Intrusion detection systems(IDS)are essential in the field of cybersecurity because they protect networks from a wide range of online *** goal of this research is to meet the urgent need for small-footprint,highly-adaptable Network Intrusion Detection Systems(NIDS)that can identify *** NSL-kDD dataset is used in the study;it is a sizable collection comprising 43 variables with the label’s“attack”and“level.”It proposes a novel approach to intrusion detection based on the combination of channel attention and convolutional neural networks(CNN).Furthermore,this dataset makes it easier to conduct a thorough assessment of the suggested intrusion detection ***,maintaining operating efficiency while improving detection accuracy is the primary goal of this ***,typical NIDS examines both risky and typical behavior using a variety of *** the NSL-kDD dataset,our CNN-based approach achieves an astounding 99.728%accuracy rate when paired with channel *** to previous approaches such as ensemble learning,CNN,RBM(Boltzmann machine),ANN,hybrid auto-encoders with CNN,MCNN,and ANN,and adaptive algorithms,our solution significantly improves intrusion detection ***,the results highlight the effectiveness of our suggested method in improving intrusion detection precision,signifying a noteworthy advancement in this *** efforts will focus on strengthening and expanding our approach in order to counteract growing cyberthreats and adjust to changing network circumstances.

Risk factors and mortality rates of carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections in intensive care units

Moringa oleifera is well known as a highly nutritious plant and a water purifier in fish *** fish has many impressive qualities making them very suitable for ***,this study aimed to evaluate the effect of supplementation of Moringa oleifera aqueous extract(MOAE)at varying concentrations(0,100,200,and 400 mg/kg diet for 90 days)on growth performance,hematological,and some biochemical parameters of Nile ***,histological changes and immunohistochemical expression of caspase 3 in gills and livers were *** enhancements(Pked cell volume,white blood cells,and total serum protein were observed in fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet compared with other ***,a significant reduction(Pkidney function tests and non-significant changes in lipid profile were *** the other hand,fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed disturbance in the corresponding *** histological degenerative changes were detected in the gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg *** comparison,fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet showed the best histo-architectures of these organs compared with other *** immune expressions of caspase 3 were determined where gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed extensive number of positive caspase 3 cells indicating severe apoptotic ***,a dietary MOAE at 200 mg/kg diet is recommended to improve the growth performance,hematological parameters,liver and kidney functions in Nile ***,caution must be considered when using MOAE at a concentration over 200 mg/kg diet.

Purpose: Low back pain (LBP), Gonarthrosis, knee, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome have been regarded as affecting more than three-quarters’ of individuals in their lifetime. The aim of this study was conducted to determine and compare the effects of topical patients with sand compared with control related to Gonarthrosis, LBP, knee, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pain. Methods: This is a prospective case and control designed study based on 101 pain case with Sand and 101 control subjects. The interventional groups in addition either topical sand or without sand 2 months after the intervention were assessed. We assessed tolerability of an established pain perception scale by the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Categorical variables were compared using the chi-square (χ2) test. The paired t-test was used to compare the two groups before and after the intervention. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed for comparison of several group means. Results: The study was based on 202 patients, 41 males (20.3%) and 161 females (79.7%). There were statistically significant differences between subjects with and without Sand in term of Gonarthrosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis LBP, knee, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pain (p = 0.033). Majority of patients were over age 55 years old (55%) and females 78 (77.2%). The mean score of total pain experience before and after the intervention was 7.41 ± 1.1 for black sand, and 4.24 ± 2.38 for without sand as control group. Epidemiological and histopathological characteristics of thyroid carcinoma in a Tunisian health care center

Antioxidant Machinery Related to Decreased MDA Generation by Thymus Algeriensis Essential Oil-induced Liver and kidney Regeneration

Objective This study was conducted to determine the histopathological and biochemical effects of Thymus algeriensis essential oil （TEO） on hydrogen peroxide （H2O2）-induced oxidative stress in liver and kidney tissues of rats. Methods Rats were treated in six groups and were exposed for 2 weeks to low （LD; 100 μmol/L） and high doses （HD; 1 mmol/L） of H2O2 in the presence or absence of TEO （180 mg/kg）. Liver and kidney atrophy was measured by using biochemical and histopathological assays. Results Our study demonstrated that H2O2 induced liver and kidney atrophy, as evidenced by the significant elevation of serum aminotransferase, urea, and creatinine levels compared with those in the control rats. Urea levels were estimated by evaluating the activity of serum urease that hydrolyzes urea into CO2 and ammonia. However, TEO treatment significantly alleviated oxidative stress in the H2O2-induced liver and kidney toxicity model by reducing the levels of malondialdehyde concomitantly with marked elevations in superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione S-transferase, as well as decrease in glutathione activity. Conclusion Our data demonstrated that TEO protected against H202 toxicity by decreasing oxidant levels and DNA damage, as well as increasing antioxidant levels, indicating that TEO has a spectrum of antioxidant and DNA-protective properties.

Differences in physiological and biochemical responses to summer drought of Pinus nigra *** and Pinus brutia in a natural mixed stand
