中国电科11所碲镉汞薄膜材料制备技术进展

碲镉汞材料具有响应速度快、量子效率高、带隙连续可调等优点,广泛应用于红外探测领域,本文报道了近年来中国电科11所在碲镉汞薄膜材料制备方面的技术进展。在碲锌镉衬底材料制备方面,已突破Φ135mm碲锌镉晶体生长技术,碲锌镉衬底平均位错腐蚀坑密度(EPD)<1×10^(4)cm^(-2),具备了80mm×80mm规格碲锌镉衬底的批量生产能力。在液相外延碲镉汞薄膜制备方面,富碲水平液相外延碲镉汞薄膜平均位错腐蚀坑密度EPD<4×10^(4)cm^(-2),具备80mm×80mm规格碲镉汞薄膜的制备能力;富汞垂直液相外延实现高质量双层异质结碲镉汞薄膜材料批量化制备,该种材料的半峰宽(FWHM)控制在(20~40)arcsec范围内,碲镉汞薄膜厚度极差≤±06μm。在分子束外延碲镉汞薄膜方面,实现了6 in硅基碲镉汞材料制备,组分标准偏差≤00015,表面宏观缺陷密度≤100cm^(-2);碲锌镉基碲镉汞材料已具备50mm×50mm制备能力,组分标准偏差为0002,厚度标准偏差为0047μm。从探测器验证结果来看,基于富碲水平液相外延碲镉汞薄膜实现了1 k×1 k、2 k×2 k等规格红外焦平面探测器的工程化制备;采用双层异质结碲镉汞薄膜实现了高温工作、长波及甚长波探测器的制备;使用分子束外延制备的碲镉汞薄膜实现了27 k×27 k、54 k×54 k、8 k×8 k等规格红外焦平面探测器研制,在宇航领域有巨大的应用潜力。

Methoxy groups is favorable for film-forming property of oligophenylenevinylenes （OPVs） and the Langmuir-Blodgett film of 1,4-bis （3,4,5-trimetlaoxystyryl）-2,5-dimethoxybenzene （MOPV） was prepared. It might be the formation of H-aggregate of MOPV in the LB film that results in a 57 nm blue shift of λmax for the absorption and a 58 nm red shift of λmax for the fluorescence, respectively.

双子宫(didelphic uterus)是米勒管融合失败导致的,最终形成了两个子宫腔,是最罕见的子宫畸形之一。米勒管发育异常的女性,可能增加围产期母婴并发症和不良妊娠结局的发生率。如果在妊娠期发现孕妇存在米勒管发育异常,应及时识别其异常类型,评估对母亲和胎儿的影响,并适当增加产前护理的频率。卵巢妊娠少见且术前通常很难诊断,与双子宫无逻辑性的关系。宫内节育器、辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)和宫腔手术都是卵巢妊娠的高危因素。回顾1例双子宫妇女在ART助孕后发生卵巢妊娠的病例,总结分析卵巢妊娠发生的可能原因。单胚胎移植是双子宫患者最佳的移植策略。育龄妇女在进行ART助孕前应进行全面的盆腔检查,以便对先天性子宫异常进行早期诊断和适当管理。

Image interpretation: mining the visible and syntactic correlation of annotated words

Automatic web image annotation is a practical and effective way for both web image retrieval and image understanding. However, current annotation techniques make no further investigation of the statement-level syntactic correlation among the annotated words, therefore making it very difficult to render natural language interpretation for images such as "pandas eat bamboo". In this paper, we propose an approach to interpret image semantics through mining the visible and textual information hidden in images. This approach mainly consists of two parts: first the annotated words of target images are ranked according to two factors, namely the visual correlation and the pairwise co-occurrence; then the statement-level syntactic correlation among annotated words is explored and natural language interpretation for the target image is obtained. Experiments conducted on real-world web images show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

We examine the robustness of composite pulses to non-static classic noise in the NMR facility. Though these pulses are proposed to eliminate static, systematic errors, they are shown to be robust to time-varying noise with high-cut frequency up to near 10% of the Rabi frequency in a recent theoretical work. The CP pulses that are only robust to one kind of error have been implemented in various experiment platforms. In this paper we have compared the performance of reduced CinSK pulse, which is designed to cancel both the pulse length error and the off resonance error, to that of the primitive pulse in a hybrid error environment. In order to achieve this target we have simultaneously injected noise to the RF output wave. The filter function formalism is employed to predict the evolution fidelity decay, which shows great consistency with the experiment data. Our work not only validates the superiority of reduced CinSK pulse but also indicates its sensitivity to the initial states, providing practical guidance in the noise suppression domain.

A numerical simulation study was performed to clarify the thermal mixing characteristics of coolant in the core bottom structure of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTR). The flow field and temperature field in the hot gas chamber and the hot gas duct of the HTR were obtained based on the commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) program. The numerical simulation results showed that the helium flow with different temperatures in the hot gas mixing chamber and the hot gas duct mixed intensively, and the mixing rate of the temperature in the outlet of the hot gas duct reached 98 %. The results indicated many large-scale swirling flow structures and strong turbulence in the hot gas mixing chamber and the entrance of the hot gas duct, which were responsible for the excellent thermal mixing of the hot gas chamber and the hot gas duct. The calculated results showed that the temperature mixing rate of the hot gas chamber decreased only marginally with increasing Reynolds number.

The low intrinsic growth capacity of neurons and an injury-induced inhibitory milieu are major contributo rs to the failure of sensory and motor functional recovery following spinal cord *** shock transcription factor 1(HSF1),a master regulator of the heat shock response,plays neurogenetic and neuroprotective roles in the damaged or diseased central nervous ***,the underlying mechanism has not been fully *** the present study,we used a gecko model of spontaneous nerve regeneration to investigate the potential roles of gecko HSF1(gHSF1) in the regulation of neurite outgrowth and inflammatory inhibition of macrophages following spinal cord ***1 expression in neurons and microglia at the lesion site increased dramatically immediately after tail ***1 ove rexpression in gecko primary neuro ns significantly promoted axonal growth by suppressing the expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3,and fa cilitated neuro nal survival via activation of the mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase/extracellular regulated protein kinases and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B ***,gHSF1 efficiently inhibited the macrophagemediated inflammatory response by inactivating 1kappa B-alpha/NF-kappaB *** findings show that HSF1 plays dual roles in promoting axonal regrowth and inhibiting leukocyte inflammation,and provide new avenues of investigation for promoting spinal co rd injury repair in mammals.
