Comparison of age-related changes between corneal and ocular aberration in young and mid-age myopic patients

AIM: To study the dynamic character of aberration between the cornea and the ocular with aging, and to evaluate the symmetry of the aberrations between right and left eye in order to supply the data for clinic to do the refractive surgery reasonably. METHODS: This is a comparative case series study. 82 normal cases (164 eyes) including 37 females (74 eyes) and 45 males (90 eyes) were recruited through the routine examinations,Topolyzer and wavefront analysis. The average age was 25.9 +/- 5.0 years old (range 18 to 49 years old), and the mean spherical equivalent (SE) is -3.82 +/- 2.21D (range -1.00 to -6.00D). The changes of aberrations regarding age, the relationship between anterior corneal and total aberrations were analyzed,as well as the symmetry between right and left eyes by using Zernike terms. RESULTS: The Z (3) (1), RMS3 of corneal aberrations, Z (3) (1), Z (4) (0) RMS3 and RMS4 of ocular aberrations had a positive correlation with age. The zernike terms both in corneal and whole eye were significantly correlated between right and left eyes. CONCLUSION: The corneal horizontal coma, ocular horizontal coma and ocular spherical aberrations become to increase at the age of more than 40 years old. The dynamic change of aberration with aging, balance between corneal and ocular, and the symmetric character between left eye and right eye should be designed carefully in the treatment nomogram before the refractive surgery.

AIM: To compare the Barrett True-K formula with other formulas integrated in Lenstar 900 to predict intraocular lens(IOL) power after small-incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).METHODS: A theoretical prospective study was performed to predict the ratio of equivalent IOL power before and after SMILE using the SRK/T(Sanders, Retzlaff, Kraff/theoretical), Holladay 1, Haigis, and Barrett True-K formulas and compare the stability of their predictions. The study included 54 eyes(54 cases) with a manifest refraction spherical equivalent(MRSE) of-4.99±1.45 D. They were divided into two groups: 27 eyes with axial length of 24-26 mm in Group A, and 27 eyes with axial length >26 mm in Group B. All subjects enrolled in this study were examined with the Lenstar 900 before and 6 mo after SMILE including measurements of axial length, corneal curvature, and anterior chamber depth(ACD). RESULTS: The prediction of equivalent IOL power of the two groups was more stable for the Barrett True-K formula, especially in long axial length eyes(Group B). The respective percentages for the SRK/T, Holladay 1, Haigis, and Barrett True-K formulas were 7.4%, 7.4%, 85.19%, and 88.89% for a margin of error within 0.5 D;25.92%, 51.84%, 100%, and 100% for a margin of error within 1.0 D in Group A;33.33%, 40.74%, 44.44%, and 81.48% for a margin of error within 0.5 D;and 44.44%, 59.26%, 66.66%, and 92.59% for a margin of error within 1.0 D in Group B. The respective percentages for Barrett True-K formulas were 100% for a margin of error within 2.0 D in Group ***: Theoretically, the Barrett True-K formula provides more stable predictions than other formulas for cataract eyes after SMILE.

AIM： To evaluate and compare the uniformity of angle Kappa adjustment between Oculyzer and Topolyzer Vario topography guided ablation of laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK） by EX500 excimer laser for ***： Totally 145 cases（290 consecutive eyes）with myopia received LASIK with a target of emmetropia. The ablation for 86 cases（172 eyes） was guided manually based on Oculyzer topography（study group）, while the ablation for 59 cases（118 eyes） was guided automatically by Topolyzer Vario topography（control group）. Measurement of adjustment values included data respectively in horizontal and vertical direction of cornea. RESULTS： Horizontally, synclastic adjustment between manually actual values（dx_（manu）） and Oculyzer topography guided data（dx_（ocu）） accounts 35.5% in study group, with mean dx_（manu）/dx_（ocu） of 0.78±0.48; while in control group, synclastic adjustment between automatically actual values（dx_（auto）） and Oculyzer topography data（dx_（ocu）） accounts 54.2%, with mean dx_（auto）/dx_（ocu） of 0.79±0.66. Vertically, synclastic adjustment between dy_（manu） and dy_（ocu） accounts 55.2% in study group, with mean dy_（manu）/dy_（ocu） of 0.61±0.42; while in control group, synclastic adjustment between dy_（auto） and dy_（ocu） accounts 66.1%, with mean dy_（auto）/dy_（ocu） of 0.66±0.65. There was no statistically significant difference in ratio of actual values/Oculyzer topography guided data in horizontal and vertical direction between two groups（P=0.951, 0.621）.CONCLUSION： There is high consistency in angle Kappa adjustment guided manually by Oculyzer and guided automatically by Topolyzer Vario topography during corneal refractive surgery by Wave Light EX500 excimer laser.

Throughflow design has the advantages of less time consumption and large optimization space,and thus is the corner stone of advanced design system of multi-stage axial-flow *** majority of relevant studies were limited to the throughflow inverse designs,and quite few works have been till now devoted to the throughflow optimal *** this work,an automatic and rapid throughflow-based optimal design method is proposed for axial-flow compressors in which a throughflow inverse design solver is embedded in optimal genetic algorithm to improve the design efficiency of axial-flow *** types of design parameters in the throughflow inverse design of axial-flow compressors,i.e.,swirl and shroud curve,are simultaneously used to optimize both the blade shape and flow *** proposed method is validated by the redesign optimization of the benchmark axial-flow compressor NASA Stage 35,and the CFD predictions show that the throughflow-based optimization leads to 1.18% efficiency benefit at design *** proposed method is then utilized to the two-dimensional throughflow optimal design of a large-scale 6.5-stage axial-flow industrial *** optimal design results are confirmed by CFD predictions,indicating that the proposed method can effectively improve the design adiabatic efficiency of the compressors by 1.09% within a few minutes on desk-top *** throughflow design implications are also obtained for advanced axial-flow industrial *** work could enhance the capability of throughflow design method and has engineering application value to explore the throughflow optimization space of multi-stage axial-flow compressors.

在反倾销中,企业个体分散的最优应诉决策带来的收益之和离企业整体的最优应诉决策带来的总收益有一定的差距,这导致企业应诉不力。企业应诉不力除了应诉结果具有非排他性导致企业的“搭便车”行为的因素外,还与每个企业的出口规模、总体出口规模及其集中度密切相关。协商是提高应诉率的途径之一,它可以优化总体出口规模与集中度的匹配关系,减轻“搭便车”行为,但其作用的发挥受协商成本大小的限制。

文章以合法性为视角,对商会治理推动企业社会责任演化的传导机制和效应展开理论研究。在合法性机制下,行业内企业间社会责任的演化交互影响,特定企业为获取所需的合法性而采取企业社会责任行为时,必须因应行业内其他企业的社会责任行为而改变。企业将根据制度环境的变化,通过不断地主动调整对各类利益相关者承担的社会责任来动态地获取合法性。在现代商业社会里,商会是导致制度环境变化的重要因素。商会通过信息沟通,令特定企业根据新信息改变其关于其他企业社会责任行为的信念而调整其社会责任行为。商会治理推动企业社会责任的演化,其效应包括对企业社会责任边界、程度和结构的演化。现实中,商会治理推动企业社会责任演化的传导机制包括"学习与模仿"机制、集体行动机制和行业自律机制等。为使企业社会责任边界扩展、程度提高和结构趋于合理,应大力发展商会组织。若商会组织得到完善发展,就会促进企业社会责任的发展。

本文对商会的边界问题作了初步的理论探讨。从商会产品总量及其结构的角度给出了确定商会合理边界的准则,并根据这些准则,推演出商会的合理边界是一个中等规模;对存在大规模商会的现象给予了解释;根据商会的合理边界对我国商会的改革发展提出了建议,认为应该改革现行“一业一会非竞争性原则”的规定,代之以一业多会,通过发展大量中小规模商会来完善我国的商会体系。
