BACKGROUND The clinical manifestations of trisomy 7 mosaicism are diverse and nonspecific,so prenatal diagnosis is very *** SUMMARY Two pregnant women with abnormal prenatal screening results were *** was a 22-year-old woman(G1P0).At 31st week of gestation,ultrasound revealed that the posterior horn of the left lateral ventricle was 10 mm and the right renal pelvis had a separation of 7 *** other pregnant woman was 33 years old(G2P1L1A0),and her fetus was found to have a cardiac malformation at the 24th week of *** number variation sequencing,whole-exome sequencing and karyotype analysis were carried out after amniocentesis,and both fetuses were diagnosed with trisomy 7 *** parental counseling,one woman continued the pregnancy,and the other woman terminated the *** In trisomy 7 mosaicism,the low proportion of trisomy does not lead to abortion,but can result in abnormal fetal development,which can be detected via ***,clinicians need to pay more attention to various aspects of fetal growth and development,combining with imaging,cellular,molecular genetics and other methods to perform comprehensive evaluations of fetuses to provide more reliable genetic counseling for pregnant women.

Auditor human capital and financial misstatement:Evidence from China

In this study, we examine whether education, as an important component of the human capital of auditors, is related to the occurrence of financial misstatement, and investigate the moderating effect of professional experience. Using a sample of 16,651 firm-year observations from the Chinese stock market from2003 to 2014, we find that the education level of signing auditors is significantly negatively associated with the likelihood of financial misstatement, which suggests that higher education can enhance the ethics and independence of auditors and mitigate the risk of financial misstatement. In addition, professional experience attenuates the negative relation between the education level of signing auditors and financial misstatement. Our findings are also robust to a variety of sensitivity tests, and our conclusions still hold after using a two-stage OLS-logistic regression to address the endogeneity problem. Lastly, the negative effect of education level on financial misstatement holds only for 985 Project universities, low individual-level(audit-firm-level) client importance, and state-owned enterprises.

With the concept of super-atom, first principles calculations propose a new type of super stable cage clusters AlnH3n that are much more energetic stable than the well established clusters, AlnHn＋2. In the new clusters, the aluminum core-frame acts as a super-atom with n vertexes and 2n A1-A1 edges, which allow to adsorb n hydrogen atoms at the top-site and 2n at the bridge-site. Using Al12H36 as the basic unit, stable chain structures, （Al12H36）m, have been constructed following the same connection mechanism as for （A1H3）n linear polymeric structures. Apart from high hydrogen percentage per molecule, calculations have shown that these new clusters possess large heat of formation values and their combustion heat is about 4.8 times of the methane, making them a promising high energy density material.

A N,N＇-bisferrocenesulfonyl bisbenzimidazole compound 1,4-bis（1-ferrocenesulfonyl-2-benzimidazolyl） butane was prepared. Its crystal structure was determined. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group P-1 and a= 0.87241（13） nm, b=0.97553（15） nm, c= 1.4120（2） rim, and α= 83.041（2）°, β= 72.454（2）°,γy= 69.732（2）°, the unit cell volume V= 1.0746（3） nm3, the molecule number in one unit cell Z= 1, the absorption coefficient u= 1.191 mm 1, the calculated density Dc= 1.584 g/cm3. The theoretical investigation of the compound as a structure unit was fully optimized by B3LYP/6-31G method in Gaussian 03 package, and the most stable structure of the compound in theory was obtained. The two results were compared. The optimized structure was in accordance with the crystal structure in the main, suggesting that the molecular geometry optimization of the structures was reliable and the calculation method used was reliable. The distribution of atomic charges and the energy, and composition of frontier molecular orbits were analyzed. Thermal analysis indicated that it is stable before melting.

3D modeling and codec of real objects are hot issues in the field of virtual reality. In this paper, we propose an automatic registration two range images method and a cycle based automatic global registration algorithm for rapidly and automatically registering all range images and constructing a realistic 3D model. Besides, to meet the requirement of huge data transmission over Internet, we present a 3D mesh encoding/decoding method for encoding geometry, topology and attribute data with high compression ratio and supporting progressive transmission. The research results have already been applied successfully in digital museum.

We theoretically provide a magnetic phase diagram for the single-layer(SL)CrBr_(3),which could be effectively tuned by both strain engineering and charge doping in SL-CrBr_(3).Through systematical first-principles calculations and Heisenberg model Hamiltonian simulations,three different magnetic phases in SL-CrBr_(3),which are off-plane ferromagnetic,in-plane ferromagnetic and in-plane Neél-antiferromagnetic phases,are found in the strain and charge doping regimes we ***,our results show that higher order Heisenberg exchange parameters and anisotropy exchange parameters should be taken into account for accurately illustrating the magnetic phase transition in SL-CrBr_(3).As a result,we find from the SpinW simulation that the Curie temperature is about T_(c)=38.4 K,which is well consistent with the experimental result 34 K[Nano Lett.193138(2019)].The findings here may be confirmed in future experiments,and may be useful for the potential applications of SL-CrBr_(3)in spintronics field.

A robust electron device called the enhanced gated-diode-triggered silicon-controlled rectifier (EGDTSCR) for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection applications has been proposed and implemented in a 0.18-μm 5-V/24-V BCD process. The proposed EGDTSCR is constructed by adding two gated diodes into a conventional ESD device called the modified lateral silicon-controlled rectifier (MLSCR). With the shunting effect of the surface gated diode path, the proposed EGDTSCR, with a width of 50 μm, exhibits a higher failure current (i.e., 3.82 A) as well as a higher holding voltage (i.e., 10.21 V) than the MLSCR.
