In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.We introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.First we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping spaces.Furthermore we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this system.We also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this system.As corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.

In the coming decades,the space-based gravitational-wave(GW)detectors such as Taiji,TianQin,and LISA are expected to form a network capable of detecting millihertz GWs emitted by the mergers of massive black hole binaries(MBHBs).In this work,we investigate the potential of GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network in constraining cosmological parameters.For the optimistic scenario in which electromagnetic(EM)counterparts can be detected,we predict the number of detectable bright sirens based on three different MBHB population models,i.e.,popⅢ,Q3d,and Q3nod.Our results show that the TaijiTianQin-LISA network alone could achieve a constraint precision of 0.9%for the Hubble constant,meeting the standard of precision cosmology.Moreover,the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network could effectively break the cosmological parameter degeneracies generated by the CMB data,particularly in the dynamical dark energy models.When combined with the CMB data,the joint CMB+Taiji-TianQin-LISA data offerσ(w)=0.036 in the wCDM model,which is close to the latest constraint result obtained from the CMB+SN data.We also consider a conservative scenario in which EM counterparts are not available.Due to the precise sky localizations of MBHBs by the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network,the constraint precision of the Hubble constant is expected to reach 1.2%.In conclusion,the GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network will play a critical role in helping solve the Hubble tension and shedding light on the nature of dark energy.

Excited-states play a crucial role in the optical absorption and luminescence of solids and hence their accurate information is highly desired. Herein, we attempt to seize the excited-states information of Mn^(4+)ions in K_(2)SiF_(6) microcrystals via measuring and calculating their variable-temperature photoluminescence excitation(PLE) spectra. At cryogenic temperatures, an unpredicted splitting of the high-excited-state is observed. Moreover, the two-split high-excited-state levels are further revealed to primarily couple with the two hyperfine split modes of quasi-localized ν2 vibration in the distorted Mn-F_(6) octahedral configuration,whereas the coupling strengths are found to be substantially different from each other. The slightly split vibrational mode is firmly supported by the low-temperature Raman spectra. Jahn-Teller lattice distortion is believed to be responsible for the observed splitting of the electronic high-excited-state and the quasi-localized vibrational mode.

The vacancy-ordered quadruple perovskite Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),as a newly-emerging lead-free perovskite system,has attracted great research interest due to its excellent stability and direct band gap.However,the poor luminescence performance limits its application in light-emitting diodes(LEDs)and other fields.Herein,for the first time,an Ag^(+)ion doping strategy was proposed to greatly improve the emission performance of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) synthesized by hydrothermal method.Density functional theory calculations combined with experimental results evidence that the weak orange emission from Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) is attributed to the phonon scattering and energy level crossing due to the large lattice distortion under excited states.Fortunately,Ag^(+)ion doping breaks the intrinsic crystal field environment of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),suppresses the crossover between ground and excited states,and reduces the energy loss in the form of nonradiative recombination.At a critical doping amount of 0.8%,the emission intensity of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12):Ag^(+)reaches the maximum,about eight times that of the pristine sample.Moreover,the doped Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) still maintains excellent stability against heat,ultraviolet irradiation,and environmental oxygen/moisture.The above advantages make it possible for this material to be used as solid-state phosphors for white LEDs applications,and the Commission International de I’Eclairage color coordinates of(0.31,0.34)and high color rendering index of 90.6 were achieved.More importantly,the white LED demonstrates remarkable operation stability in air ambient,showing almost no emission decay after a long working time for 48 h.We believe that this study puts forward an effective ion-doping strategy for emission enhancement of vacancy-ordered quadruple perovskite Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),highlighting its great potential as efficient emitter compatible for practical applications.

Objective: Positive peritoneal lavege cytology(CY1) gastric cancer is featured by dismal prognosis, with high risks of peritoneal metastasis. However, there is a lack of evidence on pathogenic mechanism and signature of CY1and there is a continuous debate on CY1 therapy. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of CY1 is crucial for treatment strategies and targets for CY1 gastric cancer.Methods: In order to figure out specific driver genes and marker genes of CY1 gastric cancer, and ultimately offer clues for potential marker and risk assessment of CY1, 17 cytology-positive gastric cancer patients and 31matched cytology-negative gastric cancer patients were enrolled in this study. The enrollment criteria were based on the results of diagnostic laparoscopy staging and cytology inspection of exfoliated cells. Whole exome sequencing was then performed on tumor samples to evaluate genomic characterization of cytology-positive gastric cancer.Results: Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO) algorithm identified 43 cytology-positive marker genes, while Mut Sig CV identified 42 cytology-positive specific driver genes. CD3G and CDKL2 were both driver and marker genes of CY1. Regarding mutational signatures, driver gene mutation and tumor subclone architecture, no significant differences were observed between CY1 and negative peritoneal lavege cytology(CY0).Conclusions: There might not be distinct differences between CY1 and CY0, and CY1 might represent the progression of CY0 gastric cancer rather than constituting an independent subtype. This genomic analysis will thus provide key molecular insights into CY1, which may have a direct effect on treatment recommendations for CY1and CY0 patients, and provides opportunities for genome-guided clinical trials and drug development.

Gravitational waves(GWs) from compact binary coalescences encode the absolute luminosity distances of GW sources. Once the redshifts of GW sources are known, one can use the distance-redshift relation to constrain cosmological parameters. One way to obtain the redshifts is to localize GW sources by GW observations and then use galaxy catalogs to determine redshifts from a statistical analysis of redshift information of the potential host galaxies, commonly referred to as the dark siren method. The third-generation(3G) GW detectors are planned to work in the 2030s and will observe numerous compact binary coalescences.Using these GW events as dark sirens requires high-quality galaxy catalogs from future sky survey projects. The China Space Station Telescope(CSST) will be launched in 2024 and will observe billions of galaxies within a 17500 deg^(2) survey area with redshift up to z ~ 4, providing photometric and spectroscopic galaxy catalogs. In this work, we simulate the CSST galaxy catalogs and the 5-year GW data from the 3G GW detectors and combine them to infer the Hubble constant(H_(0)). Our results show that the measurement precision of H0could reach the sub-percent level, meeting the standard of precision cosmology. We conclude that the synergy between CSST and the 3G GW detectors is of great significance in measuring the Hubble constant.

To secure power system operations,practical dispatches in industries place a steady power transfer limit on critical inter-corridors,rather than high-dimensional and strong nonlinear stability constraints.However,computational complexities lead to over-conservative pre-settings of transfer limit,which further induce undesirable and non-technical congestion of power transfer.To conquer this barrier,a scenario-classification hybrid-based banding method is proposed.A cluster technique is adopted to separate similarities from historical and generated operating condition dataset.With a practical rule,transfer limits are approximated for each operating cluster.Then,toward an interpretable online transfer limit decision,costsensitive learning is applied to identify cluster affiliation to assign a transfer limit for a given operation.In this stage,critical variables that affect the transfer limit are also picked out via mean impact value.This enables us to construct low-complexity and dispatcher-friendly rules for fast determination of transfer limit.The numerical case studies on the IEEE 39-bus system and a real-world regional power system in China illustrate the effectiveness and conservativeness of the proposed method.

Objective: Primary resistance to trastuzumab frequently occurs in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive(+) breast cancer patients and remains a clinical challenge. Pyrotinib is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown efficacy in the treatment of HER2+ breast cancer. However, the efficacy of pyrotinib in HER2+ breast cancer with primary trastuzumab resistance is unknown.Methods: HER2+ breast cancer cells sensitive or primarily resistant to trastuzumab were treated with trastuzumab, pyrotinib, or the combination. Cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and HER2 downstream signal pathways were analyzed. The effects of pyrotinib plus trastuzumab and pertuzumab plus trastuzumab were compared in breast cancer cells in vitro and a xenograft mouse model with primary resistance to trastuzumab.Results: Pyrotinib had a therapeutic effect on trastuzumab-sensitive HER2+ breast cancer cells by inhibiting phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT) and rat sarcoma virus(RAS)/rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma(RAF)/mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)/extracellular-signal regulated kinase(ERK)pathways. In primary trastuzumab-resistant cells, pyrotinib inhibited cell growth, migration, invasion, and HER2 downstream pathways, whereas trastuzumab had no effects. The combination with trastuzumab did not show increased effects compared with pyrotinib alone. Compared with pertuzumab plus trastuzumab, pyrotinib plus trastuzumab was more effective in inhibiting cell proliferation and HER2 downstream pathways in breast cancer cells and tumor growth in a trastuzumab-resistant HER2+ breast cancer xenograft model.Conclusions: Pyrotinib-containing treatments exhibited anti-cancer effects in HER2+ breast cancer cells sensitive and with primary resistance to trastuzumab. Notably, pyrotinib plus trastuzumab was more effective than trastuzumab plus pertuzumab in inhibiting tumor growth and HER2 downstream pathways in HER2+ breast cancer with primary resistance to trastuzumab. The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the world.First,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1)perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,(2)diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3)integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM integration.Secondly,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2020–2022 were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of Chinese and Western medicine guidelines.And last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of Chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.
