Sphingosine-1-phosphate（S1P） is a bioactive lipid messenger in the cells that regulate gene expression and NF-κB signal pathway through unknown ***,cheng luo,associate professor of DDDC in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica,whose project was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,joined in a research team led by Professor Sarah Spiegel of Virginia Commonwealth *** team continuously made significant breakthroughs in understanding the regulation mechanism of Sphingosine-1- *** September 2009,in a paper published on SCIENCE magazine（Science 2009, 325：1254-7）,they firstly demonstrated that S1P is a physiologically important regulator of histone deacetylases（HDACs）,HDACs are direct intracellular targets of ***,they identified the mechanism that S1P regulates gene expression through regulating the activity of *** June 24th,2010,in another paper to be published on NATURE magazine（Nature 2010,June 24th,advance online publication,（doi：10.1038/ nature09128）） which reports the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway by *** demonstrate that S1P is the missing cofactor for TRAF2（tumour-necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 2） and indicate a new paradigm for the regulation of lysine-63- linked *** study also highlight the key role of SphK1 and its product S1P in TNF-αsignalling and the canonical NF-κB activation pathway, and then play crucial role in inflammatory,antiapoptotic and immune *** identification of new mechanisms fay which S1P regulates gene expression and TNF and NF-κB signaling pathway will light up the road to develop novel inhibitors that might be useful for treatment of cancer and in- flammatory diseases.

Although the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has been dramatically increased in recent years,stability is still the main obstacle preventing the PSCs from being *** device instability can be caused by a variety of reasons,including ions diffusion,surface and grain boundary defects,*** this work,the cross-linkable tannic acid(TA)is introduced to modify perovskite film through post-treatment *** numerous organic functional groups(–OH and C=O)in TA can interact with the uncoordinated Pb^(2+)and I^(-)ions in perovskite,thus passivating defects and inhibiting ions *** addition,the formed TA network can absorb a small amount of the residual moisture inside the device to protect the perovskite ***,TA modification regulates the energy level of perovskite,and reduces interfacial charge ***,following TA treatment,the device efficiency is increased significantly from 21.31%to 23.11%,with a decreased hysteresis ***,the treated device shows excellent air,thermal,and operational *** light of this,the readily available,inexpensive TA has the potential to operate as a multipurpose interfacial modifier to increase device efficiency while also enhancing device stability.

OBJECTIVES To evaluate the predictive value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with different glucose metabolism *** We selected 5,308 participants with AMI from the prospective,nationwide,multicenter CAMI registry,of which 2,081 were diabetic and 3,227 were *** were divided into high FPG and low FPG groups according to the optim-al cutoff values of FPG to predict in-hospital mortality for diabetic and nondiabetic cohorts,*** primary endpoint was in-hospital *** Overall,94 diabetic patients(4.5%)and 131 nondiabetic patients(4.1%)died during hospitalization,and the optimal FPG thresholds for predicting in-hospital death of the two cohorts were 13.2 mmol/L and 6.4 mmol/L,*** with individuals who had low FPG,those with high FPG were significantly associated with higher in-hospital mortality in diabet-ic cohort(10.1%vs.2.8%;odds ratio[OR]=3.862,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.542-5.869)and nondiabetic cohort(7.4%vs.1.7%;HR=4.542,95%CI:3.041-6.782).After adjusting the potential confounders,this significant association was not ***-more,FPG as a continuous variable was positively associated with in-hospital mortality in single-variable and multivariable models regardless of diabetic *** FPG to the original model showed a significant improvement in C-statistic and net reclassification in diabetic and nondiabetic *** This large-scale registry indicated that there is a strong positive association between FPG and in-hospital mor-tality in AMI patients with and without *** might be useful to stratify patients with AMI.

传统村落文化景观基因研究是地理学关注的重点领域之一,对于传承中华优秀文化、保护乡村特色风貌、助力乡村振兴具有重要作用。以海南省陵水黎族自治县新村镇疍家渔村为例,基于景观基因理论,构建疍家渔村文化景观基因分析框架,识别与分析疍家渔村文化景观基因类型及基因信息链。研究表明:(1)疍家渔村文化景观基因类型丰富,物质文化景观基因可分为海上、陆上两部分,体现了疍民生产生活方式的历史变迁;非物质文化景观基因包括传统技艺、音乐、语言等,蕴含了疍民追求幸福、祈求平安和丰收的美好愿望。(2)疍家渔村传统技艺、语言、音乐、习俗和节日作为景观基因信息元的延伸,充分反映了以“渔业生产生活方式”为核心的海洋“渔文化”景观基因信息元特征;随着社会的发展物质文化景观基因已难以全面体现景观基因信息元特征,但仍能从平面结构、局部装饰两方面进行挖掘。(3)疍家渔村古码头、三江庙、陆上传统民居和海上渔排等重要景观基因信息点呈现多样化功能;海上和陆上景观基因信息廊道是连接疍家渔村各景观基因信息点的重要通道,且存在明显的等级性;景观基因信息网络集约化特征明显,海上渔排布局规整、规模庞大,陆上传统建筑零星分布。

传统村落空间商品化和文化景观是地理学关注的重要议题。以海南省疍家渔村为案例,基于景观基因理论识别疍家渔村文化景观基因,从空间商品化视角分析疍家渔村文化景观基因变异过程及特征,为传统村落文化凝聚力提升和文化景观基因保护提供实践参考。研究表明:①疍家渔村空间商品化经历了由单一“渔业”向“渔业+旅游”再向“渔业+旅游+文化”融合的演化过程。②疍家渔村空间商品化驱动文化景观逐渐由海上物质文化景观基因格局形成到海陆物质文化景观基因快速变异再到海陆物质和非物质文化景观基因联动的多元化转变。海陆物质文化景观基因空间形态和整体布局阶段性特征和现代化趋势明显。依托疍家博物馆、疍家海上餐厅和海上渔排民宿等物质文化景观载体,以疍家传统技艺、节日、音乐和语言等为表征的非物质文化基因与现代文明逐渐融合并得以传承和弘扬。③疍家渔村文化景观基因变异是自然环境、政策引导、市场推动和村民诉求共同综合作用的结果。其中,自然环境是基础,政策调控变异方向,市场推动产业转型刺激主体利益诉求与行为转变是关键。④重视疍家陆上文化景观基因保护、强化文化景观基因原真性挖掘、激发疍民内生动力和构建异质主体间的良性利益联结和合作机制是促进疍家渔村传统文化景观保护与开发利用的重要举措。

Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Direct deposition of graphene nanowalls on ceramic powders for the fabrication of a ceramic matrix composite

Uniform mixing of ceramic powder and graphene is of great importance for producing ceramic matrix composite. In this study, graphene nanowalls(GNWs) are directly deposited on the surface of Al2 O3 and Si3 N4 powders using chemical vapor deposition system to realize the uniform mixing. The morphology and the initial stage of the growth process are investigated. It is found that the graphitic base layer is initially formed parallel to the powder surface and is followed by the growth of graphene nanowalls perpendicular to the surface. Moreover, the lateral length of the graphene sheet could be well controlled by tuning the growth temperature. GNWs/Al2 O3 powder is consolidated by using sparking plasma sintering method and several physical properties are measured. Owing to the addition of GNWs, the electrical conductivity of the bulk alumina is significantly increased.
