The supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))Brayton cycle system has become an emerging and highly promising method of thermal power conversion due to its efficiency advantage,system compactness,and excellent adaptability of the heat *** the low carbon sCO_(2)Brayton cycle testbed with cycle output power approaching 3 MW,a relatively detailed dynamic simulation model of the entire system is constructed to explore the dynamic response characteristics of the system with different startup strategies and different buffer tank volumes during the startup *** simulation results indicate that the smaller the volume of the buffer tank,the more rapid and obvious the parameter fluctuation in the buffer tank during the *** the allowable relative deviation limit of density is 5%,then the ratio of the buffer tank volume to the volume of the entire closed loop should not be lower than 36.80%.The strategy of simultaneous temperature and speed increase during turbine bypass start can effectively reduce the fluctuation of compressor inlet parameters and reach the steady-state more *** paper provides the recommended matching table for the opening of the turbine bypass valve(TBV)and the main regulating valve(MGV)to reduce the parameter fluctuation during the bypass *** effectiveness of the proposed turbine bypass and bypass switching startup strategy is verified by simulation,which may be used as a reference for test bench's future debugging and operation.

On the basis of analysis the governing process of downstream water level gates AVIO and AVIS, a mathematical model for simulation of dynamic operation process of hydraulically automated irrigation canals instalIed with AVIO and AVIS gates is presented, the main point of this rnathematical model is firstly applying a set of unsteady flow equations （St. Venant equations here） and treating the condition of gate movement as its dynamic boundary, and then deeoupling this interaction of gate movement with the change of canal flow. In this process, it is necessary to give the gateg open-loop transfer function whose input is water level deviation and output is gate discharge. The result of this simulation for a practical reach has shown it has satisfactory accuracy.

The anaerobic acid production experiments were conducted with the pretreated kitchen waste under pH *** results showed that pH 8 was considered to be the most suitable condition for acid production,especially for the formation of acetic acid and propionic *** average value of total volatile fatty acid at pH 8 was 8814 mg COD/L,1.5 times of that under blank *** average yield of acetic acid and propionic acid was 3302 mg COD/L and 2891 mg COD/L,*** activities of key functional enzymes such as phosphotransacetylase,acetokinase,oxaloacetate transcarboxylase and succinylcoA transferase were all *** further explore the regulatory mechanisms within the system,the distribution of microorganisms at different levels in the fermentation system was obtained by microbial sequencing,results indicating that the relative abundances of Clostridiales,Bacteroidales,Chloroflexi,Clostridium,Bacteroidetes and Propionibacteriales,which were great contributors for the hydrolysis and acidification,increased rapidly at pH 8 compared with the blank ***,the proportion of genes encoding key enzymes was generally increased,which further verified the mechanism of hydrolytic acidification and acetic acid production of organic matter under pH regulation.

In this paper,we design and fabricate a Schottky-metal-insulator-semiconductor（MIS） cascode anode GaN lateral field-effect diode（CA-LFED） to achieve ultralow reverse leakage current(ILEAK).The device based on AlGaN/GaN highelectron-mobility-transistor（HEMT） includes a normally-off MIS-controlled channel that is cascoded with a high barrier height Schottky *** reverse bias,the high electric-field is effectively prevented by the normally-off MIS-controlled channel *** with the high barrier height Schottky contact,this feature significantly suppresses the *** by the device fabrication,the CA-LFED with high breakdown voltage（BV）>600 V shows an ultralow ILEAKof 3.6×10-9A/mm as well as a low forward voltage drop（VF） of 2.2 *** performance suggests that the CA-LFED can be a promising candidate for ultralow ILEAKand better VF-ILEAKtrade-off GaN power diode applications.

For space-based gravitational wave(GW)detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries(MBHBs)is attributed to approximately 107 double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratioΔD_(L)/D_(L) at the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of∼*** angular resolutions,denoted byΔΩs,are enhanced by a factor of∼*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Objective To understand the functional status and radiation protection requirements of helical tomotherapy (TOMO) unit when it is applied in clinic treatment so as to promote the construction of TOMO quality control system. Methods A helical tomotherapy unit with a type of tomotherapy Hi-Art was employed as the radiotherapy unit. A series of tests and analyses on dosimetric and radiation safety performance parameters of the TOMO unit were conducted with the use of a A1SL ionization chamber, a set of solid water equivalent phantoms and other test equipments. The performance parameters were compared with that of a conventional 6 MV accelerator with a type of ARTISTE. Results The deviations of static and dynamic output dose were -1.51% and 1.18%, respectively. The values of PDD 10 /PDD 1.5 and PDD 20 /PDD 1.5 were 0.608 and 0.318 within the range of X-ray quality parameters calibration. Under the different field conditions of 40 cm×5 cm, 40 cm×2.5 cm and 40 cm×1 cm, the stability of transverse/longitudinal dose distribution curve was no more than 1.20% and the offset distance of Jaw width was smaller than 0.5 mm. Radiation leakage ratio of the treatment rotating center from the multileaf collimator (MLC) was 0.20%. No matter the average or the maximum value of the leakage radiation from couch plane was less than 0.02%. Conclusions The performances and testing requirements of TOMO unit are different from a conventional electron linear accelerator, the quality control index of TOMO unit should be set seperately and tested strictly in terms of the specific requirements of the unit by complying with the QC programme. The reliable quality control system should be established and effectively implemented to serve the radiotherapy quality and radiation safety effectively in the tomotherapy.

Malan loess is highly water-sensitive， with its shear strength， particularly cohesive strength， significantly decreasing under the influence of water. The Western Shanxi Loess Plateau （WSLP） is especially prone to loess landslides， which are closely linked to rainfall infiltration. Understanding the regional variation of Malan loess cohesion (cm) and its distribution in relation to the developmental intensity of landslides in this area can provide essential scientific evidence for effective landslide prevention. Loess landslides and Malan loess were selected as the objects of study for the current research. The regional variation and distribution pattern of the cmwere revealed through undisturbed loess direct shear tests and Inverse Distance Weighting （IDW） interpolation. The relationship between the developmental intensity of landslide and the regional variation of the cmwas explored using the Cumulative Sum Variable Dimension Fractal （CSVDF）， Frequency Ratio （FR） model， and Certainty Factor （CF） model. The following conclusions were drawn: Results from the direct shear tests and IDW method indicate that the cmtends to decrease from south to north and exhibits a positively skewed spatial distribution pattern. The CSVDF results indicates a similarity between the regional variation of the cmand the development intensity of loess landslides. The FR and CF results reveal that loess landslides are more likely to occur when the cmis between 0 and 16.14 kPa.
