Background Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a type of malignant gastroenteric tumors associated with a high mortal-ity rate ***,a natural phytoestrogen,possesses potent anti-cancer *** structurally modified calycosin to improve its physicochemical properties,and generated a novel small molecule termed *** By using network pharmacology,followed by gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis and molecular docking,we aimed to predict and disclose the biological functions and mechanism of CA028 in the treatment of CRC through bioinformatic *** By searching the online Swiss Target Prediction and TargetNet databases,we identified 150 genes shared by CA028 and *** the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes(STRING)database and Cytoscape software,we identified 14 hub-functional genes,namely the FYN proto-oncogene,a Src family tyrosine kinase(F YN),mitogen-activated protein kinase 1(MAPK1),MAPK8,MAPK14,Rac family small GTPase 1(RAC1),epi-dermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),protein tyrosine kinase 2(PTK2),sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1(S1PR1),S1PR2,Janus kinase 1(JAK1),JAK2,the RELA proto-oncogene NF-𝜅B subunit(RELA),bradykinin re-ceptor B1(BDKRB1),and ***,biological docking analysis using the Autodock Vina software revealed that FYN and MAPK1 were the main pharmacological proteins of CA028 against *** gene ontol-ogy analysis using R-language packages further revealed the anti-CRC functions of CA028,including biological processes,cell components,and molecular *** CA028 exhibits effective pharmacological activity against CRC by suppressing the proliferation of CRC cells and improving the tumor ***,certain predicted genes(e.g.,FYN and MAPK1)may be the pharmacological targets of CA028 in the treatment of CRC.

2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran(2-MTHF)is a promising biofuel or fuel additive with excellent burning property,a versatile new-style solvent in organic synthesis,and an important medical *** this work,a one-pot selective conversion of furfural(FA)into 2-MTHF was carried out over Zn doped Co/NC *** Zn-Co/NC-1 catalyst with trace Zn dopant(0.38 wt%)exhibited the best performance(yield of 2-MTHF:93.8%).According to the characterizations,it was found that the Zn not only incorporates into the carbon support but also partially dopes into Co ***,theoretical calculations demonstrated that the doping of Zn in carbon support can effectively enhance the electron transfer from the support to the metallic Co particle,leading to the electron-rich Co *** presence of Zn was found to promote the dissociation of hydrogen and to lower the diffusion barrier of hydrogen atom,in favor of the hydrogenation/hydrodeoxygenation ***,the Zn doped models exhibit much lower barrier in breaking C–OH bond of FOL,resulting in higher activity for hydrodeoxygenation of *** theoretical results are consistent with the in situ FT-IR analysis of adsorption substrates and intermediates over Zn doped *** work reveals the mechanism of dopant Zn tailoring the electronic structure and catalytic performance of active sites,providing a deep insight into the design of economical and high-performance catalysts for hydrogenation/hydrodeoxygenation of biomass feedstocks.

Clinical and pathological observations of retroperitoneal paraganglioma in 32 cases

Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the clinical manifestations, pathologic features, dif- ferentiation, and diagnosis of retroperitoneal paraganglioma. Methods The clinical manifestations, histopathologic morphology, immunohistologic features, treatment, and prognosis were analyzed in 32 cases of retroperitoneal paraganglioma, and the literature was re- viewed. Results Low back pain was the main symptom of retroperitoneal paraganglioma, and patients often presented with increased blood pressure. Blood vessels were abundant in the neoplasm of retroperitoneal paraganglioma, and pathologic diagnosis showed that the cells of tumors were rich in cytoplasm, and some were basophilic. Immunohistochemical study showed that CgA, Syn, S-100, and Ki-67 （2%-30%） were expressed, while Melan-A and CK were not. The patients were treated with surgical resection. Thirteen cases were followed up, and no recurrence or metastases have been observed. Conclusion The diagnosis of retroperitoneal paraganglioma should be confirmed by morphologic features and immunophenotype. Patients should be followed-up due to the potential for malignancy.

目的探讨双嘧达莫负荷超声造影(DIPSEC)在诊断冠心病(CAD)中的应用价值。方法选取178例行DIPSEC及冠状动脉造影(CAG)的患者，以冠状动脉狭窄≥50%为诊断CAD标准，CAG的结果为对照标准，应用四格表分别计算DIPSEC判断前降支合并病变、右冠状动脉合并病变及回旋支合并病变的准确度，以及与CAG对照的一致性。结果冠状动脉狭窄≥50%为CAD诊断标准时，以CAG结果为对照标准，DIPSEC诊断上述3支冠状动脉合并病变的准确度分别为92.6%、80.9%、82.0%,以及样本整体病变的准确度为87.1%;上述3支冠状动脉合并病变一致性检验Kappa值分别为0.840、0.626、0.646,样本整体病变的一致性检验Kappa值为0.630。结论 DIPSEC在诊断冠心病中与冠状动脉造影的结果一致性较好，能早期诊断及指导治疗冠心病，且DIPSEC对前降支合并病变的准确度高于其他两支合并病变。

Spent cathode carbon(SCC)from aluminum electrolysis is a potential graphite ***,full use of the SCC remains a challenge,since it contains many hazardous substances(e.g.,fluoride salts,cyanides),encapsulated within the thick carbon layers and thus posing serious environmental *** work presents a chemical oxidative exfoliation route to achieve the recycling of SCC and the decontaminated SCC with high-valued graphene oxide(GO)-like carbon structures(SCC-GO)is applied as an excellent adsorbent for organic ***,after the oxidative exfoliation,the embedded hazardous constituents are fully exposed,facilitating their subsequent removal by aqueous ***,benefiting from the enhanced specific surface areas along with abundant O-containing functional groups,the as-produced SCC-GO,shows an adsorption capacity as high as 347 mg·g^(-1)when considering methylene blue as a pollutant model,which exceeds most of the recently reported carbon-based *** study provides a feasible solution for the efficient recycling of hazardous carbonaceous wastes.

Backgorund Nicotine may improve schizophrenia patient＇s cognitive deficit *** study was to explore the chronic effects of smoking on prepulse inhibition of the startle reflex （PPI） and P50 in the patients with first-episode schizophrenia （FES）.Methods The event-related potentials （ERP） recording and analysis instrument made by Brain Products,Germany,was used to detect PPI and P50 in 49 male FES patients （FES group,n=21 for smokers and n=28 for non-smokers） and 43 normal male controls （control group,n=19 for smokers and n=24 for non-smokers）.Results Compared with normal controls,the FES group had prolonged PPI latency when elicited by single stronger stimulus （P ＜0.05）; the FES group had prolonged PPI latency and increased PPI amplitude （P ＜0.05,0.01） when elicited by weak and strong *** FES group had lower PPI inhibition rate than normal controls （P ＜0.05）.Compared with normal controls,the FES group had increased P50-S2 amplitude and increased amplitude ratio S2/S1 （both P ＜0.05）.In the control group,the smokers had a tendency of increase in P50-S2 amplitude （P ＞0.05） and shorter P50-S2 latency （P ＜0.05） than the *** smokers had higher PPI amplitude than the non-smokers （P ＜0.05）.In the FES group,the smokers had higher P50-S1 amplitude,shorter P50-S2 latency,and higher amplitude ratio S2/S1 than the non-smokers （P ＜0.05,0.01）.The smokers had higher PPI amplitude than the non-smokers （P ＜0.05）.Conclusions There is obvious PPI and P50 deficits in schizophrenic ***,these deficits are relatively preserved in the smokers compared with the non-smokers,which suggests that long-term smoking might partially improve the sensory gating in schizophrenic *** this conclusion can be deduced to female patients requires further follow-ups.

目的探讨中老年男性T2DM患者血清25-(OH)D与下肢感染病变的关系。方法中老年男性T2DM患者281例:未合并下肢感染(B组)184例,合并下肢感染(C组)97例;非糖尿病(A组)139例。分析血清25-(OH)D及检查指标相关性。结果25-(OH)D,C组低于B、A组,B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。总人群及T2DM患者25-(OH)D均与HbA1c负相关,与血钙(Ca)正相关。总人群中,25-(OH)D与WBC、NEU、NLR负相关,与HDL正相关(P<0.05)。T2DM患者25-(OH)D与病程、HbA1c、UACR、CRP、VPT均呈负相关,与BMI、血Ca、LYM、股深动脉中内膜厚度均正相关(P<0.05)。结论中老年男性T2DM合并下肢感染病变VitD缺乏明显,临床需关注25-(OH)D水平,以更好地防治糖尿病下肢感染病变进展。

P50 auditory sensory gating in first onset schizophrenics and normal healthy adults

The aim of this research was to investigate the variations of P50 auditory sensory gating(P50)in normal healthy adults and the first onset *** using the American Nicolet Bravo electromyography/evoked potential(EMG/EP)system,P50 was measured with conditioning-testing paradigm(paired-click stimuli S1 and S2 were used)in 58 first onset schizophrenics and 108 healthy adults,and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)was *** following three conclusions have been reached.(1)In normal control(NC)group,measured from central,anterior and posterior zone(Cz,Fz and Pz respectively),there were no statistical differences(P>0.05)between S1 and S2 evoked P50 peak latencies(S1-P50 and S2-P50);the ampli-tudes of S2-P50[(2.2P1.4),(2.3P1.5)and(2.1P1.4)μV respectively]reduced significantly as compared with S1-P50[(5.6P3.3),(5.6P3.9)and(4.9P2.8)μV respectively](P0.05).(2)Compared with NC,the schizophrenic group significantly showed lower S1-P50 amplitudes(P0.05)in schizophrenic *** first onset schizophrenics had sensory gating deficits,which could be quantified by P50.
