-alt-EGx))that combined the advantage of alternating benzil and EGxskeleton,and tunable mainchain *** a mainchain conformation ordering assembly(COA)process,P(Bz-alt-EGx)self-assembled into well-defined platelets,and such assemblies emitted blue RTP at ca.425 nm due to the ordered folded-chain conformation and confined *** contrast,traditional self-assembly(TA)of P(Bz-alt-EGx)obtained less ordered aggregates,such as asymmetric worms,vesicles,and rod-like *** resultant less ordered aggregates exhibited yellow-green RTP at ca.550 *** wide-tuning RTP emission in solution(between blue and yellow-green,over125 nm)is realized using the P(Bz-alt-EG_(x))alternating copolymers under the treatment of different self-assembly *** study uncovers a new strategy to tailor the RTP emission through different self-assembly pathways and holds great promise for the fabrication of advanced optical materials.

Tianxiangdan(TXD) alleviates myocardial ischemia reperfusion-induced ferroptosis through the activation of estrogen receptor alpha(ERα)

Tianxiangdan（TXD）, a traditional Chinese herbal remedy, demonstrates efficacy in mitigating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion（I/R）-induced damage. This study employed network pharmacology to evaluate the therapeutic targets and mechanisms of TXD in treating I/R. Highperformance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS） identified 86 compounds in TXD. Network pharmacological analysis predicted potential target genes and their modes of action. Cardiac function, ischaemic ST changes, lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,malondialdehyde（MDA）, superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity, myocardial fiber, and infarct size were assessed using in vivo and in vitro I/R injury models. Estrogen receptor alpha（ERα）protein expression and estradiol（E2） levels were measured to confirm TXD's impact on estrogen levels and ERα expression. To examine if TXD reduces I/R injury through ERα, an AZD group(300 nmol·L-1AZD9496 and 15% TXD serum) was compared to a TXD group（15% TXD serum）. The study hypothesized that TXD upregulates the ERα-mediated iron metamorphosis pathway. I/R injury-induced ferroptosis was identified using a Fer-1 group(1.0 μmol·L-1Fer-1 and 15% TXD serum) to elucidate the potential association between ferroptosis and ERαproteins. A DCFH-DA probe detected reactive oxygen species（ROS） and Fe2+, while Western blotting assessed target protein expression. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that TXD attenuated I/R injury by reducing elevated ST-segment levels, improving cardiac injury biomarkers（LDH, MDA, and SOD）, alleviating pathological features, and preventing I/R-induced loss of cell viability in vitro. The effects and mechanisms of TXD on I/R injury-associated ferroptosis were investigated using I/R-induced H9c2 cells. The TXD group showed significantly decreased ROS and Fe2+levels, while the AZ group（treated with AZD9496） exhibited increased levels. Quantitative principles of dynamic interaction between rock support and surrounding rock in rockburst roadways

Rockbursts, which mainly affect mining roadways, are dynamic disasters arising from the surrounding rock under high stress. Understanding the interaction between supports and the surrounding rock is necessary for effective rockburst control. In this study, the squeezing behavior of the surrounding rock is analyzed in rockburst roadways, and a mechanical model of rockbursts is established considering the dynamic support stress, thus deriving formulas and providing characteristic curves for describing the interaction between the support and surrounding rock. Design principles and parameters of supports for rockburst control are proposed. The results show that only when the geostress magnitude exceeds a critical value can it drive the formation of rockburst conditions. The main factors influencing the convergence response and rockburst occurrence around roadways are geostress, rock brittleness, uniaxial compressive strength, and roadway excavation size. Roadway support devices can play a role in controlling rockburst by suppressing the squeezing evolution of the surrounding rock towards instability points of rockburst. Further, the higher the strength and the longer the impact stroke of support devices with constant resistance, the more easily multiple balance points can be formed with the surrounding rock to control rockburst occurrence. Supports with long impact stroke allow adaptation to varying geostress levels around the roadway, aiding in rockburst control. The results offer a quantitative method for designing support systems for rockburst-prone roadways. The design criterion of supports is determined by the intersection between the convergence curve of the surrounding rock and the squeezing deformation curve of the support devices.

Improvement of photogrammetric joint roughness coefficient value by integrating automatic shooting parameter selection and composite error model

Effect of order–disorder transition on thermodynamic and electronic properties of σ and χ phases in W–Re alloy: the first-principles calculation

Machine learning model using immune indicators to predict outcomes in early liver cancer

Metal-organic frameworks with dinuclear metal centers for synergistically boosting CO_(2) photoreduction

Dinuclear metal synergistic catalysis(DMSC)has been proved powerful in boosting CO_(2)reduction,while this has not been achieved in heterogeneous catalysts with long-range order *** this study,we,by introduction of metal catalytic centers into an indium-based metal-organic framework(MOF),obtained a series of isostructural In-MOFs,including three MOFs with mononuclear metal catalytic center(M-In),three MOFs with dinuclear homometallic catalytic centers(MM-In),and three MOFs with dinuclear heterometallic catalytic centers(MM’-In,M/M’=Co(II),Ni(II),Zn(II)).It was found that all these MOFs can serve as catalysts for photochemical CO_(2)reduction to *** with M-In,the catalytic activities of MM-In were obviously enhanced,and that of MM’-In was further significantly *** example,the CO yield of Co Zn-In reaches a record value of 12,700μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is 4.0,8.1,9.4,and 18.6-fold higher than that of Co Co-In,Zn Zn-In,Co-In,and Zn-In,***,the catalytic activities of Co Ni-In and Ni Zn-In also show different fold increase than those of corresponding dinuclear homometallic and mononuclear metallic *** results of control experiments and theoretical calculation reveal that the higher catalytic activities of MM-In over M-In can be ascribed to the DMSC effect,and the higher catalytic activity of MM’-In over MM-In can be ascribed to the strengthened DMSC *** work reveals the relationship between DMSC effect and bimetal centers in CO_(2)reduction,which provides new insights into the DMSC and paves a new way to design highly active catalysts for photochemical CO_(2)reduction.
