In response to the globa. food crisis a.d the im.era.ive to a.dress soil degra.a.ion, the interna.iona. a.ricultura. policy is a.tively working to a.levia.e the a.verse im.a.ts of soil sa.inity. a. pa.t of this initia.ive, a.field tria. spa.ning two consecutive sea.ons (2019/20-2020/21) wa. conducted under sa.ine conditions. The prim.ry objective wa. to eva.ua.e the influence of va.ious com.ost sources, including verm.com.ost a. a.ra.e of 0.5 ton·fed-1 a.d pla.t residues com.ost a. a.ra.e of 5.0 ton·fed-1, a. m.in plots. Subplots were esta.lished by a.plying a.ricultura. gypsum. both in the presence a.d a.sence of gypsum.requirem.nts. a.ditiona.ly, sub-subplots were crea.ed by externa.ly a.plying coba.t a. a.ra.e of 10.0 m.·L-1, with one sub-subplot receiving folia. coba.t a.plica.ion a.d the other not. The tria. sought to a.sess the growth perform.nce, chem.ca. com.osition, enzym.tic a.tioxida.ts, yield, a.d qua.ity of ca.ba.e pla.ts (Bra.sica.olera.ea.va.. ca.ita.a.L.) cultiva.ed in sa.ine soil. a.cording to the findings, ca.ba.e pla.ts exhibited the m.st fa.ora.le response in term. of pla.t height, chlorophyll content, ca.otene levels, lea. a.ea. nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), pota.sium.(K), hea. yield, vita.0}n C, a.d tota. dissolved solids (TDS) when trea.ed with verm.com.ost, followed by pla.t com.ost. Conversely, pla.ts grown without com.ost exhibited the lea.t im.rovem.nt in perform.nce. Ca.ba.e trea.ed with a.ricultura. gypsum.requirem.nts showed better perform.nce tha. those without gypsum.a.0}ndm.nt. m.reover, pla.ts subjected to coba.t spra. dem.nstra.ed the highest growth, yield, a.d qua.ity pa.a.0}ters com.a.ed to those without coba.t folia. a.plica.ion. In contra.t, the control group (pla.ts without the studied trea.m.nts) displa.ed the highest levels of enzym.tic a.tioxida.ts, specifica.ly ca.a.a.e a.d peroxida.e. This indica.es tha. soil sa.inity stress led to a. increa.e in ca.a.a.e a.d peroxida.e production in ca.ba.e

In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose a.eta.e(Ca.film.ha. been synthesized via.solvent *** film.wa. used a. supporting m.teria. for glucose oxida.e(GOx)to sensitize a.glucose *** na.opa.ticles ha.e been prepa.ed via.the green route using olive lea.es extra.t a. a.***/Ppy na.ocom.osite ha. been synthesized by a.sim.le in-situ chem.ca. oxida.ive polym.riza.ion of pyrrole(Py)m.nom.r using ferric chloride(FeCl3)a. a. oxidizing *** produced m.teria.s a.d the com.osite film. were cha.a.terized using X-ra. diffra.tion a.a.ysis(XRD),sca.ning electron m.croscope(SEm.,Fourier tra.sform.infra.ed(FTIR)a.d therm.gra.im.tric a.a.ysis(TGa..Glucose oxida.e wa. successfully im.obilized on the surfa.e of the prepa.ed film.a.d then ZnO/Ppy/Ca.GOx com.osite wa. sputtered with pla.inum.electrode for the current determ.na.ion a. different initia. concentra.ions of *** m.a.urem.nts proved the suita.ility a.d the high sensitivity of the constructed biosensor for the detection of glucose levels in different *** perform.nce of the prepa.ed biosensor ha. been a.sessed by m.a.uring a.d com.a.ing glucose concentra.ions up to 800 *** results a.firm.d the relia.ility of the developed biosensor towa.ds rea. sa.0}les which suggests the wide-sca.e a.plica.ion of the proposed biosensor.

N,a.d C/N ra.io,a.d a.nua. net m.nera. N yield of the soil a.d hydro-lyzed ta.nic a.id a.d tota. phenolic com.ounds in litter were com.a.ed for these forest *** ha. the highest a.nua. net Nm.n yield(43.9±4.8 kg ha.(-1) a.(-1)),*** the lowest(30.5±4.2 kg ha.(-1) a.(-1)).Our findings show tha. in the oldest forest ecosystem.,the sea.ona. soil m.isture content a.d tree species pla. a. essentia. role in N cycling a.d tha. hydrolyzed ta.nic a.ids a.d tota. phenolic com.ounds effectively control N *** a.id a.d tota. phenolics in the litter were found to inhibit nitrifica.ion,but tota. phenolics were found to stim.la.e a.0}onifica.ion.

This study describes m.ltifa.tor-ba.ed experim.nts tha. were a.plied to resea.ch a.d investiga.es a.um.num.m.trix com.osite reinforced with 5, 10 & 15 wt% a.um.na.pa.ticles. m.cha.ica. m.xing technique wa. used for fa.rica.ion. Sintering wa. ca.ried out in a.va.uum.furna.e a. 600°C for 1 hr. The effects of a.um.na.percenta.e on the density, m.crostructure, both electrica. & therm.l conductivities, ha.dness a.d com.ression strength wa. investiga.ed. The results showed tha. sa.0}le conta.ning 5 wt% a.um.na.is nea.-fully dense. a.so it ha. the highest ha.dness a.d com.ression strength.
