The Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS),including the US’s GPS,China’s BDS,the European Union’s Galileo,and Russia’s GLONASS,offer real-time,all-weather,any-time,anywhere and high precision observations by transmitting L band signals continuously,which have been widely used for positioning,navigation and *** the development of GNSS technology,it has been found that GNSS-reflected signals can be used to detect Earth’s surface characteristics together with other signals of *** this paper,the current status and latest advances are presented on Global Navigation Satellite System-Reflectometry(GNSS-R)in theory,methods,techniques and *** developments and progresses in GNSS-R instruments,theoretical modeling,and signal processing,ground and space-/air-borne experiments,parameters retrieval(*** speed,sea surface height,soil moisture,ice thickness),sea surface altimetry and applications in the atmosphere,oceans,land,vegetation,and cryosphere are given and reviewed in ***,the challenges in the GNSS-R development of each field are also ***,the future applications and prospects of GNSS-R are discussed,including multi-GNSS reflectometry,new GNSS-R receivers,GNSS-R missions,and emerging applications,such as mesoscale ocean eddies,ocean phytoplankton blooms,microplastics detection,target recognition,river flow,desert studies,natural hazards and landslides monitoring.

Myricetin protects against diet-induced obesity and ameliorates oxidative stress in C57BL/6 mice

Background： Mydcetin is a naturally occurring antioxidant commonly found in various plants. However, little information is available with respect to its direct anti-obesity effects. Objective： This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of myricetin on high-fat diet （HFD）-induced obesity in C57BL/6 mice. Results： Administration of myricetin dramatically reduced the body weight of diet-induced obese mice compared with solely HFD-induced mice. Several parameters related to obesity including serum glucose, triglyceride, and cholesterol were significantly de- creased in myricetin-treated mice. Moreover, obesity-associated oxidative stress （glutathione peroxidase （GPX） activity, total antioxidant capacity （T-AOC）, and malondialdehyde （MDA）） and inflammation （tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）） were ameliorated in myricetin-treated mice. Further investigation revealed that the protective effect of my- ricetin against HFD-induced obesity in mice appeared to be partially mediated through the down-regulation of mRNA expression of adipogenic transcription factors peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor y （PPARF） and CCAAT/enhancer- binding protein a （C/EBPa）, and lipogenic transcription factor sterol regulatory element-binding protein lc （SREBP-1c）. Conclusions： Consumption of myricetin may help to prevent obesity and obesity-related metabolic complications.

针对多载频发射、单天线接收的岸-舰双基地高频地波综合脉冲孔径雷达,研究基于特征值分解的射频干扰抑制方法.在分析射频干扰特点的基础上,提出了快距离域的干扰抑制方法.该方法根据干扰快距离采样间的相关性,以干扰相关矩阵特征分解得到的特征向量为权系数来估计干扰,从而实现干扰对消.根据干扰慢距离采样特征即多普勒特点,提出了分别利用单个和全部通道采样估计干扰协方差矩阵的两种新方法,可以在保证训练样本数的同时降低对存储空间的要求.实验结果表明:快距离域处理和估计干扰协方差矩阵的两种新方法是可行和有效的,可以将干扰功率降至噪声水平.

针对JPEG2000中隐式ROI(Region of Interest)编码算法在低码率下重建图像感兴趣区质量较差的问题,提出了一种改进方法.利用拉格朗日插值法构造权重自适应函数,根据ROI码块中ROI小波系数个数所占比例及设定的目标码率,合理地为ROI码块分配权重,在保证更多ROI信息被优先编码的同时,降低背景小波系数的影响,从而提高了ROI小波系数在码流中的数据长度.实验结果表明,采用该算法,重建后感兴趣区图像质量较隐式ROI算法有明显提高.

Compressive imaging based on multi-scale modulation and reconstruction in spatial frequency domain

Imaging quality is a critical component of compressive imaging in real applications. In this study, we propose a compressive imaging method based on multi-scale modulation and reconstruction in the spatial frequency domain. Theoretical analysis and simulation show the relation between the measurement matrix resolution and compressive sensing(CS)imaging quality. The matrix design is improved to provide multi-scale modulations, followed by individual reconstruction of images of different spatial frequencies. Compared with traditional single-scale CS imaging, the multi-scale method provides high quality imaging in both high and low frequencies, and effectively decreases the overall reconstruction *** results confirm the feasibility of this technique, especially at low sampling rate. The method may thus be helpful in promoting the implementation of compressive imaging in real applications.

在水平T型分支管道中,用压缩空气作为输送气体,对平均粒径为0.25 mm和0.5 mm的砂石进行气力输送试验。通过试验和GRNN神经网络对输送表观气速和两分支管路流量控制阀开度发生变化时,各分支管路中的阻力特性进行了研究。结果表明:随着表观气速的逐渐减小和两分支管路流量控制阀开度差值的增加,各分支管路中的阻力特性相应地发生了变化。通过试验值和GRNN网络模拟值的对比,发现试验值和模拟值间相互吻合得较好,说明采用GRNN网络来模拟两分支管路中各自的阻力特性适应性较好。

Effect of antiallergic herbal agents on chloride channel-3 and immune microenvironment in nasal mucosal epithelia of allergic rhinitis rabbits

Background Allergic rhinitis （AR） is a Th2 dominant cytokine response. Chloride channel-3 （CIC-3） plays an important role in nasal mucosal edema and inflammatory pathologic changes in AR. Antiallergic herbal agents （AHA） are antiallergic herbal products. In the previous study, we have demonstrated that AHA clearly inhibited allergic medium and relieved allergic reaction of AR. The aim of this study was to evaluate the function of CIC-3 and discuss the possible therapeutic effects of AHA on immune microenvironment in AR. Methods AHA were produced and used to treat AR. An animal model of an AR rabbit was established by ovalbumin （OVA）. The rhinitis rabbits were randomly divided into three groups： AHA treated group （AHATG）, model group （MG） and healthy control group （HCG）. The expressions of CIC-3 protein were examined by immunohistochemical method. The mucosal epithelial cells of all the rabbit groups were primarily cultured with tissue culture method in vitro with or without rhlL-4 or rhlL-2. Furthermore, the expressions of CIC-3 mRNA were detected by real-time PCR. The levels of monocyte chemotactic factor-1 （MCP-1） and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 （VCAM-1） protein in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA. Results The expressions of CIC-3 mRNA increased more in mucosal epithelial cells of MG than those in AHATG and HCG （P 〈0.01）. The levels of CIC-3 mRNA, MCP-1 and VCAM-1 protein in culture supernatants of MG were significantly higher than those in the other two groups （P 〈0.01）. Those were significantly increased in MG untreated 12 hours later than those in other two groups （P 〈0.01）. The expressions of CIC-3 mRNA, MCP-1 and VCAM-1 protein in culture supernatants of MG and HCG treated with rhlL-4 were significantly higher than those in the AHATG treated with rhlL-4 （P 〈0.01）. The levels of CIC-3 mRNA, MCP-1 and VCAM-1 protein in culture supernatants of all groups treated with rhlL-2 showed no significant changes （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions AHA can inhibit the

Super absorbent polymer seed coatings promote seed germinationand seedling growth of Caragana korshinskii in drought

Coating seeds with water absorbent materials can improve their survival, especially for those planted in drought or barren areas. In this study, effects of five kinds of super absorbent polymers(SAPs) on seed germination and seedling growth of Caragana korshinskii under drought conditions were investigated. Our results showed that SAP coatings could significantly improve the percentage and energy of seed germination, as well as reduce the relative electrical conductivity(REC), proline, malondialdehyde(MDA), H_2O_2 content, and peroxidase(POD) activity during germination. These results implied that seeds could uptake moisture from SAP coatings to alleviate drought-induced oxidative stress and membrane damage, thus exhibiting a better vigor and germination performance. After coating C. korshinskii seeds with SAPs, more seedlings emerged and grew better. Under the combined influence of the water absorption capacity of SAP and other factors, the efficiencies of five SAP coatings are in the sequence D>E>B>A>C. The function of the SAP coating on promoting seedling survival was confirmed in Mu Us Sandy Land in Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. The average seedling number of SAP D-coated seeds increased twofold on that of naked seeds. Our results are expected to be helpful in understanding and utilizing SAP seed coatings in improving plant survival under drought conditions.

In silico target fishing for the potential bioactive components contained in Huanglian Jiedu Tang(HLJDD) and elucidating molecular mechanisms for the treatment of sepsis

The present study was designed to target fish for potential bioactive components contained in a Huang Lian Jie Du decoction(HLJDD) and identify the underlying mechanisms of action for the treatment of sepsis at the molecular level. he bioactive components database of HLJDD was constructed and the sepsis-associated targets were comprehensively investigated. The 3D structures of the PAFR and TXA2 R proteins were established using the homology modelling(HM) method, and the molecular effects for sepsis treatment were analysed by comparing the bioactive components database and the sepsis targets using computational biology methods. The results of the screening were validated with biological testing against the human oral epidermal carcinoma cell line KB in vitro. We found that multiple bioactive compounds contained in the HLJDD interacted with multiple targets. We also predicted the promising compound leads for sepsis treatment, and the first 28 compounds were characterized. Several compounds, such as berberine, berberrubine and epiberberine, dose-dependently inhibited PGE2 production in human KB cells, and the effects were similar in the presence or absence of TPA. This study demonstrates a novel approach to identifying natural chemical compounds as new leads for the treatment of sepsis.

Orange-derived extracellular vesicles nanodrugs for efficient treatment of ovarian cancer assisted by transcytosis effect

Extracellular vesicles(EVs)have recently received much attention about the application of drug carriers due to their desirable properties such as nano-size,biocompatibility,and high ***,we demonstrate orange-derived extracellular vesicles(OEV)nanodrugs(DN@OEV)by modifying cRGD-targeted doxorubicin(DOX)nanoparticles(DN)onto the surface of OEV,enabling significantly enhancing tumor accumulation and penetration,thereby efficiently inhibiting the growth of ovarian *** obtained DN@OEV enabled to inducement of greater transcytosis capability in ovarian cancer cells,which presented the average above 10-fold transcytosis effect compared with individual *** was found that DN@OEV could trigger receptor-mediated endocytosis to promote early endosome/recycling endosomes pathway for exocytosis and simultaneously reduce degradation in the early endosomes-late endosomes-lysosome pathway,thereby inducing the enhanced *** particular,the zombie mouse model bearing orthotopic ovarian cancer further validated DN@OEV presented high accumulation and penetration in tumor tissue by the transcytosis *** study indicated the strategy in enhancing transcytosis has significant implications for improving the therapeutic efficacy of thedrugdelivery system.
