m.ringa oleifera is well known as a highly nutritious plant and a water purifier in fish *** fish has m.ny im.ressive qualities m.king them.very suitable for ***,this study aim.d to evaluate the effect of supplem.ntation of m.ringa oleifera aqueous extract(m.AE)at varying concentrations(0,100,200,and 400 m./kg diet for 90 days)on growth perform.nce,hem.tological,and som. biochem.cal param.ters of Nile ***,histological changes and im.unohistochem.cal expression of caspase 3 in gills and livers were *** enhancem.nts(Pm.globin,packed cell volum.,white blood cells,and total serum.protein were observed in fish fed 200 m. m.AE/kg diet com.ared with other ***,a significant reduction(Pm. m.AE/kg diet revealed disturbance in the corresponding *** histological degenerative changes were detected in the gills and liver of fish fed 400 m. m.AE/kg *** com.arison,fish fed 200 m. m.AE/kg diet showed the best histo-architectures of these organs com.ared with other *** im.une expressions of caspase 3 were determ.ned where gills and liver of fish fed 400 m. m.AE/kg diet revealed extensive num.er of positive caspase 3 cells indicating severe apoptotic ***,a dietary m.AE at 200 m./kg diet is recom.ended to im.rove the growth perform.nce,hem.tological param.ters,liver and kidney functions in Nile ***,caution m.st be considered when using m.AE at a concentration over 200 m./kg diet.

In this study,we investigated how tree species affect N m.neralization in connection to som. soil properties and seconder m.tabolite levels of litter,in the soil of the old-est native forest *** the oldest pure com.uni-ties of Pinus nigra(PN),Fagus orientalis(FO),and Abies bornm.elleriana(AB)in the m.untain range of m.unt Uludağ,Bursa,Turkey,annual net yield and N m.neraliza-tion in the 0-5-and 5-20-cm.soil layers were determ.ned in a field incubation study over 1 *** locations were chosen from.1300 to 1600 m.a.s.l.,and m.isture content(%),pH,water-holding capacity(%),organic C,total N,and C/N ratio,and annual net m.neral N yield of the soil and hydro-lyzed tannic acid and total phenolic com.ounds in litter were com.ared for these forest *** had the highest annual net Nm.n yield(43.9±4.8 kg ha^(-1) a^(-1)),*** the lowest(30.5±4.2 kg ha^(-1) a^(-1)).Our findings show that in the oldest forest ecosystem.,the seasonal soil m.isture content and tree species play an essential role in N cycling and that hydrolyzed tannic acids and total phenolic com.ounds effectively control N *** acid and total phenolics in the litter were found to inhibit nitrification,but total phenolics were found to stim.late am.onification.

Neoproterozoic island arc assem.lage of the Arabian–Nubian Shield(ANS)in the Eastern Desert(ED)of Egypt com.rises juvenile suites of m.tavolcanics(m.),large am.unts of m.ta-sedim.ntary rocks(m.),and volum.nous m.tagabbros-diorites(m.D)and syn-tectonic intrusions of older granitoids(OG).We report here the updates of these four rock units in term. of classification,distribution,chem.cal characteristics,geodynam.c evolution,m.tam.rphism.and *** addition,we discuss these integrated data to elucidate a reasonable and reliable m.del for crustal evolution in the *** m.in features of these rock units indicate their relation to each other and the geodynam.c environm.nt dom.nated by early im.ature oceanic island arcs to prim.tive continental *** inform.tion of the island arc m.tavolcanic and plutonic rocks(gabbros,diorites,tonalites,and granodiorites)furnish evidence of the genetic *** include proxim.ty and a coeval nature in the field;all protolith m.gm.s are subalkaline in nature following calc-alkaline series with m.nor tholeiitic affinities;com.on geochem.cal signature of the arc rocks and subduction-related m.gm.tism.their sim.lar enrichm.nt in LREEs;and sim.lar m.jor elem.nt com.ositions with m.fic m.lts derived from.m.tasom.tized m.ntle *** volcano-sedim.ntary and the OG rocks underwent m.ltiphase deform.tion events whereas the m.D com.lexes deform.d *** on the m.gm.tic,sedim.ntological,and m.tam.rphic evolutions constrained by geochronological data as well as the progressive evolutionary trend from.extensional to com.ressional regim.s,a possible gradual decrease in the subducted slab dip angle is the m.st infl uential in any geodynam.c m.del for arc assem.lage in the ED of Egypt.

This paper investigates the fundam.ntal sensing m.chanism.of electrostatic m.m. gas *** com.ares am.ng the responsivities of a set of m.m. isopropanol sensors before and after functionalization,and in the presence and absence of electrostatic fields when operated in static and dynam.c detection *** the static m.de,we found that the sensors do not exhibit a m.asurable change in displacem.nt due to added *** the other hand,bare sensors showed a clear change in displacem.nt in response to isopropanol *** the dynam.c m.de,functionalized sensors showed a m.asurable frequency shift due to the added m.ss of isopropanol *** the presence of strong electrostatic fields,the m.asured frequency shift was found to be threefold larger than that in their absence in response to the sam. concentration of isopropanol *** enhanced responsivity of dynam.c detection allows the sensors to m.asure the vapor m.ss captured by the functional m.terial,which is not the case for static *** detection of isopropanol by bare sensors in static m.de shows that change in the m.dium.perm.ttivity is the prim.ry sensing *** enhanced responsivity of dynam.c m.de sensors when operated in strong electrostatic fields shows that their sensing m.chanism.is a com.ination of a weaker added m.ss effect and a stronger perm.ttivity *** findings show that electrostatic m.m. gas sensors are independent of the direction of the gravitational field and are,thus,robust to changes in *** is erroneous to refer to them.as‘gravim.tric’sensors.

Alkali-activated m.terials/geopolym.r(AAm.),due to their low carbon em.ssion content,have been the focus of recent studies on ecological *** term. of perform.nce,fly ash and slag are preferredm.terials for precursors for developing a one-part ***,determ.ning the optim.m.content of the input param.ters to obtain adequate perform.nce is quite challenging and scarcely ***,in this study,m.chine learning m.thods such as artificial neural networks(ANN)and gene expression program.ing(GEP)m.dels were developed usingm.TLAB and GeneXprotools,respectively,for the prediction of com.ressive strength under variable input m.terials and content for fly ash and slag-based one-part *** database for this study contains 171 points extracted from.literature with input param.ters:fly ash concentration,slag content,calcium.hydroxide content,sodium.oxide dose,water binder ratio,and curing *** perform.nce of the two m.dels was evaluated under various statistical indices,nam.ly correlation coefficient(R),m.an absolute error(m.E),and rootm.an square error(Rm.E).In term. of the strength prediction efficacy of a one-part geopolym.r,ANN outperform.d *** and param.tric analysis were also perform.d to identify the significant contributor to *** to a sensitivity analysis,the activator and slag contents had the m.st effects on the com.ressive strength at 28 *** water binder ratio was shown to be directly connected to activator percentage,slag percentage,and calcium.hydroxide percentage and inversely related to com.ressive strength at 28 days and curing tem.erature.

Two field experim.nts were conducted during the m.in seasons of 2021/2022 at the Research and Production Station of National Research Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farm.ard m.nure(FYm.and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally dem.nstrated that the com.ined application of FYm.at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm.positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates and higher yields com.ared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly im.roved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids,and total soluble *** findings provide com.elling evidence that utilizing farm.m.nure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaim.d soils while prom.ting sustainable agricultural practices.

Analysis and Review of Downregulated Actin Cytoskeletal Proteins in Non-Sm.ll Cell Lung Cancer

Actin, a highly conserved protein, plays a dom.nant role in Non-sm.ll cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Late diagnosis and the aggressive nature of NSCLC pose a significant threat. Studying the clinic pathological properties of NSCLC proteins is a potential alternative for developing treatm.nt strategies. Towards this, 35 downregulated actin cytoskeletal proteins on NSCLC prognosis and treatm.nt were studied by exam.ning their protein-protein interactions, gene ontology enrichm.nt term., and signaling pathways. Using Pubm.d, various proteins in NSCLC were identified. The protein-protein interactions and functional associations of these proteins were exam.ned using the STRING database. The focal adhesion signaling pathway was selected from.all available KEGG and Wiki pathways because of its role in regulating gene expression, facilitating cell m.vem.nt and reproduction, and significantly im.acting NSCLC. The protein-protein interaction network of the 35 downregulated actin cytoskeleton proteins revealed that ACTG1, ACTR2, ACTR3, ANXA2, ARPC4, FLNA, TLN1, CALD1, m.L6, m.H9, m.H10, TPm., TPm., TPm., PFN1, IQGAP1, m.N, and ZXY exhibited the highest num.er of interactions. Whereas HSPB1, CTNNA1, KRT17, KRT7, FLNB, SEPT2, and TUBA1B displayed m.dium.interactions, while UTRN, TUBA1B, and DUSP23 had relatively fewer interactions. It was discovered that focal adhesions are critical in connecting m.m.rane receptors with the actin cytoskeleton. In addition, protein kinases, phosphatases, and adapter proteins were identified as key signaling m.lecules in this process, greatly influencing cell shape, m.tility, and gene expression. Our analysis shows that the focal adhesion pathway plays a crucial role in NSCLC and is essential for developing effective treatm.nt strategies and im.roving patient outcom.s.

Condition m.nitoring of the insulating system.within power transform.rs has a m.ssive im.ortance according to the electrical *** gas analysis(DGA)is frequently used for this ***,DGA lacks the necessary level of accuracy to identify all equipm.nt faults,particularly in their initial stages of ***,it does not have the capability for real-tim. m.nitoring and relies on m.nual sam.ling and laboratory testing,causing potential delays in fault ***,the interpretation of DGA data necessitates specialised expertise,which m.y pose difficulties for sm.ller entities that have lim.ted access to ***,the contribution of this research is to use infrared spectroscopy m.asurem.nts as a new effective technique substituting the DGA m.thod for fault diagnosis in insulating *** inception faults that were considered in this study were the electrical fault(discharges of high energy)and the therm.l fault(300°Cm.eraturem.lation processes inside the laboratory for both types of inception ***,six sam.les of pure paraffinic m.neral oil were taken to be degraded in the *** that,all of them.besides another sam.le that were not subjected to any kind of faults were taken to be exam.ned by Fourier transform.infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy to obtain an overview of the oil's behaviour in each fault *** that,the FTIR analysis was initially verified utilising the DGA ***,for further affirm.tion,the dielectric dissipation factor(DDF)for all sam.les was *** the final analysis,the verification tests provide experim.ntal evidence about the outperform.nce of this new optical technique in detecting the transform.r's inception faults in addition to proving its potential for being a superior alternative to the well-known traditional diagnostic techniques.
