Magnesium and its alloys have attracted great attention as biocompatible and degradable biomaterials recent *** their corrosion rate has been proved to be too high,which limits their biomedical application *** order to improve the corrosion resistance,nano-fluoridated apatite(FA) coating was prepared on ZK60 magnesium alloy by a simple chemical conversion *** FA coating showed a needle-like *** polarization curves and EIS plots indicated that the FA coating improved the corrosion potential by 125 mV and doubled the polarization resistance of the magnesium alloy,meanwhile decreasing the corrosion current by two orders of magnitude of the substrate in simulated body *** MTT assay indicated good cytocompatibility of L-929 cells with the fluoridated apatite coated magnesium alloy.

Geoscience knowledge graph(GKG)can organize various geoscience knowledge into a machine understandable and computable semantic network and is an effective way to organize geoscience knowledge and provide knowledge-related *** a result,it has gained significant attention and become a frontier in *** knowledge is derived from many disciplines and has complex spatiotemporal features and relationships of multiple scales,granularities,and ***,establishing a GKG representation model conforming to the characteristics of geoscience knowledge is the basis and premise for the construction and application of ***,existing knowledge graph representation models leverage fixed tuples that are limited in fully representing complex spatiotemporal features and *** address this issue,this paper first systematically analyzes the categorization and spatiotemporal features and relationships of geoscience *** this basis,an adaptive representation model for GKG is proposed by considering the complex spatiotemporal features and *** the constraint of a unified spatiotemporal ontology,this model adopts different tuples to adaptively represent different types of geoscience knowledge according to their spatiotemporal *** model can efficiently represent geoscience knowledge,thereby avoiding the isolation of the spatiotemporal feature representation and improving the accuracy and efficiency of geoscience knowledge *** can further enable the alignment,transformation,computation,and reasoning of spatiotemporal information through a spatiotemporal ontology.

Synthesis of core-shell structured Au@Bi2S3 nanorod and its application as DNA immobilization matrix for electrochemical biosensor construction

The core-shell structured Au@Bi2S3 nanorods have been prepared through direct in-situ growth of Bi2S3 at the surface of pre-synthesized gold *** product was characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray *** the obtained Au@Bi2S3 nanorods were coated onto glassy carbon electrode to act as a scaffold for fabrication of electrochemical DNA biosensor on the basis of the coordination of-NH2 modified on 5’-end of probe DNA and Au@*** characterization assays demonstrate that the Au@Bi2S3 nanorods behave as an excellent electronic transport channel to promote the electron transfer kinetics and increase the effective surface area by their nanosize *** hybridization experiments reveal that the Au@Bi2S3 matrix-based DNA biosensor is capable of recognizing complementary DNA over a wide concentration ranging from 10 fmol/L to 1 nmol/*** limit of detection was estimated to be 2 fmol/L(S/N=3).The biosensor also presents remarkable selectivity to distinguish fully complementa ry sequences from basemismatched and non-complementary ones,showing great promising in practical application.

To identify flow patterns in horizontal gas-liquid flows,a single-wire capacitance probe was used for voltage output for the first *** of the measurement accuracy of water layer height,the statistic parameters of the voltage-time traces were compared within the same sampling time of 5s under different flow patterns,including maximum,minimum,range,and *** results show that most of flow pattens were accurately identified except for some transition lines.

Objective: To test the role of psoralidin in human liver cancer HepG2 cells in vitro. Methods: Cell viability was assessed by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolum bromide assay and apoptotic cells were labeled by annexin V then sorted by flow cytometry. Protein expressions of caspase-3, caspase-8, caspase-9, Bax, Bid, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL and p53 were examined by western blot while activity of caspase-3,-8 and -9 were also determined. Results: Psoralidin reduces cell viability greatly in a time dependent manner(64%, 40%, 21%, 12% at 2, 6, 24 and 48 h treatment with 64 μmol/L psoralidin respectively) and up-regulates activities of caspase-3,-8 and-9 in a concentration dependent manner(between 4 to 64 μmol/L). Psoralidin also increases the expression of pro-apoptosis genes Bax, Bid and p53 while decreases the expression of pro-survival genes Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL, both in a concentration dependent manner between 4 and 64 μmol/L(Plusion: The cytotoxic role of psoralidin might work through both intrinsic and extrinsic apoptotic pathway.

Monogamy and polygamy relations characterize the distributions of entanglement in multipartite *** provide classes of monogamy and polygamy inequalities of multiqubit entanglement in terms of concurrence, entanglement of formation, negativity, Tsallis-q entanglement, and Rényi-α entanglement, respectively. We show that these inequalities are tighter than the existing ones for some classes of quantum states.

Two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations and energy equation governing incompressible laminar flow past a bundle of cylinders were numerically solved by using the finite element method. The velocity correction method was used for time advancement, and spatial discretization was carried out with the Galerkin weighted residual method. Viscous flows past the cylinder banks arranged in in-line cylinder bundles and staggered cylinder bundles, coupled with heat transfer, were investigated for pitch-diameter ratios of 1.5 and 2.0 and the Reynolds numbers from 50 to 500. Flow structures and heat transfer behavior were discussed. The results obtained agree well with available numerical data.

We first propose a way for generating Lie algebras from which we get a few kinds of reduced 6 6 Lie algebras, denoted by R6, R8 and R1,R6/2, respectively. As for applications of some of them, a Lax pair is introduced by using the Lie algebra R6 whose compatibility gives rise to an integrable hierarchy with 4- potential functions and two arbitrary parameters whose corresponding Hamiltonian structure is obtained by the variational identity. Then we make use of the Lie algebra R6 to deduce a nonlinear integrable coupling hierarchy of the mKdV equation whose Hamiltonian structure is also obtained. Again,via using the Lie algebra R62, we introduce a Lax pair and work out a linear integrable coupling hierarchy of the mKdV equation whose Hamiltonian structure is obtained. Finally, we get some reduced linear and nonlinear equations with variable coefficients and work out the elliptic coordinate solutions, exact traveling wave solutions, respectively.

In this work,pulsed potentiostatic reduction method was presented to directly construct a three dimensional graphene-nitrogen doped carbon nanotubes(3DG-NCNTs)network on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode(GCE).Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectra and electrochemical experiments revealed the characteristics of the 3DG-NCNTs ***,such 3DG-NCNTs network was employed to immobilize a model molecule,hemoglobin(Hb),for the construction of an electrochemical nitromethane(CHNO)*** electrochemical properties of the biosensor were studied in detail,including the direct electron transfer of Hb and the electrochemical determination of *** to the 3DG-NCNTs network,electrochemical biosensor demonstrated fast electron transfer rate(7.12 s)and excellent catalytic activity towards *** optimal conditions,the proposed biosensor exhibited a wide linear response in the range of 5.0×10～3.5×10 mol L,with a low detection limit of 1.5×10 mol *** addition,the biosensor had high reproducibility,stability and selectivity,which provided the possibility for the monitoring of CHNO in real samples.

Enhancing the bonding strength, optimizing the microstructure and refining the properties represent effective strategies for the fabrication of heterogeneous composite plates. In this study, composite plates of Al/Mg/Al were fabricated through hard plate rolling(HPR) with a reduction in rolling ranging from 40 % to 80 %. The research primarily concentrates on the substrate in the influence of rolling dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behavior on the grain morphology evolution and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets during the process. The findings indicate that at a compression amount of 60 %, the composite plate exhibits an ultimate tensile strength(UTS), a maximum elongation(EL) of 12.5 %, and improved interface bonding. Comparative analysis reveals the occurrence of DRX on the Mg side, resulting in the formation of small DRXed grains being generated. With an increase in reduction, DRX is facilitated, leading to an initial rise and subsequent decline in the proportion of DRXed grains. The proliferation of fine grains hinder dislocation movement, thereby reinforcing composite ***, an elevation in the degree of recrystallization enhances the initiation of non-basal slip and enhances the plasticity of sheet metal. This study offers valuable scientific guidance and technical assistance for the production of forming high-quality Mg–Al composite plates.
