OBJECTIVE:To evaluate phytochemicals and in vitro biological potential of flowers,leaves and stem extracts of rosa ***:Presence of twenty secondary metabolites was confirmed and then phenolic and flavonoid contents were quantified *** Transform Infrared spectroscopy was conducted to ascertain functional groups and antioxidant potential was examined using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity,total antioxidant capacity and total reducing power *** erythrocytes were used to assess anti-hemolytic activity and five bacterial strains were examined to determine antibacterial potential of plant *** seeds were used to perform phytotoxic activity and cytotoxic potential was evaluated via brine shrimps and PC3 cell ***:Highest phenolic contents were detected in the methanolic extract of rosa arvensis flower(rAFM)[(151.635±0.005)gallic acid equivalent mg/g]and highest flavonoid contents in the chloroform leaf extract(rALC)[(108.228±0.004)quercetin equivalent mg/g].Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy analysis showed the presence of wide range of functional *** antioxidant assays indicated highest DPPH scavenging activity[IC50(23.5±0.6)μg/mL]in the methanolic stem extract(rASM),highest total antioxidant capacity[(265.1±0.9)μg/mL]in rAFM and highest reducing potential[(209.9±0.6)μg/mL]in leaf extract(rALM).Highest antihemolytic activity[(90.0±0.5)μg/mL]was recorded in rAFM and brine shrimp cytotoxicity potential[(52.3±0.3)μg/mL]in *** antimicrobial activity was detected highest[(21.1±0.5)mm inhibition zones]in rALM against Streptococcus *** the end,antiinflammatory and anti-cancer activity results depicted less than 50%inhibition in the methanolic ***:Our findings will be helpful in designing pharmaceutical regimens and therefore,more studies can be recommended to isolate and characterize compounds associated with the biological activities of rosa arvensis.

The sandwich panel incorporated a honeycomb core,a widely utilized composite structure recognized as a fundamental classification of composite *** a core resembling a honeycomb,possessing thickness and softness,and is flank by rigid face sheets that sandwich various shapes and *** paper presents an examination of the static and dynamic analysis of lightweight plates made of aluminum honeycomb sandwich *** sandwich plate samples are 300 mm long,and 300 mm wide,the heights of the core have been varied at four values ranging from 10 to 25 *** honeycomb core is manufactured from Aluminum material by using a novel technique namely resistance spot welding(rSW)instead of using adhesive material,which is often used when an industrial flaw is *** optimization based on response surface methodology(rSM)and design of experiment software(DOE)was used to verify the current work.A theoretical examination of the crashworthiness behavior(maximum bending load,maximum deflection)and vibration attributes(natural frequency,damping ratio,transient temporal response)of honeycomb sandwich panels with different design parameters was also carried *** addition,the finite element method-based ANSYS software was used to confirm the theoretical *** findings of the present work showed that the relationship between the natural frequency,core height,and cell size is *** contrast,the relationship between the natural frequency and the thickness of the cell wall is ***,the damping ratio is inversely proportional to the core height and cell size but directly proportional to the thickness of the cell *** study indicates that altering the core height within 10-25 mm leads to a significant increase of 82%in the natural frequency and a notable decrease of 49%in the damping *** findings are based on a specific cell size value of 0.01 m and a cell wall thickness of 0.001 ***,the results indicate

Nuclear power plants exhibit non-linear and time-variable ***,designing a control system that sets the reactor power and forces it to follow the desired load is complicated.A supercritical water reactor(SCWr)is a fourth-generation conceptual *** an SCWr,the non-linear dynamics of the reactor require a controller capable of control-ling the *** this study,a pressure-tube-type SCWr was controlled during reactor power maneuvering with a higher order sliding mode,and the reactor outgoing steam temperature and pressure were controlled *** an SCWr,the temperature,pressure,and power must be maintained at a setpoint(desired value)during power *** point kinetics equations with three groups of delayed neutrons were used in the ***-order and classic sliding mode controllers were separately manufactured to control the plant and were compared with the PI controllers speci-fied in previous *** controlled parameters were reactor power,steam temperature,and ***,for these parameters,the PI controller had certain instabilities in the presence of *** classic sliding mode controller had a higher accuracy and stability;however its main drawback was the chattering *** was highly accurate and stable and had a small computational *** reality,it followed the desired values without oscillations and chattering.

Despite a plethora of studies on how corporate social responsibility(CSr)generates favorable consumer outcomes,the existing literature provides limited insights about how CSr may affect inter-consumer connection and brand community *** consumer engagement in the brand community is one of the key marketing objectives for strengthening the brand-consumer *** study aims to explore the role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing brand community engagement and examines the dual mediating role of brand identification and community *** research was conducted and an adapted questionnaire was *** data were collected from 405 Chinese consumers,and structural equational modeling was used to test the *** demonstrated that CSr motivates consumers to engage with the brand ***,brand identification and community identification perform the role of partial mediators.

The software development process mostly depends on accurately identifying both essential and optional ***,user needs are typically expressed in free-form language,requiring significant time and human resources to translate these into clear functional and non-functional *** address this challenge,various machine learning(ML)methods have been explored to automate the understanding of these requirements,aiming to reduce time and human ***,existing techniques often struggle with complex instructions and large-scale *** our study,we introduce an innovative approach known as the Functional and Non-functional requirements Classifier(FNrC).By combining the traditional random forest algorithm with the Accuracy Sliding Window(ASW)technique,we develop optimal sub-ensembles that surpass the initial classifier’s accuracy while using fewer *** results demonstrate that our FNrC methodology performs robustly across different datasets,achieving a balanced Precision of 75%on the PrOMISE dataset and an impressive recall of 85%on the CCHIT *** datasets consistently maintain an F-measure around 64%,highlighting FNrC’s ability to effectively balance precision and recall in diverse *** findings contribute to more accurate and efficient software development processes,increasing the probability of achieving successful project outcomes.
