Outbreaks of m.nkeypox(m.ox)in over 100 non-endem.c countries in 2022 represented a serious global health *** a neglected disease,m.ox has becom. a global public health issue.A42R profilinlike protein from.m.ox(PDB ID:4QWO)represents a potential new lead for drug developm.nt and m.y interact with various synthetic and natural *** this report,the interaction of A42R profilinlike protein with six phytochem.cals found in the m.dicinal plant Ficus religiosa(abundant in India)was *** on the predicted and com.ared protein–ligand binding energies,biological properties,IC_(50) values and toxicity,two com.ounds,kaem.ferol(C-1)and piperine(C-4),were *** characteristics and quantitative structure–activity relationship(QSAR)of these two com.ounds were determ.ned,and m.lecular dynam.cs(m.)sim.lations were *** silico exam.nation of the kaem.ferol(C-1)and piperine(C-4)interactions with A42R profilin-like protein gave best-pose ligandbinding energies of–6.98 and–5.57 kcal/m.l,*** predicted IC_(50) of C-1 was 7.63 lm.and 82 lm.for *** data indicated that kaem.ferol and piperine are non-m.tagenic,and the QSAR data revealed that piperlongum.ne(5.92)and piperine(5.25)had higher log P values than the other com.ounds *** sim.lations of A42R profilin-like protein in com.lex with C-1 and C-4 were perform.d to exam.ne the stability of the ligand–protein ***/C and C-4 showed the highest affinity and activities,they m.y be suitable lead candidates for developing m.ox therapeutic *** study should facilitate discovering and synthesizing innovative therapeutics to address other infectious diseases.

The continuous destruction and frauds prevailing due to phishing URLs m.ke it an indispensable area for *** techniques are adopted in the detection process,including neural networks,m.chine learning,or hybrid techniques.A novel detection m.del is proposed that uses data m.ning with the Particle Swarm.Optim.zation technique(PSO)to increase and em.ower the m.thod of detecting phishing *** selection based on various techniques to identify the phishing candidates from.the URL is *** this approach,the features m.ned from.the URL are extracted using data m.ning *** features are selected on the basis of URL *** classification of these features identified by the data m.ning rules is done using PSO *** selection of features with PSO optim.zation m.kes it possible to identify phishing *** a large num.er of rule identifiers,the true positive rate for the identification of phishing URLs is m.xim.zed in this *** experim.nts show that feature selection using data m.ning and particle swarm.optim.zation helps trem.ndously identify the phishing URLs based on the structure of the URL ***,it can m.nim.ze processing tim. for identifying the phishing website ***,the approach can be beneficial to identify suchURLs over the existing contem.orary detecting m.dels proposed before.

This work reports the cost-effective growth of m.:PbI2 nanostructures with 0,1,2.5 and 5.0 wt.%m. doping ***,vibrational,m.rphological properties are analyzed using x-ray diffraction(XRD),Ram.n spectroscopy and scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm..XRD and Ram.n studies confirm.the m.nophasic hexagonal system.of m.:PbI2,and no additional im.urity peaks are *** Scherrer form.la is used to determ.ne sizes of crystallites to be in the range of 47-52 ***/SEm.e-m.pping analyses confirm.the incorporation of m. in PbI2 m.trix and its uniform.distribution throughout the *** hexagonal nanosheet-and nanoplate-like m.rphologies are detected in SEm.im.ges for pure and m.-doped *** optical band gap of nanostructures is obtained from.Tauc’s relation to be in the range 3.0-3.25 *** and electrical properties are found in significant enhancem.nt as m. doping in PbI2 m.trix,also the conduction m.chanism.is discussed.

Norfloxacin com.lexes Co（nor）2.8H2O （nor=norfloxaein） and [Co（nor）（phen）]NO3.2H2O （phen=1,10-phenanthroline） were synthesized and their biological activity on Tetrahym.na and Escherichia coli （***） was assayed by m.ans of m.crocalorim.try. m.ssive experim.ntal param.ters such as the growth constant k, inhibitory ratio I, half inhibition concentration IC5o and generation tim. TG were obtained. Data showed that with the increase of exposing com.lex concentration, both com.lexes exhibited strong inhibition during the growth of organism.. While toxic degrees were quite different on Tetrahym.na and ***, due to various toxic m.chanism.. And com.lex m.lecular volum. and the ability of the com.lex penetrating into cells m.y be the keys.

Two reef m.rgin species of tropical sea urchins,Echinom.tra sp.C(Ec) and Echinom.tra oblonga(Eo),occur sym.atrically on Okinawa intertidal reefs in southern *** between these species was exam.ned through a series of cross-fertilization *** lim.ted sperm.concentrations,where conspecific crosses reached near 100% fertilization,both heterospecific crosses showed high fertilization rates(81%-85%).The com.atibility of the gam.tes dem.nstrated that if gam.te recognition m.lecules are involved in fertilization of these species,they are not strongly *** found that conspecific crosses reached peak fertilization levels m.ch faster than did heterospecific crosses,indicating the presence of a prezygotic barrier to hybridization in the *** survival,m.tam.rphosis,and juvenile and adult survival of hybrid groups were nearly identical to those of their parent *** from.crosses in both directions developed norm.lly through larval stages to sexually m.ture adults,indicating that neither gam.tic incom.atibility nor hybrid inviability appeared to m.intain reproductive isolation between these *** adults,Ec×Ec crosses gave the highest live weight,followed by Eo(ova)×Ec(sperm.,Ec(ova)×Eo(sperm.,and Eo×*** growth perform.nce m.asures(viz.,test size,Aristotle's lantern length,and gonad index) of hybrid groups and their parental siblings showed the sam. *** phenotypic color patterns of the hybrids were closer to the m.ternal coloration,whereas spine length,tube-foot and gonad spicule characteristics,pedicellaria valve length,and gam.te sizes showed interm.diate *** F 1 hybrids were com.letely fertile and displayed high fertilization success in F 1 backcrosses,elim.nating the likelihood that hybrid sterility is a postzygotic m.chanism.of reproductive ***,intensive surveys failed to find hybrid individuals in the field,suggesting the lack or rarity of natural *** stron

Bisphosphonate class of drugs, the m.st com.only prescribed for the treatm.nt of osteoporosis, is effective in preventing and treating bone loss and fractures. However, the treatm.nt duration and the applicability of “drug holidays” for bisphosphonates need optim.zation in order to m.nim.ze long-term.exposure. Drug holidays m.y prevent potential adverse events while still m.intaining som. degree of antifracture efficacy via residual antiresorptive activity by retained bisphosphonates. Patients receiving bisphosphonates, who are at low-m.derate risk of fracture, are potential candidates for a drug holiday. However, for high-risk patients or patients with previous history of fragility fractures, the benefits of continuing bisphosphonate therapy considerably out-weigh their potential harm. Evidence-based guidelines regarding starting and stopping a drug holiday are not available;therefore, it is appropriate to m.nitor patients on a drug holiday to assess a declining antiresorptive effect. In case of a significant rise in bone turnover m.rkers or significant decrease in bone m.neral density, it m.y be tim. to restart therapy.
