Based on the purpose of solving the"secondary absorption"of adjacent nanowires and the lateral emission in the Ga N nanowire arrays(NWAs)cathode,an exponential-doping and graded Al compositional Ga N NWAs photocathode is proposed,which could generate internal electric field to increase the quantum efficiency(QE)of top surface,and the introduction of an external electric field promote the side-emission electrons to shift toward the collecting *** QE and collection efficiency(CE)of exponential-doping and graded compositional Ga N NWAs under different array structure parameters,incident angles and external electric field intensities are *** results show that although the collection ratio of emitted electrons in the exponential-doping Ga N NWAs is higher,the graded Al compositional photocathode with a stronger built-in electric field can obtain better CE under the application of an external electric field,and the peak value can reach 33.2%in a specific *** electric field has a more significant effect on the CE of uniform-doping Ga N *** solutions provided in this study can make the Ga N NWAs photocathode more suitable for the strict requirements of vacuum electron sources.

The exponential-doping GaN nanowire arrays(GaN NWAs)photocathode has a"light-trapping effect",and the built-in electric field can promote the concentration of the photogene rated carrier center to the top surface of the ***,in the preparation ofactual NWAs photocathodes,the problem that photons emitted from the sides of the nanowires cannot be effectively collected has been *** proposed field-assisted exponential-doping GaN NWAs can bend the motion trajectory of the emitted electrons toward the collecting *** this study,the quantum efficiency(QE)and collection efficiency(CE)of the external field-assisted exponential-doping GaN NWAs photocathode are derived based on the two-dimensional carrier diffusion equation and the initial energy and angular distribution,*** a field-assisted exponential-doping GaN NWAs with a width d=200 nm and a height H=400 nm,the optimal structural parameters are obtained:the incident angleθ=50°and the nanowire spacing is L=335.6 *** this basis,the field intensity of 0.5 V/μm can maximize the CE of the *** the results show that the field-assisted approach does contribute to the collection of emitted electrons,which can provide theoretical guidance for high-performance electron sources based on exponential-doping GaN NWAs *** field-assisted exponential-doping GaN NWAs cathode is expected to be verified by the experimental results in the future.

Magnetic polyphosphazene(MPZS) particles coated by Ag nanoparticles(MPZS-Ag) have been developed as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) substrates for sensitive detection of melamine in aqueous solutions and milk samples.5,5’-Dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) was used as model analyte to test the SERS activity of the MPZS-Ag *** prepared MPZS-Ag particles possess both magnetic responsiveness and excellent SERS *** detection of different concentrations of melamine aqueous solutions and spiked milk samples were performed by the MPZS-Ag *** limit of detection(LOD) of the melamine in aqueous solutions was 10^-7 mol/L(0.0126 mg/L) and 0.6 mg/L in real milk samples using the MPZS-Ag particles as SERS *** LOD of the melamine are much lower than the safety values of Food and Drug Administration and Codex Alimentarius *** results indicate that the MPZS-Ag particles have promising application prospect for SERS analysis in food safety fields.

目的观察经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）对老年患者股骨近端仿生髓内钉（PFBN）内固定术后睡眠质量的影响。方法选择行PFBN内固定术的老年患者78例，男17例，女61例，年龄≥65岁，BMI 18～28 kg/m2,ASAⅡ或Ⅲ级。采用随机数字表法将患者分成两组：TEAS组（T组）和对照组（C组）,每组39例。T组麻醉诱导前30 min、术后第1～3天18:00予双侧内关穴、神门穴、合谷穴TEAS,选择疏密波，2/100 Hz,根据患者可耐受的刺激维持电流强度在6～15 mA;C组在相同时间、相同穴位处贴电极片，但不通电。手术结束后连接PCIA泵行术后镇痛。采用睡眠监测仪记录手术当晚、术后第1、3、5晚19:00至次日07:00的入睡时间、总睡眠时间、Stable持续时间、Stable占比、快速动眼睡眠（REM）占比、睡眠效率。记录术后24、48 h静息和活动（功能锻炼）时VAS疼痛评分。记录术前1 d、术后第1、3、5天hs-CRP浓度。记录术后谵妄、恶心呕吐、头痛头晕、肺部并发症等不良反应发生情况以及术后住院时间。结果与C组比较，T组手术当晚、术后第1、3、5晚入睡时间明显缩短（P<0.05）,总睡眠时间、Stable持续时间明显延长（P<0.05）,Stable占比、REM占比和睡眠效率明显升高（P<0.05）,术后24、48 h活动时VAS疼痛评分明显降低（P<0.05）,术后第1、3天hs-CRP浓度明显降低（P<0.05）,术后谵妄、恶心呕吐发生率明显降低（P<0.05）,术后住院时间明显缩短（P<0.05）。结论围术期应用TEAS双侧内关穴、神门穴、合谷穴可以改善老年患者PFBN内固定术后睡眠质量，能够抑制炎症反应，加速患者早期恢复。

Heart rate variability(HRV)that can reflect the dynamic balance between the sympathetic nervous and parasympathetic nervous of human autonomic nervous system(ANS)has attracted considerable ***,traditional electrocardiogram(ECG)devices for HRV analysis are bulky,and hard wires are needed to attach measuring electrodes to the chest,resulting in the poor wearable experience during the long-term *** with that,wearable electronics enabling continuously cardiac signals monitoring and HRV assessment provide a desirable and promising approach for helping subjects determine sleeping issues,cardiovascular diseases,or other threats to physical and mental *** now,significant progress and advances have been achieved in wearable electronics for HRV monitoring and applications for predicting human physical and mental *** this review,the latest progress in the integration of wearable electronics and HRV analysis as well as practical applications in assessment of human physical and mental health are *** commonly used methods and physiological signals for HRV analysis are briefly ***,we highlighted the research on wearable electronics concerning HRV assessment and diverse applications such as stress estimation,drowsiness detection,***,the current limitations of the integrated wearable HRV system are concluded,and possible solutions in such a research direction are outlined.

Based on the web of Science database, such as the countries, research institutes, core authors, key journals and the distribution of research fields, the number of corporate social responsibility（CSR）, articles published during 20 years （1994 to 2013 ） in the world were analyzed by bibliometric method. The total of 1,544 articles and their top 20 countries, research institutes, core authors, key journals and research fields for the literature types, the number of annual articles was retrieved globally. Analyses of status and trends of CSR researches in the world based on bibliometrics were performed for providing information to CSR researchers and decision makers.

Enhancing m^(6)A modification in the motor cortex facilitates corticospinal tract remodeling after spinal cord injury

Spinal cord injury typically causes corticospinal tract disruption. Although the disrupted corticospinal tract can self-regenerate to a certain degree, the underlying mechanism of this process is still unclear. N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A) modifications are the most common form of epigenetic regulation at the RNA level and play an essential role in biological processes. However, whether m^(6)A modifications participate in corticospinal tract regeneration after spinal cord injury remains unknown. We found that expression of methyltransferase 14 protein(METTL14) in the locomotor cortex was high after spinal cord injury and accompanied by elevated m^(6)A levels. Knockdown of Mettl14 in the locomotor cortex was not favorable for corticospinal tract regeneration and neurological recovery after spinal cord injury. Through bioinformatics analysis and methylated RNA immunoprecipitation-quantitative polymerase chain reaction, we found that METTL14 regulated Trib2 expression in an m^(6)A-regulated manner, thereby activating the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway and promoting corticospinal tract regeneration. Finally, we administered syringin, a stabilizer of METTL14, using molecular docking. Results confirmed that syringin can promote corticospinal tract regeneration and facilitate neurological recovery by stabilizing METTL14. Findings from this study reveal that m^(6)A modification is involved in the regulation of corticospinal tract regeneration after spinal cord injury.
