Frequency and size change of ice–snow avalanches in the central Himalaya:A case from the Annapurna II glacier

Glaciers have retreated and shrunk in High Mountain Asia since the mid-20th century because of global warming,leading to glacier instability and hazardous iceesnow ***,the complex relationship between iceesnow avalanches and factors such as climate and potential triggers are difficult to understand because of the lack of observational ***,we addressed iceesnow avalanches on the Annapurna II glacier in Nepal,Central *** constructed an iceesnow avalanche history using long-term multi-source remote sensing images(1988-2021)and mapped the velocity fields of glaciers using cross-correlation analysis on SAR and optical ***,we investigated the impact of climate change and earthquakes on the frequency and size of iceesnow *** results demonstrate that the frequency of iceesnow avalanches has increased from 10 in 1988 to 27 in 2020,but the average area of iceesnow avalanche deposits has decreased by approximately 70%,from 3.4×10^(5) m^(2) in 1988 to 1.2×10^(5) m^(2) in *** evolutionary characteristic of ice avalanches is linked to the impact of glacier retreat(reduction in ice material supply)and increased activity under climate *** glacier movement velocity controls the size of iceesnow avalanches and can be set as an indicator for iceesnow avalanche *** the Annapurna Ⅱ glacier,an iceesnow avalanche occurred when the glacier velocities were greater than 1.5 m d^(-1).These results offer insights into iceesnow avalanche risk assessment and prediction in high-mountain areas,particularly in regions characterised by dense glacier distribution.

The synthesis and modification of peptides occupy a unique position in the field of drug development, and the functionalization of amino acids is a valuable strategy as an alternative to peptide modification. Currently, the development of tyrosine(Tyr) as a target amino acid is a major challenge in the field of chemistry. Herein, we report an electrochemical radical coupling reaction of labeling tyrosine-containing active drugs and peptides with thiocarbamate derivatives for the first time. This tri-component, onepot reaction can be performed smoothly under simple, gentle, and clean electrochemical conditions and is suitable for the functionalization of various Tyr-containing drug molecular derivatives and peptides.

Mangrove wetlands distribution status identification, changing trend analyzation and carbon storage assessment of China

This research investigates the ecological importance,changes,and status of mangrove wetlands along China’s *** interpretation,geological surveys,and ISO clustering unsupervised classification methods are employed to interpret mangrove distribution from remote sensing images from 2021,utilizing ArcGIS software ***,the carbon storage capacity of mangrove wetlands is quantified using the carbon storage module of InVEST *** show that the mangrove wetlands in China covered an area of 278.85 km2 in 2021,predominantly distributed in Hainan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Fujian,Zhejiang,Taiwan,Hong Kong,and *** total carbon storage is assessed at 2.11×10^(6) t,with specific regional data *** since the 1950s reveal periods of increase,decrease,sharp decrease,and slight-steady increases in mangrove areas in *** important finding is the predominant replacement of natural coastlines adjacent to mangrove wetlands by artificial ones,highlighting the need for creating suitable spaces for mangrove *** study is poised to guide future mangroverelated investigations and conservation strategies.

“磁王”钕铁硼是现今性能最为优异的永磁体,因其优异的磁性能被广泛应用于工业互联网、新能源、 5G通讯等诸多高新科技领域。目前研究钕铁硼材料中元素成分的主要分析方法有电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)和X射线荧光光谱(XRF),其中ICP-OES是湿法分析,样品前处理复杂,测试周期长,而XRF法可实现直接分析,但受制于其轻元素的检测能力很难满足对钕铁硼材料中主要轻元素B的分析需求。激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术具有分析效率高,样品前处理简单,多元素直接分析,适用于现场分析、在线分析等技术优点,使其在快速定量表征方面展现出其独有的优势。运用LIBS分析技术开展对钕铁硼材料中多元素定量表征的直接、快速分析的方法研究,首先针对钕铁硼材料中定量表征的九个元素Nd、 Co、 B、 Dy、 Tb、 Pr、 Cu、 Al、 Ga完成特征谱线的筛选,通过对系统激光器电压、激光剥蚀方式等因素在不同条件下对钕铁硼材料光谱信号稳定性的影响分析,优化并确立了分析条件,最终选用720V的激光器电压,15个预剥蚀脉冲15个剥蚀脉冲的激光剥蚀方式为钕铁硼样品的分析条件;其次,选取8个通过ICP-OES法定值的烧结钕铁硼样品,样品具有元素成分的梯度差异化特征,作为建立分析方法的标准样品,采用标准曲线法通过相对强度与浓度的关联方式,建立钕铁硼样品中Nd、 Co、 B、 Dy、 Tb、 Pr、 Cu、 Al、 Ga九个元素的定量分析校准曲线;最后选取两个烧结钕铁硼试样,运用建立的定量分析方法完成九个元素的定量表征,分析时间小于30 s,其定量结果与ICP-OES法测定结果的比对,具有较好的一致性。运用激光诱导击穿光谱分析技术实现了对钕铁硼材料中多元素成分的直接、同时、快速定量表征,为钕铁硼材料的快速定量表征提供了新的技术思路和表征方法。

目的:分析输尿管软镜碎石术治疗单侧输尿管上段结石的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月广饶县人民医院泌尿外科收治的单侧输尿管上段结石患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组行经皮肾镜取石术治疗,观察组行输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、结石清除率、肾功能指标、并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组BUN、SCr、UA、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Ccr水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:输尿管软镜碎石术治疗单侧输尿管上段结石的临床效果显著,能够减少术中出血量,改善患者肾功能,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短其住院时间。

目的:分析经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月东营市广饶县人民医院收治的80例前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组实施经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,研究组实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、导尿管留置时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组慢性前列腺炎症状评分、前列腺增生严重程度评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组最大尿流率大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善前列腺增生及炎症症状,降低并发症发生率。

目的对原发性肝癌(PLC)介入治疗患者习得性无助感(LH)进行调查并分析其影响因素,制定护理对策。方法选取2022年5月至2023年12月在安阳市肿瘤医院接受治疗的103例PLC介入治疗患者进行分析,采用习得无助感量表(LHS)调查患者习得性无助感现状,收集其基本资料,并进行单因素分析与多元线性回归分析以明确其影响因素。结果103例PLC介入治疗患者中习得无助感总分为(74.78±5.03)分,其中绝望感得分为(18.76±2.33)分、无助感得分为(56.02±4.18)分;通过Pearson相关性分析,PLC介入治疗患者LHS总分、各维度得分与亲密关系支持问卷(SIRRS)总分、各维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭月收入、介入治疗次数、肝癌家族史、SIRRS得分是影响PLC介入治疗患者LH的独立危险因素(R^(2)=0.067,调整R^(2)=0.045,P<0.05)。结论PLC介入治疗患者LH水平较高,文化程度、家庭月收入、介入治疗次数、肝癌家族史、感知配偶支持为LH的影响因素,需要实施针对性护理对策,降低LH。

在分布式光纤传感技术中,光频域反射仪(optical frequency-domain reflectometry,OFDR)凭借高空间分辨率及高灵敏度等特点,在测量应力和温度等物理量测量方面有很大优势。结合弱反射光纤光栅阵列搭建了一套OFDR分布式传感系统,并使用可视化编程平台实现了数据的采集和处理,最终能够实时显示弱反射光纤光栅阵列中任一点的应变或温度测量结果。实验结果显示,所搭建的分布式传感系统具备0.08 mm空间分辨率,6.9με的应变测量精度,1 Hz应变测量刷新率的测量能力,具备分布式动态应变实时监测的能力。在石油化工和航空航天等需要高空间分辨率和实时动态应变感知能力的领域,所研制的分布式光纤应变传感系统将拥有广阔的应用前景。
