Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most prevalent joint disease and icariin is a promising drug for its ***,the clinical use of icariin is hindered by poor water solubility,low bioavailability,and nonspecific release and biological ***,sulfonated azocalix[4]arene(SAC4A)with enhanced water solubility,recognition capacity,and designed responsiveness was used to improve the efficiency of icariin for OA ***4A,a macrocycle with well-defined molecular weight and structure,could encapsulate and enhance water solubility of various *** addition,SAC4A enables hypoxia-responsive release of loaded *** with icariin treatment,supramolecular complex icariin@SAC4A significantly relieved OA symptoms of rats,including more regular bone morphology and structure,and lower degree of cartilage ***,the supramolecular formulation demonstrated various advantages,including easy preparation,hypoxia-triggered release,and small size that conducive to drug penetration.

The microscopic occurrence characteristics primarily constrain the enrichment and mobility of shale *** study collected the lacustrine shales from the Palaeogene Funing Formation in the Gaoyou Sag, Subei Basin. Conventional and multistage Rock-Eval, scanning electron microscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) T1-T2were performed to analyze the contents and occurrence characteristics of shale oil. Low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption(LTNA/D) experiments were conducted on the shales before and after extraction. The relationships between shale oil occurrence with organic matter and pore structures were then discussed. Predominantly, the shale oil in the Funing Formation is found within fractures, with secondary occurrences in interparticle pores linked to brittle minerals and sizeable intraparticle pores associated with clay minerals. The selected shales can be categorized into two types based on the nitrogen isotherms. Type A shales are characterized by high contents of felsic and calcareous minerals but low clay minerals, with larger TOC and shale oil values. Conversely, Type B shales are marked by abundant clay minerals but diminished TOC and shale oil contents. The lower BET specific surface area(SSA), larger average pore diameter, and simpler pore surfaces and pore structures lead to the Type A shales being more conducive to shale oil enrichment and mobility. Shale oil content is predominantly governed by the abundance of organic matter, while an overabundance of organic matter typically equates to a reduced ratio of free oil and diminished fluidity. The BET SSA, volumes of pores less than 25 and 100 nm at extracted state all correlate negatively with total and adsorbed oil contents but display no correlation with free oil, while they have positive relationships with capillary-bound ***, pore water is mainly saturated in micropores(<25 nm) and minipores(25-100 nm), as well as adsorbed oil, while free oil, i.e., bound and movable

We determined the relative stellar ages and metallicities of about 80 elliptical galaxies in both low and high density environments using the latest binary stellar population （BSP） synthesis model and tested the predictions of a recent hierarchical formation model that adopted the new ACDM cosmology. The stellar ages and metallicities were estimated from two high-quality published spectra line indices, the Hβ and [MgFe] indices. The results show that the stellar populations of elliptical galaxies are older than 3.9 Gyr and more metal rich than 0.02. Most of our results are in agreement with the model predictions; （1） elliptical galaxies in denser environment are redder and have older populations than field galaxies; （2） elliptical galaxies with more massive stellar components are redder and have older and more metal rich populations than less massive ones; （3） the most massive galaxies have the oldest and most metal rich stars. However, some of our results differ from the model predictions on the metallicity distributions of low- and high-density elliptical galaxies and the dependence on the distance to the cluster center.

水土资源匮乏背景下的农田精准水肥管理,需要以作物根系时空建成规律为基础。本研究结合分层挖掘与扫描成像分析技术,对两种栗钙土田菜用架芸豆不同生育时期的根系生物量、长度、表面积、体积和直径进行了监测和分析。结果表明:两种栗钙土田菜用架芸豆根系生物量的建成规律一致,大致分为缓慢增长、线性增长和缓慢下降3个时期,线性增长期为初花期~结荚盛期,此阶段轻壤质栗钙土田芸豆根系鲜重与干重的日增长速率分别为2.46与0.24 g·2株^(-1),沙壤质栗钙土田分别为1.79与0.20 g·2株^(-1);芸豆根系长度、表面积、体积与根系鲜干重间呈正相关增长。从垂直分布上看,沙壤质栗钙土田芸豆根系分布较浅,82.68%以上的根系分布在0~30 cm土层内;轻壤质栗钙土田芸豆在结荚初期之后86.24%以上的根系分布在0~60 cm土层。从侧向分布上看,轻壤质栗钙土田芸豆全生育期内77%以上的根系分布在植株两侧30 cm范围内,而沙壤质栗钙土田该范围内根系占比随生育期推移呈下降趋势,至结荚末期降至66%以上。根系的等值线图表明,轻壤质栗钙土田芸豆根系的总体分布呈“瘦长型”,沙壤质栗钙土田呈“扁宽型”。本研究为坝上地区菜用架芸豆依根创新水肥高效利用技术奠定了基础。

建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定水体中铬、铜、锌、铅、镉、镍、钼7种重金属元素含量的分析方法,在最佳的分析条件下,在一定的浓度范围内所分析的7种重金属元素具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9999,方法检出限为0.03~0.11μg/L。对水质标准物质进行测定,各元素的测定值与认定值之间无显著性误差,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.67%~4.08%;通过对实际样品进行加标回收实验,加标回收率为94.0%~107%;同时还对不同类型的水样进行分析,结果表明该方法具有较宽的动态线性范围,可满足各种类型水样中多种重金属元素的同时测定。

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe(EP)and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope(WXT)on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for 12 *** flare reached a peak flux of 3:9×10^(−9) erg cm^(−2) s^(−1) in 0.5-4 keV,∼300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 keV,with a power-law photon index varying within *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for∼4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable∼10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of∼10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.
