“Peripheral nerve injury”refers to damage or trauma affecting nerves outside the brain and spinal *** nerve injury results in movements or sensation impairments,and represents a serious public health *** severed peripheral nerves have been effectively joined and various therapies have been offered,recovery of sensory or motor functions remains limited,and efficacious therapies for complete repair of a nerve injury remain *** emerging field of mesenchymal stem cells and their exosome-based therapies hold promise for enhancing nerve regeneration and *** stem cells,as large living cells responsive to the environment,secrete various factors and *** latter are nano-sized extracellular vesicles containing bioactive molecules such as proteins,microRNA,and messenger RNA derived from parent mesenchymal stem *** have pivotal roles in cell-to-cell communication and nervous tissue function,offering solutions to changes associated with cell-based *** ongoing investigations,mesenchymal stem cells and mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome-based therapies are in the exploratory stage.A comprehensive review of the latest preclinical experiments and clinical trials is essential for deep understanding of therapeutic strategies and for facilitating clinical *** review initially explores current investigations of mesenchymal stem cells and mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in peripheral nerve injury,exploring the underlying ***,it provides an overview of the current status of mesenchymal stem cell and exosomebased therapies in clinical trials,followed by a comparative analysis of therapies utilizing mesenchymal stem cells and ***,the review addresses the limitations and challenges associated with use of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes,offering potential solutions and guiding future directions.

BACKGROUND Picky eating is a commonly observed behavior among children globally,negatively impacting their physical and mental *** common characteristics distinguish peaky eaters,including food selectivity,food neophobia,and food avoidance,there is no clear definition to assess this *** to the unavailability of data regarding picky eating,it wasn’t easy to estimate its *** To develop a regional protocol to help healthcare professionals identify and manage mild and moderate picky eating *** A virtual roundtable discussion was held in April 2021 to gather the opinions of seven pediatricians and two pediatric dietitians from eight Middle Eastern countries who had great experience in the management of picky *** discussion covered different topics,including clearly defining mild and moderate picky eating,identifying the role of diet fortification in these cases,and the possibility of developing a systematic approach to diet *** The panel identified picky eating as consuming an inadequate amount and variety of foods by rejecting familiar and unfamiliar *** of the time,moderate picky eating cases had micronutrient deficiencies with over-or undernutrition;the mild cases only showed inadequate food consumption and/or poor diet *** attention to the organic red flags like growth faltering and development delay and behavioral red flags,including food fixation and anticipatory gagging,will help healthcare professionals evaluate the picky eaters and the caregivers to care for their *** dietary supplementation and commercial food fortification play an important role in picky eating,they were no benefit in the Middle *** The panel agreed that food fortification through a food-first approach and oral nutritional supplements would be the best for Middle Eastern *** recommendations would facilitate identifying and managing picky-eating children in the Middle East.

In this paper we address the possibility of using the wigner function to capture the quantum entanglement present in a multi-qubit system. For that purpose, we calculate both the degree of entanglement and the wigner function for mixed tripartite squeezed states of Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger(GHZ) type then we compare their behaviors. we show that the role of wigner function in detecting and quantifying bipartite quantum correlation [Int. J. Mod. Phys. B30(2016) 1650187] may be generalized to the multipartite case.

This research article demonstrates the most comprehensive comparative catalytic study of different metal oxides and metal chlorides towards the methanolysis of triglycerides of marine red macroalga Melanothamnus alhqhusainii. CaO was found to be the most reactive metal oxide that yielded 80% biodiesel while ZnCI2 was the most reactive metal chloride that produced 60% biodiesel by mechanical stirring for 6 h at 100-110 ℃. The overall reactivity order of the catalysts was found to be CaO 〉 MgO 〉 Pb02 〉 ZnC12 〉 TIC14 〉 PbO 〉 HgC12 〉 ZnO 〉 AIC13 〉 SnCI2 〉 TiO2 whereas, CaCI2, MgCI2, A1203, HgO, PbCI2, MnO2, MnC12, Fe203 and FeCI3 were found to be non-reactive for transesterification of triglycerides. In addition, a detailed study of the screening of mobile phases and spraying reagents was conducted which showed that petroleum ether ： chloroform ： toluene （7：2：1 ） is the best mobile phase, whereas iodine crystals/silica gel is the best visualizing agent for the thin layer chroma- tography （TLC） examination ofbiodiesel. Biodiesel production was confirmed by comparative TLC examination. It was further supported by the determination of fuel properties of biodiesel, which were found to be similar to the standard limits of American Society for Testing and Materials （ASTM）,

氮氧化物（NOx）引起了巨大的环境问题,是目前世界上最大的环境污染物之一,随着对NOx法规的逐步收紧,世界各国都在积极开展减少NOx污染的研究。目前已开发利用了多种技术,其中选择性催化还原（SCR）和选择性非催化还原（SNCR）具有较高的脱硝效率。在SCR和SNCR工艺中,还原剂被注入烟气中,将NOx还原为无害氮（N2）。目前最常用的还原剂是氨（NH3）。尿素催化水解制氨在氨基脱氮过程中起着重要作用。本论文的目标有三个。首先,对尿素水解的催化剂进行筛选,其中均相催化剂表现出了良好的性能,因此本文用选择该类催化剂来进行尿素催化水解反应,然后尿素水解的转化率采用滴定法来进行分析。第二是设计了四因素,三水平Box-Behnken实验,结合响应面法对工艺条件进行优化,研究反应温度,反应时间,反应压力和催化剂用量对尿素水解制氨的影响及其交互作用。建立了尿素水解率的相关模型。第三是采用物料平衡方程,热量平衡方程,化学平衡方程及相平衡方程组成的非线性方程组来构建开口体系内尿素水解过程的热力学模型和动力学模型,并引入修正的Lewis-Randall方程和修正的Herry方程来描述水解反应器内NH3-CO2-H2O-（NH2）2CO（ACwU）四元多自由度气液平衡关系,气液两相的非理想性则分解采用PR状态方程和扩展UNIQUAC模型进行修正。结果表明,采用催化活性较好的乙酸钠（7g）催化剂对工艺条件进行优化,响应面法最优化的合成条件为;反应温度160℃,反应时间4h,反应压力0.4MPa和催化剂用量0.034wt%,在此工艺条件下尿素水解的转化率为98.620%,同时建立了尿素水解制氨的二次数学模型,该模型对实验结果有良好的预测作用。

Synapsins serve as flagships among the presynaptic proteins due to their abundance on synaptic vesicles and contribution to synaptic communication. Several studies have emphasized the importance of this multi-gene family of neuron-specific phosphoproteins in maintaining brain physiology. In the recent times, increasing evidence has established the relevance of alterations in synapsins as a major determinant in many neurological disorders. Here,we give a comprehensive description of the diverse roles of the synapsin family and the underlying molecular mechanisms that contribute to several neurological *** physiologically important roles of synapsins associated with neurological disorders are just beginning to be understood. A detailed understanding of the diversified expression of synapsins may serve to strategize novel therapeutic approaches for these debilitating neurological disorders.

Three bacterial strains Bacillus pumilis, Cellulosimicrobium cellulans and ExtguoOactertum were investigated when grown in Luria-Bertani （LB） medium at 500 μg/mL Cr（VI）. The hexavalent chromium reduction was measured by growing the strains in DeLeo and Ehrlich （1994） medium at 200 and 400 μg/mL K2CrO4. The optimal Cr （VI） reduction by strains B. pumilis, Exigubacterium and C. cellulans was 51%, 39%, and 41%, respectively, at an initial KzCrO4 concentration of 200 ~tg/mL at pH 3 and temperature 37℃. At an initial chromate concentration of 400 gg/mL, the Cr（VI） reduction by strains B. purnilis, Exigubacterium and C. cellulans was 24%, 19%, and 18%, respectively at pH 3 at 37℃ after 24 h. These strains have ability to reduce toxic hexavalent chromium to the less mobile trivalent chromium at a wide range of different environmental conditions and can be useful for the treatment of contaminated wastewater and soils.
