According to the revised Cailikefu＇s rolling shear force formula, motion path equation of spatial seven-bar path was built, and a mechanical model, with the new structural feature of negative offset, was thus successfully established for 2 800 mm heavy shear of some iron and steel company. Shear and bar forces of steel plate, before and after the adoption of negative offset structure, were analyzed, as well as horizontal force component of mechanism that influences pure rolling shear and back-wall push force that keeps blade clearance. It was found that the back-wall push force keeps large even at the time that the maximum rolling shear was obtained; meanwhile, back-wall push force is the most approximate to side forces when 60--100 mm of offset was adopted. Both theoretical results and onsite shear quality show that the negative offset plays an important role in ensuring the stability of pure rolling shear and keeping blade clearance constant.

Azvudine(FNC)is a nucleoside analog that inhibits HIV-1 RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp).Recently,we discovered FNC an agent against SARS-CoV-2,and have taken it into Phase III trial for COVID-19 *** monophosphate analog inhibited SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 coronavirus with an EC_(50) between 1.2 and 4.3 μM,depending on viruses or cells,and selective index(SI)in 15-83 *** administration of FNC in rats revealed a substantial thymus-homing feature,with FNC triphosphate(the active form)concentrated in the thymus and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).Treating SARS-CoV-2 infected rhesus macaques with FNC(0.07 mg/kg, qd,orally)reduced viral load,recuperated the thymus,improved lymphocyte profiles,alleviated in flammation and orga n damage,and lessened grou nd・glass opacities in chest *** gle-cell seque ncing suggested the promotion of thymus function by FNC.A randomized,single-arm clinical trial of FNC on compassionate use(n=31)showed that oral FNC(5 mg,qd)cured all COVID-19 patients,with 100%viral ribonucleic acid negative conversion in 3.29±2.22 days(range:1-9 days)and 100%hospital discharge rate in 9.00±4.93 days(range:2-25 days).The side-effect of FNC is minor and transient dizziness and nausea in 16.12%(5/31)***,FNC might cure COVID-19 through its anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity concentrated in the thymus,followed by promoted immunity.

Currently, when magnesium alloy sheet is rolled, the method of controlling roll temperature is simple and inaccurate. Furthermore, roll temperature has a large influence on the quality of magnesium alloy sheet; therefore, a new model using circular fluid flow control roll temperature has been designed. A fluid heat transfer structure was designed, the heat transfer process model of the fluid heating roll was simplified, and the finite di erence method was used to cal?culate the heat transfer process. Fluent software was used to simulate the fluid?solid coupling heat transfer, and both the trend and regularity of the temperature field in the heat transfer process were identified. The results show that the heating e ciency was much higher than traditional heating methods(when the fluid heat of the roll and tempera?ture distribution of the roll surface was more uniform). Moreover, there was a bigger temperature di erence between the input and the output, and after using reverse flow the temperature di erence decreased. The axial and circum?ferential temperature distributions along the sheet were uniform. Both theoretical calculation results and numerical simulation results of the heat transfer between fluid and roll were compared. The error was 1.8%–12.3%, showing that the theoretical model can both forecast and regulate the temperature of the roll(for magnesium alloy sheets) in the rolling process.

Multilevel resistance random access memories(RRAMs) are intensively studied due to their potential applications in high density information storage. However, the low ternary device yields and high threshold voltages based on current materials cannot meet the requirement for applications. Improvement via material innovation remains desirable and challenging. Herein,five one-dimensional conjugated coordination polymers were synthesized via the reaction between metal ions(Zn^(2+), Cu^(2+), Ni^(2+),Pt^(2+) and Pd^(2+)) and 2,5-diaminobenzene-1,4-dithiol(DABDT) and fabricated into RRAM devices. The as-fabricated ternary memories have relatively low threshold voltages(V_(th1):-1 to-1.4 V, V_(th2):-1.8 to-2.2 V). Their ternary device yields were improved from 24% to 56%. The first and the second resistance switches are interpreted by the space charge limited current(SCLC) and grain boundary depletion limited current(GBLC) modes, respectively. The Pd-DABDT, which is of planar structure,smaller band gap and better crystallinity than others, shows the best performance among these five polymers. Our work paves a simple and efficient way to optimize the performance of ternary RRAM devices employing one-dimensional hybrid materials.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to may *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

Ferns and lycophytes have remarkably large ***,little is known about how their genome size evolved in fern *** explore the origins and evolution of chromosome numbers and genome size in ferns,we used flow cytometry to measure the genomes of 240 species(255 samples)of extant ferns and lycophytes comprising 27 families and 72 genera,of which 228 species(242 samples)represent new *** analyzed correlations among genome size,spore size,chromosomal features,phylogeny,and habitat type preference within a phylogenetic *** also applied ANOVA and multinomial logistic regression analysis to preference of habitat type and genome *** the phylogeny,we conducted ancestral character reconstruction for habitat types and tested whether genome size changes simultaneously with shifts in habitat *** found that 2 C values had weak phylogenetic signal,whereas the base number of chromosomes(x)had a strong phylogenetic ***,our analyses revealed a positive correlation between genome size and chromosome traits,indicating that the base number of chromosomes(x),chromosome size,and polyploidization may be primary contributors to genome expansion in ferns and *** sizes in different habitat types varied significantly and were significantly correlated with habitat types;specifically,multinomial logistic regression indicated that species with larger 2 C values were more likely to be *** habitat is inferred to be ancestral for both extant ferns and lycophytes,whereas transitions to other habitat types occurred as the major clades *** in habitat types appear be followed by periods of genomic *** on these results,we inferred that habitat type changes and multiple whole-genome duplications have contributed to the formation of large genomes of ferns and their allies during their evolutionary history.

In order to investigate the mode of action ofYimu Shenghuasan preparation in endometrial cells of dairy cows, the primary cultured endometrial cells in cows were isolated and the inflammatory models were made by lipopolysaccharide （LPS） induction. The inflammatory cells were treated with gradient concentration of herbal medicine preparation, Yimu Shenghuasan for 48 and 72 h. The expression of cytochrome P450 （CYP450） was detected by Western blot. The amounts of IgG and lgA in sera were also detected in the endometritis of dairy cows. The expression level of CYP450 in the endometrial cells of dairy cow was increased gradually, and the amounts of IgG, IgA were increased significantly as compared with those in the control group. The expression level of CYP450 in the inflammatory cells was increased significantly in the treatment of 2 000 μg mL^-1 of Yimu Shenghuasan after 48 h of treatment.

目的评估不同生物材料[矿物三氧化物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggragate,MTA)和iRoot BP Plus]在因龋露髓成熟恒牙活髓保存治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年5月于呼和浩特市口腔医院牙体牙髓科就诊的因龋露髓患者200例(200颗患牙),采用随机数字表法将患者分为MTA组(MTA为盖髓剂)和iRoot BP Plus组(iRoot BP Plus为盖髓剂),每组各100例(100颗患牙)。比较2组的临床疗效,牙本质桥、牙齿变色、髓腔钙化及牙根吸收发生情况,疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及满意度差异。结果术后12个月,iRoot BP Plus组治疗成功率为87%(87/100),明显高于MTA组[72%(72/100)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.903,P=0.014)。术后3、6、12个月,MTA组牙本质桥发生率分别为5%(5/100)、36%(36/100)、45%(45/100),iRoot BP Plus组分别为8%(8/100)、42%(42/100)、53%(53/100),差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);MTA组牙齿变色发生率分别为16%(16/100)、28%(28/100)、46%(46/100),而iRoot BP Plus组所有患牙均未变色(0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论活髓保存治疗因龋露髓成熟恒牙的临床效果良好。相较于MTA,iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂的治疗成功率更高,且不易导致牙齿变色,临床应用前景广阔。
