Since the end of 2019,the world has suffered from a pandemic of the disease called *** reports show approximately 113M confirmed cases of infection and 2.5 M *** nations are affected by this nightmare that continues to *** fear of this pandemic arose not only from the speed of its transmission:a rapidly changing“normal life”became a fear for *** have mainly focused on the spread of the virus,which showed a relative decrease in high temperature,low humidity,and other environmental ***,this study targets the effect of weather in considering the spread of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 for some confirmed cases in *** eigenspace decomposition technique was used to analyze the effect of weather conditions on the spread of the *** theoretical findings showed that the average number of confirmed COVID-19 cases has cyclic trends related to temperature,humidity,wind speed,and *** supposed that the dynamic spread of COVID-19 exists at a temperature of 130 *** minimum transmission is at 120 F,while steady behavior occurs at 160 *** the other hand,during the spread of COVID-19,an increase in the rate of infection was seen at 125%humidity,where the minimum spread was achieved at 200%.Furthermore,wind speed showed the most significant effect on the spread of the *** spread decreases with a wind speed of 45 KPH,while an increase in the infectious spread appears at 50 KPH.

The local and global behavior of the positive solutions of the difference equation was investigated, where the parametersα,βandγand the initial conditions are arbitrary positive numbers. Furthermore, the characterization of the stability was studied with a basin that depends on the conditions of the coefficients. The analysis about the semi-cycle of positive solutions has end the study of this work.

Towards the end of 2019,the world witnessed the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2(COVID-19),a new strain of coronavirus that was unidentified in humans *** this paper,a new fractional-order Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Hospitalized-Recovered(SEIHR)model is formulated for COVID-19,where the population is infected due to human *** fractional-order discrete version of the model is obtained by the process of discretization and the basic reproductive number is calculated with the next-generation matrix *** equilibrium points related to the disease transmission model are then ***,sufficient conditions to investigate all possible equilibria of the model are established in terms of the basic reproduction number(local stability)and are supported with time series,phase portraits and bifurcation ***,numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the theoretical findings.

Assessment of Fatigue in Undifferentiated Spondyloarthritis (USpA)

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the fatigue in patients with undifferentiated spondyloarthritis [USpA], and its relationship with disease-specific variables, spinal mobility measures and healthy related quality of life [HRQOL]. Methods: Eighty patients with USpA and forty healthy subjects were included in this study. The multidimensional assessment of fatigue [MAF] and the generic instrument Short Form 36 [SF 36] were used in patient and control groups to assess fatigue and [HRQOL]. Fatigue was also assessed with the Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index [BASDAI] fatigue item. The evaluation included the activity of the disease [BASDAI], functional status [Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index], and visual analog scale [VAS] of axial and joint pain. Demographics and disease-related data were obtained. Results: Patients with USpA had higher scores in MAF total and in all MAF subgroup scales than controls. All SF-36 subgroups scores were also found to be significantly lower in patients. Severe fatigue experienced 60% in patients. MAF total scores were found to be significantly correlated with morning stiffness, BASDAI, Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index (BASFI), BASDAI fatigue, VAS-axial, and SF-36 subgroups scores in patients [p < 0.05]. Conclusions: The patients with USpA defined significantly more fatigue and lower HRQOL when compared with healthy persons. MAF was found to be related with the clinical and functional status and health-related quality of life of patients with USpA.

Aims: In this study, Doppler parameters were studied in patients with advanced stage renal disease, and the relationship between Doppler parameters and renal disease stage was investigated. Doppler values were evaluated for a cut-off value between normal and end-stage kidney disease group. Materials and methods: 50 patients with chronic kidney disease and 15 patients belonging to the same age group and with normal serum creatinine levels were comprised of the study and control groups. Resistivity and pulsatality indices were measured at the main renal arteries and interlobular arteries at both sides. Results: Statistically significant differences were found between the PI and RI values obtained from the main renal and interlobular arteries. PI sums were compared with those from the control group, and a cut-off value of 2.15 was found, with a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 86.7%. Conclusion: Any increase in the RI and PI values obtained from the main renal and interlobular arteries must bring to mind the possibility of advancing renal damage and interstitial fibrosis. Patients with and without renal parenchymal damage can be differentiated by means of comparing the total PI values obtained from the right and left main renal and interlobular arteries.
