Venereal diseases are considered to be the most prevalent infectious diseases in the worldwide. China is now faced with a year-by-year increasing incidence of sexually transmitted diseases （STD）, which are spreading from high-risk groups to the general population. Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum and herpes simplex virus-2 （HSV-2） are always regarded as the most common venereal pathogens. The ＂golden standard＂ for testing Neisseria gonorrhoeae remains to be bacteria culture or microscopic examination.

Objective: To detect the effect of arsenic trioxide or ATRA on APL cells or HL-60 cells and to investigate the mechanism of the hyperleukocytosis and detect the cross resistance between ATRA and arsenic trioxide. Methods: The number of promyelocytes or more matured granulocytes were counted by regular method, MTT test was used to measure the proliferation of HL-60 cells or APL cells, flow cytometry analysis to measure the apoptosis, NBT method to detect the differentiation of HL-60 cells or APL cells. Results: The proliferation of primary APL cells or HL-60 cells could be inhibited in vitro by either arsenic trioxide or ATRA, which could induce obvious apoptosis or obvious differentiation of primary APL cells or HL-60 cells. Inhibition of proliferation or apoptosis of ATRA resistant HL-60 cells were achieved by exposure to arsenic trioxide in vitro. On the other hand, the results of in vivo treatment showed that arsenic trioxide also induce of hyperleukocytosis. Conclusion: The results indicated that the hyperleukocytosis induced by ATRA is not contributed to the mechanism of more differentiation than apoptosis, there was not cross resistance between ATRA and arsenic trioxide.

基于AOM和插件模式的轻量级框架研究

为了提高软件的复用度和扩展性,在参考设计模式和MVC框架的基础上,提出了一种基于自动化对象模型(AOM,Automatic Object Model)和插件(Plug-In)模式的轻量级框架(LFBAP,Lightweight Framework Based on AOM andPlug-In Pattern),并采用了Object-Z语言进行了形式化描述。其中,利用了观察者模式、事件冒泡机制设计AOM,为框架提供了一组可被订阅的对象事件接口;设计并实现了基于DLL的插件模式。应用结果表明,使用LFBAP框架开发某系统定制平台软件,可以很方便地对系统进行插件级的扩展,能有效地提高开发效率。

目的评价18F-FDG PET/CT对乳腺癌及腋窝淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法计算机检索Pub Med(1966~2013.10)、EMbase(1974~2013.10)、The Cochrane Library(2013年第8期)、Web of Science(1950~2013.10)、CBM(1978~2013.10)、Wan Fang Data(1990~2013.10)、CNKI(1994~2013.10),查找有关PET/CT对乳腺癌及其腋窝淋巴结转移的诊断性试验。由2位评价员按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Meta Di Sc 1.4软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入25篇文献,包括2 089例患者。以病理结果为金标准,PET/CT诊断乳腺癌及腋窝淋巴结转移的合并敏感度、特异度、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、诊断比值比及合并SROC曲线下面积AUC值分别为0.69[95%CI(0.60,0.76)]、0.98[95%CI(0.94,1.00)]、10.75[95%CI(4.10,28.16)]、0.16[95%CI(0.02,1.13)]、56.76[95%CI(17.50,184.14)]和0.962 6;0.63[95%CI(0.59,0.66)]、0.92[95%CI(0.91,0.94)]、6.01[95%CI(4.07,8.89)]、0.39[95%CI(0.30,0.50)]、17.35[95%CI(10.58,28.46)]和0.866 4。结论 PET/CT对乳腺癌及其腋窝淋巴结转移的诊断有中度敏感度和较好的特异度,可作为乳腺癌术前分期的诊断方法之一。

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

To verify the performance of the neutron total cross-sectional spectrometer, the neutron total cross section of carbon is initially measured in the energy range of 1 eV to 20 MeV using the time-of-flight method. The measurement is performed at the Back-n white neutron source with a 76-m time-of-flight path using the China Spallation Neutron Source. A multilayer fast fission chamber with 235U and 238U is employed as the neutron detector. The diameter and thickness of the natural graphite sample are 70 mm and 40 mm, respectively. Signal waveforms are collected using a data acquisition system. Off-line data processing was used to obtain the neutron time-of-flight spectra and transmissions. The uncertainty of the counting statistics is generally approximately 3% for each bin in the energy range of 1–20 MeV. It is determined that the results for the neutron total cross section of carbon obtained using ^235U cells are in good agreement with the results obtained using 238U cells within limits of statistical uncertainty. Moreover, the measured total cross sections show good agreement with the broadening evaluated data.

目的建立同时检测淋球菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体和单纯疱疹病毒-2致病微生物的多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法,用于四种性病的诊断和治疗监测。方法根据淋球菌外膜孔蛋白基因、沙眼衣原体基因、解脲支原体尿素酶基因和单纯疱疹病毒-2的DNA聚合酶基因序列,各设计一对特异性引物,优化反应体系和条件进行多重PCR反应。结果 4对引物分别扩增出327、167、426、391bp的目的条带,并且特异性强,与其他非目的病原体基因不发生反应。结论本研究建立的多重PCR方法为相关病原体的快速检测提供方法。
