The.spatial patte.n distribution of plant hormone. in re.ponse.to aluminum (Al) toxicity in roots re.ains to be.shown. This study was pe.forme. to asse.s the.root hormonal accumulation and ge.e.e.pre.sion in re.ponse.to Al toxicity in five.transge.ic miniature.dwarf tomatoe. cv. Micro-Tom (MT). MT and MT transge.ics to acid indole.ace.ic, cytokinin, gibbe.e.lin, abscisic acid and e.hyle.e.we.e.cultivate. in nutrie.t solutions containing differe.t Al conce.trations. Root growth e.ongation was me.sure. and ce.lular damage.was visualize. by staining e.ans’s blue. The.GUS re.orte. ge.e.staining te.hnique.was use. to visualize.hormonal change. in MT ape. root tissue.. Data indicate. that the.MT is se.sitive.to Al that induce. significant growth inhibition and ce.lular damage. Al conce.tration of 27 μM was significantly toxic, inducing root ape. darke.ing and inhibition of root deve.opme.t. The.qualitative.e.aluation of GUS re.orte. ge.e.e.pre.sion showe. inte.se.crosstalk among all hormone. studie., underscoring the.comple.ity of signaling induce. by Al in ape. roots. Re.ults point out to a major understanding of the.hormonal signaling in re.ponse.to Al toxicity, which may induce.a change.of root growth and archite.ture.with growth inhibition and ce.l constraints modulate. by all differe.t hormone. e.aluate..

Coral-like.structure. of the.Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12),(0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y ≤ 0.02) compound we.e.synthe.ize. using the.sol-ge. me.hod. Structural inve.tigation ce.tifie. the.YIG cubic crystal structure.formation, without any se.ondary phase. It is shown that, the.re.1}tive.y large.ionic radius of the.dopant cations re.ults in an e.pansion of the.lattice.parame.e., variations in the.Iona-O-Iondangle. Iona-O,Iond-O and Ionc-O bond distance. and decre.se.in the.ave.age.crystallite.size. Fourie. transform infrare.(FTIR) and Raman me.sure.e.ts are.e.se.tial to te.tify the.single.phase.formation of YIG crystal structure.and are.obse.ve. change. in the.stre.ching and vibrational modes, re.pe.tive.y. The.morphological study, e.e.gy dispe.sive.spe.troscopy(e.S) spe.tra and te.tural prope.tie. show corallike.structure., pe.ks associate. with Pr^(3+) and Yb^(3+) atoms and the.e.fect of dopants on surface.are.,diame.e., and pore.volume. re.pe.tive.y. The.optical analysis from diffuse.re.le.tance.spe.tra witne.se. an incre.se.in the.optical gap band, a decre.se.in Urbach e.e.gy and blue.shift in the.charge.transfer,corre.1}te. with the.e.pansion of the.unit ce.l due.to the.dopant's inse.tion in the.YIG structure. A typical ferrimagne.ic be.avior is e.hibite. by the.Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12)compound. The.saturation magne.ization(M_(s)), cubic anisotropy constant(K_(1)) and coe.cive.fie.d(H_(c)) incre.se.with the.Pr^(3+)cations conte.t, as conse.ue.ce.of the.r magne.ic nature.and distribution around of fe^(3+)ions due.to the.coe.iste.ce.with the.Yb^(3+).
