The precise correction of atmospheric zenith tropospheric delay(ZTD) is significant for the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) performance regarding positioning accuracy and convergence time. In the past decades, many empirical ZTD models based on whether the gridded or scattered ZTD products have been proposed and widely used in the GNSS positioning applications. But there is no comprehensive evaluation of these models for the whole China region, which features complicated topography and climate. In this study, we completely assess the typical empirical models, the IGGtropSH model(gridded, non-meteorology), the SHAtropE model(scattered, non-meteorology),and the GPT3 model(gridded, meteorology) using the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC) network. In general, the results show that the three models share consistent performance with RMSE/bias of 37.45/1.63, 37.13/2.20, and 38.27/1.34 mm for the GPT3, SHAtropE and IGGtropSH model, respectively. However, the models had a distinct performance regarding geographical distribution, elevation, seasonal variations, and daily variation. In the southeastern region of China, RMSE values are around 50 mm, which are much higher than that in the western region, approximately 20 mm. The SHAtropE model exhibits better performance for areas with large variations in elevation. The GPT3 model and the IGGtropSH model are more stable across different months, and the SHAtropE model based on the GNSS data exhibits superior performance across various UTC epochs.

Background:Facial nerve paralysis in patients occurs in varying degrees of self-image disorders,both physically and mentally,resulting in low self-esteem,anxiety,depression,and even suicide;however,there were few researches on psychological problems in facial palsy patients at home and *** study's objective was to investigate post-traumatic growth(PTG)in facial nerve palsy patients and analyze its influencing ***:Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 47 patients with facial nerve paralysis were enrolled in the current study between June 1,2016,and May 31,***-traumatic growth rating scale was utilized to investigate the post-traumatic growth of these patients,and factors influencing patients'post-traumatic growth were analyzed through collecting the general sociological information,disease-related information,simple coping style questionnaire,and social support rating ***:The total score of post-traumatic growth in patients with facial nerve paralysis was mean(M)=63.1,standard deviation(SD)=*** ranking of five dimensional scores from high to low was as follows:new possibilities,personal strength enhancement,appreciation of life,mental changes,and improvement of relationships with *** linear regression analysis showed that six variables,namely,the personality type,duration with facial nerve paralysis,and four coping styles,consisting of three types of positive coping styles and one negative coping style,could explain 71.6%of the total post-traumatic growth ***:Post-traumatic growth in facial nerve palsy patients is *** personality type of patients,the disease duration,and the coping style are the primary influencing ***,clinical staffs should perform personalized nursing protocol and psychological intervention for facial nerve palsy patients to reduce their negative mood,improve their compliance with treatment,and help them recover more rapidly.

In the boreal summer and autumn of 2023,the globe experienced an extremely hot period across both oceans and *** consecutive record-breaking mean surface temperature has caused many to speculate upon how the global temperature will evolve in the coming 2023/24 boreal *** this report,as shown in the multi-model ensemble mean(MME)prediction released by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences,a medium-to-strong eastern Pacific El Niño event will reach its mature phase in the following 2−3 months,which tends to excite an anomalous anticyclone over the western North Pacific and the Pacific-North American teleconnection,thus serving to modulate the winter climate in East Asia and North *** some uncertainty due to unpredictable internal atmospheric variability,the global mean surface temperature(GMST)in the 2023/24 winter will likely be the warmest in recorded history as a consequence of both the El Niño event and the long-term global warming ***,the middle and low latitudes of Eurasia are expected to experience an anomalously warm winter,and the surface air temperature anomaly in China will likely exceed 2.4 standard deviations above climatology and subsequently be recorded as the warmest winter since ***,the necessary early warnings are still reliable in the timely updated mediumterm numerical weather forecasts and sub-seasonal-to-seasonal prediction.

BACKGROUND This study presents a case of rapidly developing respiratory failure due to antisynthetase syndrome(AS)following coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a 33-year-old man diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome(KS).CASE SUMMARY A 33-year-old man with a diagnosis of KS was admitted to the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine of a tertiary hospital in China for fever and shortness of breath 2 wk after the onset of *** tomography of both lungs revealed diffuse multiple patchy heightened shadows in both lungs,accompanied by signs of partial bronchial *** next-generation sequencing of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid suggested absence of pathogen.A biopsy specimen revealed organizing pneumonia with alveolar septal ***,extensive auto-antibody tests showed strong positivity for anti-SSA,anti-SSB,anti-Jo-1,and *** multidisciplinary discussions,the patient received a final diagnosis of AS,leading to rapidly progressing respiratory *** This study underscores the clinical progression of AS-associated interstitial lung disease subsequent to viral infections such as COVID-19 in patients diagnosed with KS.

Harnessing photoresponsive behavior in organic crystals,such as shape and morphology deformation,on multiple scales is intriguing with respect to precise spatiotemporal operation,because dynamic deformations are promising in fabricating future intelligent ***,we synthesized a new photoresponsive molecular crystal composed of dimethyl(E)-2-(3-(naphthalen-1-yl)allylidene)malonate((E)-DNAM)that undergoes E-to-Z photoisomerization accompanied by photoinduced crystal-to-liquid melting phase transition when exposed to visible *** of expanding in bulk polycrystals,single-crystal(E)-DNAM rectangular microplates in an aqueous solution rapidly collapsed into liquid droplets,showing a remarkable drastic reduction in surface area of more than 97%after light *** deduce that the unique microscopic morphology of microplates with high aspect ratios of length-tothickness reaching up to 1000 is mainly responsible for the photoinduced melting leading to drastic *** addition,the cohesive forces of liquid photoproduct facilitate the overall deformations and *** have shown a facile way to achieve the remarkable collapse of molecular crystals into droplets by photochemical reaction and phase transition.

近几十年来,光片荧光显微镜作为荧光显微技术的一种革新,显著提升了生命科学研究中对组织与细胞结构和功能的高时空分辨率成像能力。相较于传统的落射荧光显微技术,光片显微镜通过选择性逐层照明生物样本,大大提高了光子利用效率,降低了光毒性,并显著提升了成像速度。光片显微镜问世以来,其在生命科学研究中的应用范围逐渐拓宽,从胚胎学、神经科学到肿瘤研究等多个领域均有所涉及,不仅可用于观察细胞和组织的基本结构,还可用于实时监测生物过程中的动态变化。同时,其跨尺度的特点使其适用于从宏观到微观的多个尺度上的观察。本文综述了光片显微镜在高通量成像、超分辨成像以及易用性方面的应用及发展,旨在为生命科学研究人员提供全面的了解和参考,推动光片显微镜在更多领域的应用和发展。
