This contribution deals with the development of a three-node triangular plane finite element to analyze the transient hygroscopic behavior of 2/2 twill flax fabric-reinforced epoxy *** plates of this material were fabricated using the vacuum infusion process and composite specimens were then cut and aged in tap water at room temperature until *** simplify,a plane modelling of water diffusion in the aged specimens is adopted and Fick’s model is used to describe the water diffusion *** highlight the heterogeneity of the flax-epoxy samples,the twill flax fabrics waviness is modelled with a sinusoidal *** particular,we show that the proposed finite element formulation allows estimating the flax fiber radial diffusion coefficient by an inverse approach.

Morocco currently occupies a curious position as both a country of transit and a country of installation for migrants originating from Sub-Saharan *** though the new migration policy reform has provided migrants with some new rights,public opinion is still unready to shape and reshape their perceptions of’black’African *** situation of those migrants has grabbed media attention,especially in newspapers;hundreds of articles and reports have been written in newspapers,criticising or denouncing the *** the currently available body research has tended to neglect the linguistic ways in which such media convey meaning along the side of their use of images,little attention has been paid to language-based *** such,this paper scrutinises(i)the depiction of Sub-Saharan migrants in Moroccan print newspapers headlines before and after the migration reform,and(ii)it considers how reports on‘black’African migrants in Morocco may lead to propagating stereotypical acts and xenophobia towards this *** study examines the topics covered and reveals the patterns used in the coverage of related topics,such as illegality and violence,before and after the new migration policy in *** these objectives in mind,this study is based on qualitative data of news items and reports from the two daily printed newspapers,Assabah and *** on Critical Discourse Analysis and Content Analysis has demonstrated an overgeneralisation of Sub-Saharan migrants in news headlines in *** results also show a dramatic change in the thematic coverage during the selected period.

Our study related to the renal toxicity of Wistar rats induced by solutions of amphotericin B prepared under extreme conditions of pH (5.4 and 10.8). The results obtained show that with pH 5.4 of stock solution, urea and creatinin rate blood is not disturbed. These means that the renal function is not deteriorated by the amphotericin B. Furthers, treatment of animals infected by the yeast Candida albicans, with the solution of amphotericin B prepared at pH 5.4 and injected at 0.5 mg of AmB/Kg every 24 hours, seems to be effective.

Treatment of cancer with chemotherapy often faces drug resistance issues, which can stop after a period of remission. This resistance is due to several mechanisms;among them, the most important is the one in relation with the overexpression of the P glycoprotein (Pgp) produced by the mdr 1 gene. This gene confers to cells the multidrug resistance (MDR) phenotype in the setting of treatment for many cancers (leukemia-lymphoma...). The aim of this study was to investigate the binding site of P glycoprotein by affinity labeling in order to synthesize effective inhibitors on chemotherapeutic drugs efflux. The first objective was to increase P glycoprotein concentration in R7 cells by treating them with doxorubicin to obtain human Pgp rich fractions. The second consisted in characterizing the progesterone binding site on Pgp by affinity photolabeling with tritiated azidopine on the one hand, and by western-blot transfer with C219 antibody on the other hand. Our results indicate a significant increase in the level of expression Pgp in R7 cells treated with 1 and 2.5 nM doxorubicin, and clearly show enrichment in Pgp of doxorubicin treated R7 cells.
