In this paper, HFEM is proposed to investigate the circular arch problem. Optimal error estimates are derived, some superconvergence results are established, and an asymptotic exactness posteriori error estimator is presented. In contrast with the classical displacement variational method, the optimal convergence rate for displacement is uniform to the small parameter. In contrast with classical mixed finite element methods, our results are free of the strict restriction on h(the mesh size) which is preserved by all the previous papers. Furtheremore we introduce an asymptotic exactness posteriori error estimator based on a global superconvergence result which is discovered in this kind of problem for the first time.

The prediction of the interaction between a drug and a target is the most critical issue in the fields of drug development and ***,there are still two challenges in current deep learning research:(i)the structural information of drug molecules is not fully explored in most drug target studies,and the previous drug SMILES does not correspond well to effective drug molecules and(ii)exploration of the potential relationship between drugs and targets is in need of *** this work,we use a new and better representation of the effective molecular graph structure,*** propose a hybrid mechanism framework based on convolutional neural network and graph attention network to capture multi-view feature information of drug and target molecular structures,and we aim to enhance the ability to capture interaction sites between a drug and a *** this study,our experiments using two different datasets show that the GCARDTI model outperforms a variety of different model algorithms on different *** also demonstrate the accuracy of our model through two case studies.

BACKGROUND:This meta-analysis aimed to assess the efficacy of high-dose glucose-insulinpotassium(GIK) therapy on clinical outcomes in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients receiving reperfusion ***:We searched the PubMed,Web of Science,MEDLINE,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases from inception to April 26,2022,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that compared high-dose GIK and placebos in ACS patients receiving reperfusion *** primary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs).RESULTS:Eleven RCTs with 884 patients were ultimately *** with placebos,high-dose GIK markedly reduced MACEs(risk ratio [RR] 0.57,95% confidence interval [95% CI]:0.35 to 0.94,P=0.03) and the risk of heart failure(RR 0.48,95% CI:0.25 to 0.95,P=0.04) and improved the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(mean difference [MD] 2.12,95% CI:0.40 to 3.92,P=0.02) at 6 ***,no difference was observed in all-cause mortality at 30 d or 1 ***,high-dose GIK was significantly associated with increased incidences of phlebitis(RR 4.78,95% CI:1.36 to 16.76,P=0.01),hyperglycemia(RR 9.06,95% CI:1.74 to 47.29,P=0.009) and hypoglycemia(RR 6.50,95% CI:1.28 to 33.01,P=0.02) but not reinfarction,hyperkalemia or secondary *** terms of oxidative stress-lowering function,high-dose GIK markedly reduced superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity but not glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) or catalase(CAT) ***:Patients with ACS receiving reperfusion therapy exhibited a reduction in MACEs and good oxidative stress-lowering eflcacy in response to high-dose ***,with a higher incidence of complications such as phlebitis,hyperglycemia,and ***,there were no observed survival benefits associated with high-dose *** trials with long-term follow-up are still needed.

Currently,important privacy data of the Internet of Things(IoT)face extremely high risks of *** persistently engage in continuous attacks on terminal devices to obtain private data of crucial *** significant progress has been made in recent years in deep reinforcement learning defense strategies,most defense methods still face problems such as low defense resource allocation efficiency and insufficient defense coordination *** solve the above problems,this paper constructs a novel adversarial security scenario and proposes a security game model that integrates defense resource allocation and patrol *** the above game model,this paper designs a deep reinforcement learning algorithm named SDSA to calculate its security defense *** calculates the allocation strategy of the best patrolling strategy that is most suitable for the defender by searching the policy on a multi-dimensional discrete action space,and enables multiple defense agents to cooperate efficiently by training a multi-intelligent Dueling Double Deep Q-Network(D3QN)with prioritized experience ***,the experimental results show that the SDSA-learned security defense strategy can provide a feasible and effective security protection strategy for defenders against attacks compared to the MADDPG and OptGradFP methods.

AIM:To compare the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with internal limiting membrane(ILM)and silicone oil or sterile air tamponade for the treatment of myopic foveoschisis(mf)in highly myopic ***:This retrospective study included 48 myopic eyes of 40 patients with mf and axial lengths(ALs)ranging from 26-32 mm treated between January 2020 and January *** patients were underwent PPV combined with ILM peeling followed by sterile air or silicone oil tamponade and followed up at least *** on the features on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT),the eyes were divided into the mf-only group(Group A,n=15 eyes),mf with central foveal detachment group(Group B,n=20 eyes),and mf with lamellar macular hole group(Group C,n=13 eyes).According to AL,eyes were further divided into three groups:Group D(26.01-28.00 mm,n=12 eyes),Group E(28.01-30.00 mm,n=26 eyes),and Group F(30.01-32.00 mm,n=10 eyes).The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central foveal thickness(CFT),and complications were ***:The patients included 16 males and 24 females with the mean age of 56±*** BCVA and CFT improved in all groups after surgery(P0.05).The intergroup differences of BCVA and CFT postoperatively were statistically significant in Group D,E,and *** eyes were injected with sterile air,and 28 eyes were injected with silicone oil for tamponade based on the ***,there was no statistically significant difference among Groups D,E,and F in terms of the results of sterile air or silicone oil *** mean recovery time was 5.9mo for mf patients subjected to silicone oil tamponade and 7.7mo for patients subjected to sterile air tamponade,and the difference was not statistically ***:PPV and ILM peeling combined with silicone oil or sterile air tamponade can achieve good results for mf in highly myopic eyes with ALs

Identification and Validation of Novel Biomarkers Related to the Calcium Metabolism Pathway in Hypertension Patients Based on Comprehensive Bioinformatics Methods

Background: Hypertension is a universal risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and is thus the leading cause of death worldwide. The identification of novel prognostic and pathogenesis biomarkers plays a key role in disease management. Methods: The GSE145854 and GSE164494 datasets were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and used for screening and validating hypertension signature genes, respectively. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis was performed on the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related to calcium ion metabolism in patients with hypertension. The core genes related to immune infiltration were analyzed and screened, and the activity of the signature genes and related pathways was quantified using gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). The infiltration of immune cells in the blood samples was analyzed, and the DEGs that were abnormally expressed in the clinical blood samples of patients with hypertension were verified via RT-qPCR. Results: A total of 176 DEGs were screened. GO showed that DEGs was involved in the regulation of calcium ion metabolism in biological processes (BP), actin mediated cell contraction, negative regulation of cell movement, and calcium ion transmembrane transport, and in the regulation of protease activity in molecular functions (mf). KEGG analysis revealed that the DEGs were involved mainly in the cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, ubiquitin-protein transferase, tight junction-associated proteins, and the regulation of myocardial cells. mf analysis revealed the immune infiltration function of the cells. RT-qPCR revealed that the expression of Cacna1d, Serpine1, Slc8a3, and Trpc4 was up regulated in hypertension, the expression of Myoz2 and Slc25a23 was down regulated. Conclusion: Cacna1d, Serpine1, Slc8a3, Trpc4, Myoz2 and Slc25a23 may be involved in the regulation of calcium metabolism pathways and play key roles in hypertension.
