目的探讨脓毒症合并急性肾损伤(AKI)患者行持续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的最佳治疗时机。方法我院收治的86例脓毒症合并AKI患者,其中44例行早期CRRT治疗(早期组),42例行标准CRRT治疗(标准组),记录两组预后转归情况及入院时、入院24、48及72 h肾损伤标志物[肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、中性粒细胞明胶酶脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)]变化情况;根据标准组入院28 d生存情况分为生存组及死亡组,比较两组CRRT治疗时机、入院24 h肾损伤标志物差异,分析入院24 h肾损伤标志物对标准CRRT治疗预后死亡的预测价值。结果早期组与标准组入院28 d死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);早期组入院至行CRRT时间、CRRT持续时间、ICU住院时间及依赖透析率均低于标准组,脱离透析率高于标准组(P<0.05)。从入院时至入院72 h,早期组血清KIM-1、NGAL、L-FABP水平先升高后下降,标准组则升高后稳定(P<0.05);入院48、72 h时早期组血清KIM-1、NGAL、L-FABP水平均低于标准组(P<0.05)。行标准CRRT治疗患者中,死亡组入院至行CRRT时间及入院24 h血清KIM-1、NGAL、L-FABP水平均显著高于生存组(P<0.05);经ROC曲线分析发现入院24 h血清KIM-1、NGAL、L-FABP水平均对标准CRRT治疗预后死亡有较高预测价值(P<0.05),其截断值分别为2.98 ng/L、23.53 ng/L、20.02μg/ml,且3项联合预测价值最高。结论早期CRRT治疗能使脓毒症合并AKI患者尽早脱离透析,入院24 h血清KIM-1、NGAL、L-FABP水平对预测标准CRRT治疗预后不良有利,有望成为指导CRRT治疗的新指标。

Noble metal surfaces with intrinsic chirality serve as an ideal candidate for investigating enantioselective chemistry due to their superior chemical durability and high catalytic ***,significant advance has been made in synthesizing metal nanocrystals with intrinsic ***,the majority reports are limited to ***,through a heteroepitaxial growth strategy,the synthesis of metal nanocrystals with intrinsic chirality to palladium was extended for the first time and their application in enantioselective recognition was *** heteroepitaxial growth strategy allows for transferring the chirality of homochiral Au nanocrystals to Au@Pd core–shell *** employing the chiral Au@Pd nanocrystals as enantiomeric recognizing elements,a series of electrochemical sensors for chiral discrimination were *** optimal conditions,the peak potential between D-dihydroxyphenylalanine(D-DOPA)and L-dihydroxyphenylalanine(L-DOPA)is about 80 m V,and the peak current of D-DOPA is 2 times as much as that of L-DOPA,which enables the determination of the enantiomeric excess(EE,%)of ***,this report not only introduces a heteroepitaxial growth strategy to synthesize metal nanocrystals with intrinsic chirality,but also demonstrates the superior capability of integrating intrinsic chirality and catalytic properties into metal nanocrystals for chiral recognition.

The infrared(IR)absorption spectral data of 63 kinds of lubricating greases containing six different types of thickeners were obtained using the IR *** Kohonen neural network algorithm was used to identify the type of the lubricating *** results show that this machine learning method can effectively eliminate the interference fringes in the IR spectrum,and complete the feature selection and dimensionality reduction of the high-dimensional spectral *** 63 kinds of greases exhibit spatial clustering under certain IR spectrum recognition spectral bands,which are linked to characteristic peaks of lubricating greases and improve the recognition accuracy of these *** model achieved recognition accuracy of 100.00%,96.08%,94.87%,100.00%,and 87.50%for polyurea grease,calcium sulfonate composite grease,aluminum(Al)-based grease,bentonite grease,and lithium-based grease,*** on the different IR absorption spectrum bands produced by each kind of lubricating grease,the three-dimensional spatial distribution map of the lubricating grease drawn also verifies the accuracy of classification while recognizing the *** paper demonstrates fast recognition speed and high accuracy,proving that the Kohonen neural network algorithm has an efficient recognition ability for identifying the types of the lubricating grease.

Heavy metal pollution poses a serious hazard to human health,and microbial remediation of heavy metals in soil has been widely studied.A group of ascomycetes classified as dark septate endophytes(DSEs)colonize plant roots and benefit host plants under abiotic stress *** this study,Phragmites australis,a common remediation plant in the Baiyang Lake in North China,was *** and roots of *** were collected in typical heavy metal-contaminated sites,and the species diversity and community structure of DSEs in *** roots were *** addition,DSE strains were isolated,cultured,and tested for their tolerance to Cd *** results showed that DSEs occurred extensively in *** roots,forming typical dark septate hyphae,with a total colonization rate of 19.7%–83.1%.Morphological and internal transcribed spacer sequencing analyses were used to identify 10 species within 9 genera of DSE *** these fungi,6 strains with considerable resistance to Cd stress were *** biomasses of Poaceascoma helicoides,Alternaria doliconidium,and Acrocalymma vagum strains increased as the Cd levels *** results can not only help to understand plant-DSE interactions in wetland environments,but also provide a theoretical basis for making full use of DSE fungi to alleviate heavy metal contamination in soil.

With the successful application and breakthrough of deep learning technology in image segmentation,there has been continuous development in the field of seismic facies interpretation using convolutional neural *** intelligent and automated methods significantly reduce manual labor,particularly in the laborious task of manually labeling seismic ***,the extensive demand for training data imposes limitations on their wider *** overcome this challenge,we adopt the UNet architecture as the foundational network structure for seismic facies classification,which has demonstrated effective segmentation results even with small-sample training ***,we integrate spatial pyramid pooling and dilated convolution modules into the network architecture to enhance the perception of spatial information across a broader *** seismic facies classification test on the public data from the F3 block verifies the superior performance of our proposed improved network structure in delineating seismic facies *** analysis against the traditional UNet model reveals that our method achieves more accurate predictive classification results,as evidenced by various evaluation metrics for image ***,the classification accuracy reaches an impressive 96%.Furthermore,the results of seismic facies classification in the seismic slice dimension provide further confirmation of the superior performance of our proposed method,which accurately defines the range of different seismic *** approach holds significant potential for analyzing geological patterns and extracting valuable depositional information.

为研究不同种类钝化剂对铅、镉重金属污染土壤的修复效果影响,选择某化工厂铅、镉污染比较严重的黄壤作为修复对象,采用单一的无机钝化剂、生物炭类钝化剂、矿物钝化剂和有机-无机混合钝化剂对土壤进行修复。在不同类型钝化剂下,设计三因素三水平正交实验,除了钝化剂类型之外,所有条件都相似,研究上述各个类型钝化剂对土壤中铅、镉含量的钝化效率影响。研究结果表明,实验中所选择的生物炭、石灰、含硫型土壤调理剂、硅藻土按照一定比例混合而成的矿物钝化剂,对受试土壤中重金属铅、镉的钝化效果最好;通过正交实验结果可知,在矿物钝化剂使用量为460kg·hm^(-2)、土壤水分为50%、土壤粒径>2mm的情况下,能够获得最佳的铅、镉钝化效果,钝化效率分别为79.85%和87.18%。

Highland barley(Hordeum vulgare *** Hook.f.)is the principal cereal crop over the Tibetan Plateau(TP).The response of highland barely to climate change in the past decades,especially in terms of yields still remains *** this study,its responses to climate change were investigated using daily weather data and agriculture data during 1961–*** results showed that the annual mean air temperature over the TP increased at 0.33°C per decade during 1961–2018,and the rate of warming increased with altitude,reaching 0.41°C per decade at altitudes of 4500–4700 *** growing degree days(GDDs)increased by 9.6%during 2011–2018 compared with the 1960s,whereas low temperature degree days(LDDs)decreased by 40.3%over the same period,indicating that the thermal conditions for highland barley cultivation have improved.A strong relationship was observed between the yield of highland barley and LDDs(−0.76,plimate warming was beneficial to highland barley yield in most region of the TP,mainly due to decreased *** potential altitude at which highland barley cultivation is feasible increased by approximately 280–484 m during 2016–2018,compared with 1981–*** Xizang,highland barley could be cultivated up to an altitude of 4507 m *** 2016 and 2018,and it increased to 4179 m *** *** results could help local government to take actions to adapt to global warming and improve food security.
