开展科普阅读推广,是图书馆社会教育职能的延伸,也是公共图书馆的创新服务之一。文章阐述了图书馆科普阅读推广研究现状,以金陵图书馆为研究对象,从平台建设、资源整合、创新路径等方面梳理科普阅读推广实践,认为科普阅读推广过程中存在着部门间活动分散同质化、过度依赖社会力量、服务对象单一、重活动轻阅读等问题,提出从顶层设计、分众阅读推广、科普人才培养、回归阅读等创新科普阅读推广路径。

In this paper,we focus on the decentralized online learning problem where online data streams are separately collected and collaboratively processed by a network of decentralized *** to centralized batch learning,such a framework is faithful to the decentralized and online natures of the data *** propose an online decentralized alternating direction method of multipliers that efficiently solves the online learning problem over a decentralized *** prove its O(√T)regret bound when the instantaneous local cost functions are convex,and its O(log T)regret bound when the instantaneous local cost functions are strongly convex,where T is the number of *** regret bounds are in the same orders as those of centralized online *** experiments on decentralized online least squares and classification problems demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

An efficient way to coupling amine with the derivatives of steric N-Boc-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid was reported in this paper. We have found that the synthesis of derivatives is problematic with the commonly used DCC/HOBT method. As a substitute, the mixed anhydride method was adopted. A series of 6-（3-nitroguanidino）hexanamidopyrrolidine derivatives were prepared with this method.

由于水下环境的复杂性水声目标的识别一直是水声领域研究的热点。目前,基于深度学习的水声目标识别方法大多是基于单一的时域或者频域信号提取水声特征,而忽略了两者之间的时频互补信息,而时频互补信息有助于提高水声目标识别的精度。因此,本文同时从时域和频域角度出发,提出一种基于时频联合和加权决策的水声目标识别方法。该方法首先采用长短时记忆网络(LSTM)提取水声信号的时域特征进行识别,然后采用二维卷积神经网络(2D-CNN)提取水声信号的频域特征进行识别,最后将二者的识别结果进行加权决策融合。该方法的有效性在ShipEar数据集上进行验证,其识别精度达94.13%,高于其他现有方法。该方法为基于深度学习的水声目标识别方法的发展提供了新思路。

A setup for recording surface tension curves at a mercury drop during potential scanning is designed based on photo-sensitive detection system. Surface tension spectrum at Hg drop can be recorded by voltam0metdc study. A Yb（Ⅲ）-NO2 catalytic reduction system was used for characterization. The simple, sensitive technique can be expected to provide fresh information on molecular interactions at electrode surfaces.

FastSLAM is a popular framework which uses a Rao-Blackwellized particle filter to solve the simultaneous localization and mapping problem（SLAM）. However, in this framework there are two important potential limitations, the particle depletion problem and the linear approximations of the nonlinear functions. To overcome these two drawbacks, this paper proposes a new FastSLAM algorithm based on revised genetic resampling and square root unscented particle filter（SR-UPF）. Double roulette wheels as the selection operator, and fast Metropolis-Hastings（MH） as the mutation operator and traditional crossover are combined to form a new resampling method. Amending the particle degeneracy and keeping the particle diversity are both taken into considerations in this method. As SR-UPF propagates the sigma points through the true nonlinearity, it decreases the linearization errors. By directly transferring the square root of the state covariance matrix, SR-UPF has better numerical stability. Both simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can improve the diversity of particles, and perform well on estimation accuracy and consistency.
