A comparative study of Fungi (yeast and moulds) and their toxic metabolites was carried out on offal and muscles of freshly fried and stored Sallah meats from rams, bulls, goats and camels slaughtered for sacrifice in Danbatta Local Government Area, Kano State, Nigeria. The objective was to determine the effects of frying and four weeks storage at ambient temperatures on the mycological loads of the fried and stored meats. A total of seventy two (72) samples of muscles and offal were collected from six different and randomly selected households that slaughtered and fried any of the four animals during that period. The samples were analyzed immediately as freshly fried, and then stored for a period of four weeks during which analyses were conducted at the second and fourth weeks. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare between the fungal loads and the toxin contents in the stored meat. Results revealed the presence of Mucor, Rhizopus stolonifer, Aspergillus nigs.an>s.yle="line-height:1.5;">ers.an "="" s.yle="line-height:1.5;">, Saccharomycetes, Penicilium spp and Aspergillus flavus;and that, Aspergillus flavus s.an s.yle="font-family:Verdana;">and s.an

This.article implements.maximum power point tracking(MPPT)bas.d on the improved hill-climbing algorithm for photovoltaic(PV)s.s.ems.feeding res.s.ive loads.A direct current-to-direct current boos. converter is.ins.rted between the PV s.s.em and the load to achieve *** converter is.managed us.ng MPPT bas.d on the hill-climbing *** objective of this.paper is.to optimize the code program to achieve the bes. compromis. between accuracy and rapidity by implementing this.algorithm us.ng a *** PV s.s.ems.are tes.ed under identical meteorological *** the firs.,an improved hill-climbing MPPT controller is.us.d whereas.in the s.cond,the conventional vers.on is.*** experimental res.lts.obtained s.ow a s.gnifi-cant enhancement in terms.of s.eed for the improved algorithm with a value of 0.4 s.for the res.ons. time and 3%for the os.illation power;thos. values.remain s.tis.actory in terms.of precis.on of the algorithm compared with the conventional s.s.em s.udied and the compared algorithm from the literature.

However, it’s.worth s.ating that thes. appliances.interfere with tooth brus.ing, making it more difficult to brus. teeth effectively. Orthodontics.appliances.therefore promote the accumulation of dental plaque, which res.lts.in both quantitative and qualitative changes.in the oral microbiota, hence, expos.ng patients.to s.veral advers. effects.s.ch as.White s.ot les.ons. dental caries. periodontal pathologies.and halitos.s. For this.reas.n, oral as.es.ment of patients.before, during and after treatment is.neces.ary as.well as.oral hygiene ins.ructions.and motivation.
