黏度过渡区污泥纯氧曝气自热高温消化特性

针对浓缩污泥自热好氧消化存在单位容积有机质含量低,难以达到自热升温目标,而脱水污泥好氧堆肥供氧传质差、发酵臭味大、二次污染严重等问题,测定了不同含固率污泥黏度变化曲线,选定黏度过渡区的3种不同含固率污泥,采用纯氧和空气曝气对比自热消化,考察污泥序批式消化效果。结果表明,污泥黏度随含固率的变化呈指数增大,含固率为6%~9%的污泥黏度处在渐变和突变之间的过渡段;当进泥含固率为7.01%~8.79%时,纯氧比空气曝气所达最高消化温度提高4.2~5.8℃,VS去除率增加8.64%~14.12%,其中污泥含固率为7.99%时消化温度最高、VS去除率最大。相比于传统污泥自热好氧消化,采用处于黏度过渡区的污泥进行纯氧曝气自热消化,可以使供氧均匀性、进泥含固率和产热效果显著增加,臭气产量和消化池体积显著降低。

A continuation algorithm for the solution of max-cut problems is proposed in this paper. Unlike the available semi-definite relaxation, a max-cut problem is converted into a continuous nonlinear programming by employing NCP functions, and the resulting nonlinear programming problem is then solved by using the augmented Lagrange penalty function method. The convergence property of the proposed algorithm is studied. Numerical experiments and comparisons with the Geomeans and Williamson randomized algorithm made on some max-cut test problems show that the algorithm generates satisfactory solutions for all the test problems with much less computation costs.

Highly active, stable and affordable surface enhanced Raman scattering （SERS） substrates were obtained by electrolyzing a mixture of AgNO3 （4 × 10^-4 mol/L） and Na3C6H5OTH2O （6 × 10^-5 mol/L） for 1, 2, 3 and 4 h at 7 V. With crystal violet （CV） as a test molecule, a portable Raman spectrometer with 785 nm laser excitation was employed to carry out the SERS detection. Colloidal Ag nanoparticles prepared by electrolyzing for 3 h with the particle size of （65 ±17） nm is a perfect SERS substrate for the ultratrace detection of CV, which displayed an enhancement factor of ca. 1.3 × 10^8 and the detection limit of CV is down to ca. 10-15 mol/L （ca. 10^-4 ppb） with 10^-1 mol/L KBr as aggregating agent. Thus, this SERS substrate will provide a hopeful foreground in ultratrace detection. Meanwhile, it will provide a possibility to bring Raman analysis out of the laboratory to process in situ, real-time detection and identification.

We report an index-coupled distributed feedback quantum cascade laser by employing an equivalent phase shift(EPS) of quarter-wave integrated with a distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) at λ~5.03 μm. The EPS is fabricated through extending one sampling period by 50% in the center of a sampled Bragg grating. The key EPS and DBR pattern are fabricated by conventional holographic exposure combined with the optical photolithography technology, which leads to improved flexibility, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness. Stable single-mode emission can be obtained by changing the injection current or heat sink temperature even under the condition of large driving pulse width.

Herein,we propose an experimentally feasible scheme to show the quantum phase transition of the Jaynes-Cummings(JC)model by modulating the transition frequency of a two-level system in a quantum Rabi model with strong *** tuning the modulation frequency and amplitude,the ratio of the effective coupling strength of the rotating terms to the effective cavity(atomic transition)frequency can enter the deep-strong coupling regime,while the counter-rotating terms can be ***,a deep-strong JC model is *** ratio of the coupling strength to resonance frequencies in the deep-strong JC model is two orders of magnitude larger than the corresponding ratio in the original quantum Rabi *** scheme can be employed in atom-cavity resonance and off-resonance cases,and it is valid over a broad *** nonzero average cavity photons of the ground state indicate the emergence of a quantum phase ***,we demonstrate the dependence of the phase diagram on the atom-cavity detuning and modulation *** the parameters used in our scheme are within the reach of current experimental *** scheme provides a new mechanism for investigating the critical phenomena of finite-sized systems without requiring classical field limits,thereby opening a door for studying fundamental quantum phenomena occurring in the ultrastrong and even deep-strong coupling regimes.

We demonstrate a broad gain,continuous-wave(CW)operation InP-based quantum cascade laser(QCL)emitting at 11.8μm with a modified dual-upper-state(DAU)and diagonal transition active region design.A 3 mm cavity length,16.5μm average ridge wide QCL with high-reflection(HR)coatings demonstrates a maximum peak power of 1.07 W at 283 K and CW output power of 60 m W at 293 *** device also shows a broad and dual-frequency lasing spectrum in pulsed mode and a maximum average power of 258.6 mW at 283 ***,the full width at half maximum(FWHM)of the electroluminescent spectrum measured at subthreshold current is 2.37μm,which indicates a broad gain spectrum of the *** tuning range of 1.38μm is obtained by a grating-coupled external cavity(EC)Littrow configuration,which is beneficial for gas detection.

In this paper,a detection method combining Cameron decomposition based on polarization scattering characteristics in sea clutter background is ***,the Cameron decomposition is exploited to fuse the radar echoes of full polarization channels at the data *** to the artificial material structure on the surface of the target,it can be shown that the non-reciprocity of the target cell is stronger than that of the clutter ***,based on the analysis of the decomposition results,a new feature with scattering geometry characteristics in polarization domain,denoted as Cameron polarization decomposition scattering weight(CPD-SW),is extracted as the test statistic,which can achieve more detailed descriptions of the clutter scattering characteristics utilizing the difference between their scattering ***,the superiority of the proposed CPD-SW detector over traditional detectors in improving detection performance is verified by the IPIX measured dataset,which has strong stability under short-time observation in threshold detection and can also improve the separability of feature space zin anomaly detection.
