Clinical Practice Guideline on Acupuncture and Moxibustion: Nonspecific low back pain was revised and released by the Standards Working Committee of World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) on October 9, 2023. This is the first clinical practice guideline (CPG) on acupuncture and moxibustion for nonspecific low back pain approved by an international academic organization, which provides the evidence-based recommendations and practical therapeutic protocols for international acupuncture practitioners. This CPG was developed by following Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology, and the Principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development . The guideline development group (GDG) from different countries, with different professions, played a critical role in the formulation of clinical questions, recommendations, and therapeutic protocols. Recommendations are the key content of a CPG and the direct answers to clinical questions. Hence, this article focuses on the recommendations of this CPG. The recommendations were formulated using the modified Delphi method and the GRADE grid rules, based on the updated systematic reviews of clinical evidence. A total of seven recommendations for ten clinical questions were formulated in this CPG, including one conditional recommendation for either the intervention or the comparison based on very low quality of evidence, and six conditional recommendations for the intervention based on very low quality of evidence. Overview of enhancing biological treatment of coal chemical wastewater:New strategies and future directions

In recent years,the real-world studies(RWS)have attracted extensive attention,and the realworld evidence(RwE)has been acceptedto support the drug development in Chinaand ***,there is stll a lack of standards for the evaluation of the quality of *** is necessary to formulate a quality evaluation and reporting specification for RWE especially in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).To this end,under the guidance of China Association of Chinese Medicine,the Quality Evaluation and Reporting Specification for Real-World Evidence of Traditional Chinese Medicine(QUERST)Group,including 24 experts(clinical epidemiologists,clinicians,pharmacologists,ethical reviewerand statisticians),was established to develop the *** specification contains the listing of classification of RWS design and RWE,the general principles and methods of RWE quality evaluation(26 tools or scales),25 types of bias in RWS,the special considerations in evaluating the quality of RWE of TCM,and the 19 reporting standards of *** specification aims to propose the quality evaluation principles and key points of RWE,and provide guidance for the proper use of RWE in the development of TCM new drugs.

AIM:To assess the performance of macular ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer thickness(mGCIPLT)and 10-2 visual field(VF)parameters in detecting early glaucoma and evaluating the severity of advanced ***:Totally 127 eyes from 89 participants(36 eyes of 19 healthy participants,45 eyes of 31 early glaucoma patients and 46 eyes of 39 advanced glaucoma patients)were *** relationships between the optical coherence tomography(OCT)-derived parameters and VF sensitivity were *** with early glaucoma were divided into eyes with or without central 10°of the VF damages(CVFDs),and the diagnostic performances of OCT-derived parameters were ***:In early glaucoma,the mGCIPLT was significantly correlated with 10-2 VF pattern standard deviation(PSD;with average mGCIPLT:β=-0.046,95%CI,-0.067 to-0.024,P<0.001).In advanced glaucoma,the mGCIPLT was related to the 24-2 VF mean deviation(MD;with average mGCIPLT:β=0.397,95%CI,0.199 to 0.595,P<0.001),10-2 VF MD(with average mGCIPLT:β=0.762,95%CI,0.485 to 1.038,P<0.001)and 24-2 VF PSD(with average mGCIPLT:β=0.244,95%CI,0.124 to 0.364,P<0.001).Except for the minimum and superotemporal mGCIPLT,the decrease of mGCIPLT in early glaucomatous eyes with CVFDs was more severe than that of early glaucomatous eyes without *** area under the curve(AUC)of the average mGCIPLT(AUC=0.949,95%CI,0.868 to 0.982)was greater than that of the average circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(cpRNFLT;AUC=0.827,95%CI,0.674 to 0.918)and rim area(AUC=0.799,95%CI,0.610 to 0.907)in early glaucomatous eyes with CVFDs versus normal ***:The 10-2 VF and mGCIPLT parameters are complementary to 24-2 VF,cpRNFLT and ONH parameters,especially in detecting early glaucoma with CVFDs and evaluating the severity of advanced glaucoma in group level.

目的系统评价养阴清热法联合常规降糖西药治疗2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、SinoMed、PubMed、Cochrane Library以及Web of Science,检索时限为建库至2022年5月,筛选关于养阴清热法治疗T2DM的临床随机对照试验(Randomized controlled trials,RCTs),其中对照组予常规西医基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用以养阴清热为主要功效的中药或复方,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具进行文献质量评价,使用RevMan 5.4软件进行统计学分析。结果最终纳入40篇RCTs,共计3637例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组临床总有效率高于对照组[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.19,1.27),P<0.00001],试验组在降低空腹血糖[MD=-1.17,95%CI(-1.33,-1.01),P<0.00001]、餐后2 h血糖[MD=-1.77,95%CI(-2.10,-1.44),P<0.00001]、糖化血红蛋白[MD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.28,-0.77),P<0.00001]、空腹胰岛素[MD=-3.35,95%CI(-4.01,-2.69),P<0.00001]、胰岛素抵抗指数[MD=-0.66,95%CI(-1.19,-0.13),P=0.01]、肿瘤坏死因子-α[SMD=-3.88,95%CI(-5.74,-2.02),P<0.00001]、白介素-6[SMD=-3.17,95%CI(-4.54,-1.80),P<0.00001]、甘油三酯[MD=-0.51,95%CI(-0.69,-0.33),P<0.00001]、总胆固醇[MD=-0.75,95%CI(-0.99,-0.50),P<0.00001]方面优于对照组。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义[RR=0.52,95%CI(0.36,0.76),P=0.0007]。结论养阴清热法辅助治疗2型糖尿病具有良好临床疗效及一定安全性,但由于纳入研究质量限制,仍需要更多大样本、多中心RCTs以提供更可靠的循证依据。
